Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the madrasah head in increasing literacy culture at MTs Sunan Ampel KumpuIrejo Parengan Tuban, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the iteration culture at MTs Sunan Ampel KumpuIrejo Parengan Tuban, to find out the strategy for increasing literacy culture in increasing interest in reading at MTs Sunan Ampel Kumpulrejo Parengan Tuban. This study uses a qualitative approach in which this approach produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The role of the madrasa head is as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. 2) There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in developing a literacy culture. Supporting factors include The active role of madrasa residents, Support from parents of students. In addition, there are several inhibiting factors, namely: limited collection, and the influence of technology. 3) In developing a literacy culture, the head of MTs Sunan Ampel has several strategies used including Developing a library, Providing fiction, non-fiction, and reference books. Development of reading areas, 15-minute reading program, Development of literacy-themed madrasah activity programs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Mengetahui bentuk-bentuk dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku menyimpang peserta didik Mts Hasyim Asy’ari Sidoarjo. 2) Mengetahui peran guru PAI dalam menanggulangi perilaku menyimpang peserta didik Mts Hasyim Asy’ari Sidoarjo. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data bersumber dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kesiswaan, dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini ialah teknik analisis interaktif dari Miles dan Hubermas yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran bentuk-bentuk perilaku menyimpang pada peserta didik di MTs Hasyim Asy’ari Sidoarjo dibagi dalam beberapa ketegori berikut ini: kategori ringan; kelengkapan seragam tidak sesuai aturan disiplin sekolah, berambut panjang bagi Laki-Laki, berhias berlebihan bagi Perempuan, tidur di dalam kelas, terlambat masuk sekolah, membolos (pulang lebih awal), dan berada di kantin pada waktu jam pelajaran. Kategori sedang; Tutur bahasa yang kurang sopan, membuat gaduh ketika proses KBM berlangsung, dan membawa HP serta aksesoris. Kategori berat yaitu; berkelahi, memalak, dan bullying. Hal demikian dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal. Adapun Peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanggulangi perilaku menyimpang adalah: Pertama, (melakukan tindakan represif) yaitu dengan cara menunda dan menahan perilaku menyimpang peserta didik atau menghalangi timbulnya perilaku menyimpang yang lebih parah serta memberikan bimbingan dan nasehat, menegakkan disiplin sekolah, penerapan sanksi dan pemanggilan orang tua. Kedua, melakukan tindakan kuratif yaitu dengan cara memberikan skorsing dan pengembalian peserta didik kepada orang tua. Ketiga, upaya melakukan pendekatan agama kepada peserta didik, sebagaimana yang telah dilakukan oleh narasumber yakni mengajarkan dan mengajak siswa untuk melakukan hal-hal yang bernuansa agamis. Hal ini didasari atas keyakinan bahwa hal tersebut mampu menjadikan hati siswa lunak sehingga mudah untuk dinasehati dan diarahkan menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Education has a very strong position in preparing humans to live perfectly and happily. Coaching and monitoring for 24 hours for students is carried out by the Al-Hajar Karemejo Islamic Boarding School which is aimed at fostering their personality. This study aims to: 1) Explain the planning of Islamic boarding schools in improving the religious character of students, 2) Describe the management of Islamic boarding schools in improving the religious character of students, 3) Describe the supervision of Islamic boarding schools in improving the religious character of students, 4) Describe the evaluation of Islamic boarding schools in improving the character of Islamic boarding schools. religious students. Abstract

The focus of this research is 1) How is Madrasah Management in Forming a Healthy Culture through Waste Management at MI. Nurul Huda Sumput Driyorejo Gresik? 2) What is the Process of Madrasahs in Forming a Healthy Culture through Waste Management in MI. Nurul Huda Sumput Driyorjo Gresik? 3) What are the results of Madrasah Management in Forming a Healthy Culture through Waste Management in MI. Nurul Huda Sumput Driyorjo Gresik? Meanwhile, the goal of Madrasah Management is to Establish a Healthy Culture through Waste Management in Mi. Nurul Huda Sumput Driyorejo Gresik is 1) To know Madrasa Management in Establishing a Healthy Culture through Waste Management at MI. Nurul Huda Sumput Driyorjo Gresik. 3) To find out the results of madrasa management in forming a healthy culture through waste management in MI. Nurul Huda Sumput Driyorjo Gresik.The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this research are: 1) Madrasah Program which consists of Waste Management, Work Program of Principals, Teachers and Education Personnel of Madrasah residents 2) The process carried out is training, comparative studies and collaboration with related parties 3) The results realized include the existence of madrasa work programs, school principals and institutional committees/management. There are rules related to cleanliness in the madrasa and a culture of healthy behavior is built for students.

Abstract

Quality education will emerge from schools that have good quality, therefore improving the quality and good learning outcomes. This study discusses the implementation of the Discovery Learning Learning Model to improve Student Mastery in Zakat Management Materials in the Fiqih Study Field in Class VIII Mtsn 6 Pasuruan. The formulation of the problem is how to plan discovery learning models, how to implement discovery learning to improve students' mastery of zakat management materials in the field of Fiqih studies, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing discovery learning to improve student mastery of zakat management materials in the field of Fiqih studies, in research This includes descriptive research using a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques in this study used the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. Research result. Discovery learning-based Fiqih learning planning at MTSN 6 Pasuruan was realized in the form of a syllabus along with the development of lesson plans. The lesson plan is designed as a teacher's guide for teaching, what is unique is that in addition to containing competency indicators to be achieved, the lesson plan developed by the teacher is also loaded in full and in detail according to the scenario of the stages of the discovery model. Implementation of Fiqih learning based on discovery learning at MTSN 6 Pasuruan was carried out in accordance with the stages of implementation of the discovery learning model (Stimulation, problem statement, data collection, data processing, generalization). What is different from the discovery model, in general, is the way and innovation teachers in delivering, always updated according to technological developments and collaborating with existing media. This makes students able to complete their discoveries very well. Supporting and Inhibiting Factors Fiqih learning is based on discovery learning using repeating the core material into the subject matter, Providing several questions that are relevant to the material presented.

