Abstract

Sektor pertanian berperan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Jagung merupakan komoditas unggulan dengan nilai ekonomi tinggi, dan Kecamatan Soromandi Kabupaten Bima menjadi salah satu sentra produksinya, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani jagung. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi produksi jagung sebagai variabel dependen, serta luas lahan, benih, pupuk, tenaga kerja, dan pestisida sebagai variabel independen. asil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh faktor produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi jagung. Secara parsial, luas lahan, benih, dan pupuk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan tenaga kerja dan pestisida tidak signifikan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan produksi jagung sangat ditentukan oleh pengelolaan faktor produksi yang efisien, sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas petani, akses teknologi, dan penggunaan input yang optimal guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana prinsip-prinsip service quality dapat diterapkan secara strategis dalam operasional BMT, sekaligus mengidentifikasi tantangan utama yang memengaruhi kepuasan anggota dan efektivitas layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk menganalisis implementasi prinsip service quality dalam layanan keuangan mikro syariah di BMT NU Cabang Purwoharjo. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajer, staf, dan anggota, observasi operasional, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik melalui proses transkripsi, pengkodean, dan pengelompokan berdasarkan dimensi service quality (responsivitas, keandalan, empati, jaminan) serta kepatuhan syariah. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu guna menghasilkan temuan yang kredibel dan kontekstual sebagai dasar rekomendasi peningkatan kualitas layanan. Hasil Penelitian ini Menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi prinsip service quality dalam layanan keuangan mikro syariah di BMT NU Cabang Purwoharjo tergolong cukup baik, dengan empati dan pendekatan personal sebagai kekuatan utama yang membangun kepercayaan serta loyalitas anggota. Namun, responsivitas dan kecepatan layanan belum optimal akibat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan alur pelayanan yang masih konvensional, sehingga memicu antrean pada waktu tertentu. Selain itu, meskipun prinsip syariah telah diterapkan secara formal, pemahaman anggota terhadap akad dan mekanisme produk masih terbatas. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya penguatan sistem operasional, pengelolaan kapasitas layanan, serta strategi edukasi syariah yang komunikatif dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan secara holistik

Abstract

Perubahan kebutuhan pengguna, dinamika pasar, dan percepatan inovasi mendorong organisasi untuk mengembangkan produk dan layanan yang tidak hanya baru, tetapi juga relevan, bernilai, dan berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks tersebut, Design Thinking berkembang sebagai pendekatan inovasi berpusat pada manusia yang menekankan empati, perumusan ulang masalah, ideasi kreatif, prototyping, dan pengujian iteratif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif perkembangan konsep Design Thinking dalam literatur ilmiah serta menjelaskan kontribusinya terhadap inovasi produk dan layanan dari perspektif manajemen dan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap artikel-artikel jurnal terindeks Scopus serta jurnal nasional terakreditasi SINTA 1 dan SINTA 2 yang relevan dengan tema Design Thinking, inovasi produk, inovasi layanan, dan human-centered innovation. Analisis dilakukan melalui proses seleksi literatur secara sistematis, ekstraksi data, dan sintesis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola temuan, perbedaan konteks, serta kesenjangan penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Design Thinking berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas inovasi melalui pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, kolaborasi lintas disiplin, pembelajaran berbasis eksperimen, dan validasi solusi secara cepat. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Design Thinking dipengaruhi oleh konteks organisasi, kedalaman adopsi metode, dan kemampuan mengintegrasikan nilai desirability, feasibility, dan viability. Secara konseptual, kajian ini menegaskan bahwa Design Thinking bukan sekadar metode kreatif, tetapi kerangka strategis yang memperkuat inovasi berpusat pada manusia dalam pengembangan produk, layanan, dan model bisnis. Implikasi artikel ini terletak pada pentingnya integrasi Design Thinking ke dalam praktik manajemen inovasi, pengembangan kewirausahaan, dan pembentukan kapabilitas organisasi yang adaptif. Kajian ini juga memberikan dasar bagi penelitian lanjutan mengenai institusionalisasi Design Thinking dan pengukuran dampaknya terhadap kinerja inovasi jangka panjang.

