Abstract

Kompetensi menulis bagi guru dan kepala sekolah menjadi tuntutan profesinya. Hal ini berkaitan dengan jenjang karir, bahwa guru wajib memenuhi syarat berupa penulisan artikel atau karya ilmiah. Syarat ini kerap  menjadi masalah kenaikan   jenjang   pangkat bagi guru  mengingat rendahnya kemampuan dan minat menulis. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan kepala sekolah guru di wilayah Kecamatan Mangunjaya, Kabupaten Pangandaran tentang penulisan artikel ilmiah hasil dari PTK dan PTS serta kaidah menulis  karya  ilmiah,  dan  menulis  artikel  secara  profesional dan sesuai dengan ketentuan. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dengan active tutor learning untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan berkaitan dengan kemampuan menulis artikel ilmiah. Hasil  dan  simpulan  kegiatan  pendampingan  ini  mencakup beberapa komponen, yaitu: (1) luaran kegiatan berupa artikel ilmiah yang terpublikasi; (2) pemahaman peserta terhadap menulis artikel; dan (3) minat peserta untuk menulis cukup baik.

Abstract

This research is based on the Merdeka Belajar policy regarding the Sekolah penggerak Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of this policy in Junior High Schools through Edward III's theory of public policy implementation, which consists of four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structures that play a role in the implementation of the policy. The research method used in this research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach and uses data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation studies. Researchers use software to help facilitate data and information processing, thus helping facilitate data and information management. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Sekolah Penggerak program policy at Junior High Schools has met the aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure well, even though in the first year the Sekolah penggerak Program experienced many obstacles in its implementation. In the second and third years, The implementation of the three Sekolah Penggerak programs is running more smoothly. The aspect that needs to be improved is the resource aspect, especially budget resources.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of free legal services for individuals by the Legal Aid Office (LBS) and the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with Law No. 16 of 2011 on Legal Aid. According to Article 1 paragraph 3 of the Law, the Legal Aid Office is a legal entity or a community organization that provides legal services. The aim of this study is to understand the function and role of the Human Rights Commission as law enforcement officers and to comprehend issues related to the implementation of legal services. The research method employed in this study is normative legal research, utilizing primary and secondary legal sources. Material analysis in this research involves committee work that systematically categorizes legal materials to facilitate the analysis of the research work. The study reveals that the primary authority for legal services lies with LBS/Orkemas, which is authorized to verify and accredit the Human Rights Commission as a legal service provider. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of understanding the function and role of the Human Rights Commission as law enforcement officers and underscores their crucial involvement in the implementation of legal services. The research also highlights that the main authority for legal services is vested in LBS/Orkemas, which has been verified and accredited by the Human Rights Commission as a legal service provider.

Abstract

Tenaga administrasi sekolah/Madrasah (TAS/M) memerankan peran penting dalam sistem sekolah, peran penting ini sama hal nya dengan peran guru dalam proses mendidik. Selain betugas dalam pengelolaan yang berkenaan dengan hal administratif di sekolah, tenaga administrasi sekolah juga berperan aktif dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi kepada seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan. Peran vital tenaga administrasi yang begitu penting dalam pengelolaan suatu sekolah sehingga pemerintah melalui Permendiknas Nomor 24 Tahun 2008 menetapkan standar tenaga administrasi sekolah. Standar ini mengatur tentang kualifikasi dan kompetensi minimal yang harus dipenuhi oleh seorang tenaga administrasi sekolah. Kompetensi yang dimaksud adalah kompetensi kepribadian, sosial, teknis dan manajerial. TAS/M harus terus mengembangkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme nya sebagai bagian tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Proses pengembangan dan penguatan kompetensi ini harus terus dilakukan seperti halnya pengembangan kompetensi untuk guru yang dilakukan secara terus menerus. Self-Directed Learning (SDL) adalah satu pembelajaran yang mana pembelajar dapat terlibat dalam menentukan apa yang mereka pelajari. Hal tersebut jelas berbeda dengan konteks belajar sendiri dan mereka dapat lebih aktif dan leluasa dalam menentukan apa yang mau mereka capai. Melalui metode diharapkan berdampak positif pada proses pengembangan dan penguatan kompetensi tenaga admistrasi sekolah

Abstract

Description of the subject's behavior processes according to the focus of the problem under study. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used are primary and secondary data. To check the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The data analysis technique uses descriptive techniques with four steps, namely: (1) data collection or data collection (2) data reduction or data reduction (3) display data or data presentation (4) conclusion. The results showed that currently the MTs. Al-Hasanuddin of Pasuruan City, the concept of school development in improving competitiveness is in accordance with the concept of vision, mission, and objectives, quality of learning in accordance with the national curriculum, outstanding students both academically and non-academically An Nashr in understanding the Qur'an, improving facilities and infrastructure with stakeholder participation. The implementation of a curriculum administration strategy that is good for improving the quality of human resources (teachers and students), implementing discipline of teachers and students, establishing good relations with local communities, involving local communities in school activities, then improving quality with 14 steps according to Crosby, and Implications in this study in the form of customer satisfaction, a climate that is conducive, pleasant, orderly and quality in accordance with the expectations of the community so that it can attract market attention (community) to send their children to school at Al-Hasanuddin Junior High School, Pasuruan City.