Abstract

Description of the subject's behavior processes according to the focus of the problem under study. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used are primary and secondary data. To check the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The data analysis technique uses descriptive techniques with four steps, namely: (1) data collection or data collection (2) data reduction or data reduction (3) display data or data presentation (4) conclusion. The results showed that currently the MTs. Al-Hasanuddin of Pasuruan City, the concept of school development in improving competitiveness is in accordance with the concept of vision, mission, and objectives, quality of learning in accordance with the national curriculum, outstanding students both academically and non-academically An Nashr in understanding the Qur'an, improving facilities and infrastructure with stakeholder participation. The implementation of a curriculum administration strategy that is good for improving the quality of human resources (teachers and students), implementing discipline of teachers and students, establishing good relations with local communities, involving local communities in school activities, then improving quality with 14 steps according to Crosby, and Implications in this study in the form of customer satisfaction, a climate that is conducive, pleasant, orderly and quality in accordance with the expectations of the community so that it can attract market attention (community) to send their children to school at Al-Hasanuddin Junior High School, Pasuruan City.

Abstract

The education of the island community is very complex with various problems. Island communities still do not pay full attention to the world of education. The development of the quality of education in madrasahs or island schools must be the mainstream of the education recovery movement, including in MTs Nurul Huda. This study examines the quality of education with the type of research that the author uses in this study is qualitative field research (field Research). Research has produced an analysis that illustrates the leadership of MTs. principal Nurul Huda uses a Transformational leadership model, an Individual and Collective Leadership Model; has leadership modalities in the form of knowledge (Cultural), network (Symbolic), and economic (Financial); and has a leadership contribution in developing the quality of education Field of Institutional Management, Field of Education Quality Management. With the model and modality used by MTs. principal Nurul Huda is able to implement and implement national education standards well and develop quality-based education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Principal's Strategy in dealing with the National Assessment at Amantul Ummah Junior High School Surabaya, namely: the Principal's Strategy in planning the National Assessment, the Principal's Strategy in implementing the National Assessment, and the Principal's Strategy in evaluating the National Assessment. This research uses a qualitative type and uses a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The presence of researchers in the field is absolutely necessary because the researcher is the main instrument and at the same time acts as the sole data collector. The data sources in this study came from the leaders of Islamic boarding schools, who are in charge of facilities and infrastructure, teaching staff, and advisors to Islamic boarding schools. The data analysis techniques used by researchers were based on Miles and Huberman's theory, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation (data display), and verification and conclusion. The validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results of this study indicate that: First, the planning is carried out by the principal by preparing all the needs of the students in facing the National Assessment. Second, the implementation of the National Assessment contains 3 instruments, namely the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) including literacy and numeracy tests, Character Surveys, and Learning Environment Surveys. Third, the evaluation is carried out by the principal by looking at the obstacles that occur in the implementation of the National Assessment, namely providing additional hours and deepening the material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkap Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Daruttaqwa Suci Manyar Gresik sebagai bentuk pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh madrasah tersebut. dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan oleh penulis menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Di Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Daruttaqwa sudah dilakukan oleh pihak penyelenggara dan pengelola madrasah sejak awal berdirinya sampai sekarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang diajukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis suatu fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap kepercayaan, persepsi, pemikiran, untuk menemukan prinsip-prinsip serta penjelasan yang mengarah pada kesimpulan. Kehadiran peneliti bertindak sebagai observer. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan tehnik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, display data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan perpanjangan waktu, keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan. Adapun tahap-tahap penelitian yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap penyelesaian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kualitas. Dari penelitian tersebut dapat di simpulkan Madrasah diniyah Daruttaqwa adalah. a) kurikulum mandiri. b). Pembelajaran yang menyenangkan di lingkungan pesantren. faktor pendukung pendidikan madrasah diniyah Daruttaqwa adalah animo masyarakat terhadap pendidikan madrasah diniyah. faktor penghambat pendidikan madrasah diniyah adalah kurangnya pendampingan tenaga pengajar. untuk mengatasi kelemahan tersebut diadakan pelatihan, bimbingan dan motivasi.

Abstract

Research data is all information obtained to support the running of the research. The data in the study is divided into two forms, namely primary data (principal) and secondary data (supporting). The data source in the study is the subject from which the data was obtained. The primary data sources in qualitative research are words and actions, the rest are additional data such as documents and others. The results of this study found several aspects, namely consisting of; First, from the aspect of implementing flipped classroom mode learning, it is concluded into three groups; 1) Flipped Classroom learning planning, 2) Implementation of Blended Learning, and 3) Assessment. Second, from the aspect of Implications, several impacts were found on Flipped Classroom learning, including; 1) Learning motivation, 2) Independence, and 3) the Development of Qur'an and Hadith Learning. Then the Ketiga is an inhibitory aspect that includes 14 among others; 1) Assessment Online, 2) Evidence of Student Process, 3) Student Memory, 4) Parental Support, 5) Parents' Fair Play, 6) Parental Saturation, 7) Student Slowness, 8) Student Trust, 9) Shame, 10) Facilities and Infrastructure, 11) Teacher HR, 12) Parents' HR, 13) Parent Spirit, and 14) Student Spirit. The efforts to overcome the obstacles are parent counselling and exploring innovations and potential teachers' abilities for technology and information.