Abstract

Women’s empowerment through entrepreneurship has become an important strategy for improving family welfare while expanding access to education. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of women’s empowerment programs through rattan weaving entrepreneurship in Tegalwangi Village, Weru District, Cirebon Regency, and to examine their implications for improving access to and quality of education within artisans’ families. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Informants were selected purposively and included village officials, rattan business actors, and women artisans involved in the production process. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive analysis model developed by Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the women’s empowerment program through rattan weaving entrepreneurship is relatively effective in improving women artisans’ skills, economic participation, and income. Increased household income contributes to families’ ability to meet children’s educational needs, thereby potentially improving access to and quality of education at the household level. However, several challenges remain, including limited access to capital, insufficient institutional strengthening, and restricted support for product promotion and market expansion. Therefore, strengthening local economic institutions, policy support, and the development of broader marketing networks are necessary to enhance the sustainability of the program and its contribution to educational development in Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the misalignment of admission pathways in the implementation of the New Student Admission System (SPMB) at SMA Negeri 1 Mataram, conducted by the Department of Education and Culture of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This policy is implemented as an effort to promote equitable access to and quality of education across all regions, particularly at the senior secondary education level. The main issues encountered in the implementation of this policy include a surge in applicants to favored schools, public resistance to the zoning system, and various technical and social obstacles. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation for data collection. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, supported by Atlas.ti 25 software to map the findings. The study focuses on (1) the implementation of the SPMB policy, (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation process, and (3) strategies employed to overcome the challenges. The findings reveal that the SPMB policy at SMA Negeri 1 Mataram has been implemented in accordance with guidelines from the Education Department, yet still faces significant challenges such as domicile data manipulation, limited infrastructure, and insufficient public outreach. Key supporting factors include the school's commitment, readiness of the online system, and supportive regulations. Strategies undertaken include enhanced inter-institutional communication, adaptation of admission quota allocation, and improvements to digital services. This research recommends strengthening transparency, equal distribution of facilities across schools, and reinforcing monitoring and regular evaluation systems for the SPMB implementation. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for refining education policies, particularly in ensuring fair and equitable student admissions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance on earnings management and the moderating role of digital transformation in this relationship. Financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) and firm size, earnings management is measured using discretionary accruals based on the Modified Jones Model, and digital transformation is measured through a digital keyword disclosure index derived from company annual reports. The population consists of infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021–2024, with a purposive sample of 39 companies. Data analysis employs Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The findings indicate that ROA and firm size do not significantly affect earnings management directly. Similarly, digital transformation does not moderate the relationship between ROA and earnings management. However, digital transformation significantly moderates the effect of firm size on earnings management, where large infrastructure companies with intensive digital transformation adoption exhibit a stronger tendency toward earnings management. These findings suggest that digital transformation plays a double-edged role in financial reporting governance and does not automatically reduce managerial opportunism; rather, it may generate new performance pressures that encourage earnings management in larger firms. This study contributes to the accounting literature in the digital era, particularly in understanding the interaction between digital transformation and financial reporting in the Indonesian infrastructure sector.

Abstract

Urban green open spaces (RTH) play a crucial role in supporting ecological balance and socio-economic development in rapidly growing cities. This study aims to analyze and compare the economic benefits of Alun-Alun Merdeka Malang City and Merjosari Park, and to evaluate whether the government’s development and maintenance costs are commensurate with the long-term benefits received by the community. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) method, incorporating Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP) with a 5% discount rate. Primary data were collected through the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) using a dichotomous choice approach to estimate Willingness to Pay (WTP), and analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results indicate that both RTH locations are economically feasible, with positive NPV, BCR > 1, and IRR exceeding the discount rate. Although the difference in WTP is relatively small (1.77%), Alun-Alun Merdeka generates approximately 205% higher total economic benefits due to having around 200% more visitors. Its IRR (34.32%) is significantly higher than Merjosari Park (8.93%), with a faster payback period. These findings imply that while all RTH investments are economically viable, city-scale green spaces yield higher economic returns, whereas neighborhood-scale parks remain essential for ensuring equitable social and environmental benefits.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of brand awareness and brand image on brand trust and customer loyalty in Ganesha Bospom Workshop in Malang at Ganesha Bengkel Bospom Malang. The research aims to analyze how brand awareness and brand image contribute to building brand trust and how brand trust affects customer loyalty in a local automotive service business. This study employs a quantitative explanatory research design. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 74 loyal customers of Ganesha Bengkel Bospom Malang and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that brand awareness and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. Furthermore, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and is proven to mediate the relationship between brand awareness and brand image on customer loyalty. These findings suggest that customer loyalty is not solely formed by brand perceptions, but is strongly influenced by the level of trust customers place in the brand. Practically, the findings provide important implications for service-based businesses, particularly in the automotive service industry, to focus on building brand awareness and brand image as a foundation for strengthening customer trust and achieving long-term customer loyalty

Abstract

This research examines the influence of market orientation (MO) and entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with particular emphasis on the mediating effect of competitive advantage (CA). Anchored in the principles of the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capabilities Theory, the study argues that strategic orientations can only enhance firm outcomes once they are effectively transformed into durable competitive strengths.A quantitative causal approach was employed through a structured survey administered to MSME managers and business owners in Sumbawa Regency. Data were processed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM–PLS). The analysis demonstrates that EO exerts a significant direct effect on MSME performance, whereas MO contributes indirectly via CA. Both strategic orientations show positive associations with competitive advantage, which subsequently leads to improved performance outcomes. The model demonstrates strong explanatory and predictive capability, reflected in R² values of 0.591 for CA and 0.706 for performance, supported by substantial Q² values. Overall, the results suggest that MO and EO generate meaningful performance improvements only when strategically leveraged to build sustainable competitive advantage. The study enriches theoretical discourse on MSME strategic behavior and offers practical insights to strengthen innovation capacity, responsiveness, and adaptability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze collaborative strategies in developing marine tourism through the empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the creative economy in Bone Bolango Regency. The research focuses on three main issues: collaborative strategies among stakeholders, the role of creative economy-based MSMEs in strengthening destination competitiveness, and the challenges of managing and marketing marine tourism. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and documentation. The data were analyzed thematically, complemented by SWOT analysis, stakeholder analysis, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine strategic priorities. The findings reveal that marine tourism development in Bone Bolango has adopted a pentahelix collaboration model, where the government acts as regulator and facilitator, businesses provide services, academia generates knowledge and training, local communities manage destinations, and media serve as promotion and education agents. MSMEs play a vital role as drivers of the creative economy through handicrafts, culinary products, and tourism services based on local wisdom. However, challenges persist, including limited digital literacy, restricted access to financing, environmental threats, and competition with other marine destinations. This study proposes an adaptive collaborative strategy that integrates MSMEs into marine tourism governance, emphasizing creative economy practices to promote inclusive and sustainable development.