Abstract

IoT technology is widely used in various sectors such as Manufacturing, Health, Security and Transportation. In this study, IoT technology is used to measure the efficiency produced by solar panels. Efficiency is a comparison of the power produced to the capacity of the solar panel. The efficiency value of solar panels is influenced by the intensity of sunlight. The greater the efficiency value, the better. Some components include the ESP 32 Microcontroller, 20WP Solar Panel, Ina 219 Sensor and 20 Watt Resistor. The Ina 219 sensor reads the power produced by the solar panel which is connected to a 20 Watt resistor. The reading results are processed by the ESP 32 microcontroller and transmitted via the internet network to be stored in the Online application. So that the power data produced is stored automatically. Data collection was carried out for 7 days from 10:00 to 15:00. Based on the measurement results, the highest power produced by the solar panel occurred at 11:00 every day. The highest efficiency value occurred on the 3rd day at 5.97%. Meanwhile, the lowest efficiency value occurred on the 5th day at 3.73%.

Abstract

This study purpose to explore the lived experiences of students, teachers, and parents regarding the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in junior and senior high school education across three model schools in Bandung, Indonesia. Employing a qualitative narrative inquiry design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with eight informants representing public, religious, and vocational school settings. The findings reveal that AI is experienced as a formative mirror, offering real-time feedback and encouraging skill development, but also evokes emotional contradictions, including anxiety, perfectionism, and spiritual dissonance. Teachers and parents were found to be essential mediators who reframed AI’s presence through relational, ethical, and religious frameworks. In faith-based contexts, participants expressed concern over AI’s inability to capture sincerity (niat) or foster moral reflection, underscoring its epistemological and spiritual limits. The study concludes that AI must be integrated through a culturally responsive, ethically anchored approach that balances digital efficiency with human meaning, emotional resonance, and pedagogical intentionality.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of education marketing strategies in an integrated Islamic junior high school using the marketing mix theory. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed to collect data through in-depth interviews and observations. The research subjects consisted of school leaders, teachers, school committee representatives, and parents. The collected data underwent analysis with the assistance of ATLAS.ti software. The findings revealed that the school's marketing strategy encompasses market segmentation, targeting, and positioning that are customized to product characteristics, consumer demographics, and institutional capacity. The marketing strategy is anchored by the 7P framework, encompassing product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. The analysis revealed that the school demonstrated a predilection for conventional promotional strategies, such as socialization to proximate primary schools and word-of-mouth marketing. The effectiveness of marketing strategies is influenced by a multitude of internal and external factors, including the decline in public interest in education due to the pandemic. This study posits that collaboration with primary schools emerges as the most efficacious strategy for enhancing education marketing. The study's findings offer strategic recommendations for educational institutions seeking to enhance their marketing efforts, with the aim of increasing student enrollment and enhancing their reputation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh distributed leadership dan manajemen mutu sekolah terhadap etos kerja guru pada Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama (SPK) (dulu dikenal sebagai Sekolah Internasional) di Indonesia yang berkurikulum International Baccalaureate (IB). Secara khusus penelitian ini menguji hubungan parsial maupun simultan antarvariabel, serta menelaah akar masalah dan prioritas strategis peningkatan etos kerja melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Fishbone Analysis, dan Importance-Performance Mapping Analysis (IPMA). Populasi penelitian adalah guru SPK IB di Indonesia dengan sampel ditentukan menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis AMOS. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa distributed leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja guru, manajemen mutu sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja, serta interaksi keduanya memberikan kontribusi simultan yang lebih kuat terhadap peningkatan komitmen, dedikasi, dan profesionalisme guru. Temuan kualitatif memperkuat hasil tersebut. Melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) teridentifikasi bahwa pemberdayaan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan, kolaborasi lintas budaya, serta transparansi manajerial menjadi faktor pendorong utama peningkatan etos kerja. Analisis Fishbone mengungkap beberapa akar masalah yang menghambat etos kerja, yaitu: keterbatasan pelatihan profesional, komunikasi hierarkis yang kaku, distribusi tanggung jawab yang tidak merata, serta ketidakseimbangan ekspektasi antara guru lokal dan asing. Sementara itu, hasil Importance-Performance Mapping Analysis (IPMA) menempatkan dimensi kolaborasi, komitmen terhadap pembelajaran siswa, dan budaya komunikasi terbuka sebagai faktor prioritas tinggi yang perlu segera diperkuat dalam kebijakan pengelolaan mutu SPK. Novelty penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model peningkatan etos kerja berbasis distributed leadership dan manajemen mutu sekolah yang tidak hanya mengandalkan analisis kuantitatif berbasis SEM AMOS, tetapi juga diperkaya dengan temuan kualitatif (FGD, Fishbone, IPMA), sehingga menghasilkan model yang komprehensif, kontekstual, dan aplikatif bagi Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the legal protection for consumers in electronic transactions within the community. The development of information and communication technology has influenced consumption patterns with the increasing prevalence of electronic transactions. This study focuses on the legal aspects involving consumers in the context of electronic transactions, encompassing consumer rights, seller responsibilities, and relevant dispute resolution mechanisms. The research methodology involves a literature review to gain in-depth understanding of regulations and policies related to consumer protection in electronic transactions. Additionally, this study includes an analysis of legal cases related to electronic transactions involving consumers as vulnerable parties. The anticipated outcomes of this research are expected to contribute to strengthening the legal framework that safeguards consumers in electronic transactions. Practical implications of this research encompass recommendations for regulatory improvements and the enhancement of dispute resolution mechanisms, enabling consumers to engage in electronic transactions with increased confidence and protection within the community.
