Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the madrasah head in increasing literacy culture at MTs Sunan Ampel KumpuIrejo Parengan Tuban, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the iteration culture at MTs Sunan Ampel KumpuIrejo Parengan Tuban, to find out the strategy for increasing literacy culture in increasing interest in reading at MTs Sunan Ampel Kumpulrejo Parengan Tuban. This study uses a qualitative approach in which this approach produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The role of the madrasa head is as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. 2) There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in developing a literacy culture. Supporting factors include The active role of madrasa residents, Support from parents of students. In addition, there are several inhibiting factors, namely: limited collection, and the influence of technology. 3) In developing a literacy culture, the head of MTs Sunan Ampel has several strategies used including Developing a library, Providing fiction, non-fiction, and reference books. Development of reading areas, 15-minute reading program, Development of literacy-themed madrasah activity programs.

Abstract

Hasil belajar ialah tujuan akhir dilaksanakannya suatu kegiatan pembelajran. Media pembelajaran dakon ini dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik, karena dapat membangkitkan motivasi, memudahkan memahami materi yang disampaikan guru, dan rangsangan kegiatan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran dakon terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peerta didik kelas II pada materi satuan berat. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif one group pretest posttest design. Dengan sampel penelitian kelas II yang berjumlah 12 peserta didik kemudian diberikan perlakuan. Hasil analisis data bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik dari skor pretest 50,00. Meningkat menjadi 83,33. sehingga ada pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas II pada materi satuan berat. Kemudian uji pair sample t test dari soal berdasarkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran dakon berpengaruh.

Abstract

Character education is a effort to instill positive values for student to become good humans in all. Character education is expected to be amoral-social crisis that is happening in Indonesia. Responding to this, SD Alam Islami eLKISI made character education main program in forming the character of students. The purpose of this reseach is 1) To describe a designated character education system in SD Alam Islami eLKISI. 2) To describe and analyze the values of character education in SD Alam Islami eLKISI perspective of the Ta’lim Muta’allim book. This type of reseach uses a qualitative approach The methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this study are 1) the character education system in SD Alam Islami eLKISI which is determinated based on three things, namely school programs that can indirectly shape the positive character of students, binding rule and sanction applied and strategies of implementing character education using learning, exemplary habituation, the existence a liaison book as well briefing and evaluation. 2) the values set in the programs and activities include religious, honest, disciplined, fond of reading, caring, environmental, social care and responsibility in accordance with the view of the book Ta’lim Muta’allim.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Mengetahui bentuk-bentuk dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku menyimpang peserta didik Mts Hasyim Asy’ari Sidoarjo. 2) Mengetahui peran guru PAI dalam menanggulangi perilaku menyimpang peserta didik Mts Hasyim Asy’ari Sidoarjo. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data bersumber dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kesiswaan, dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini ialah teknik analisis interaktif dari Miles dan Hubermas yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran bentuk-bentuk perilaku menyimpang pada peserta didik di MTs Hasyim Asy’ari Sidoarjo dibagi dalam beberapa ketegori berikut ini: kategori ringan; kelengkapan seragam tidak sesuai aturan disiplin sekolah, berambut panjang bagi Laki-Laki, berhias berlebihan bagi Perempuan, tidur di dalam kelas, terlambat masuk sekolah, membolos (pulang lebih awal), dan berada di kantin pada waktu jam pelajaran. Kategori sedang; Tutur bahasa yang kurang sopan, membuat gaduh ketika proses KBM berlangsung, dan membawa HP serta aksesoris. Kategori berat yaitu; berkelahi, memalak, dan bullying. Hal demikian dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal. Adapun Peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanggulangi perilaku menyimpang adalah: Pertama, (melakukan tindakan represif) yaitu dengan cara menunda dan menahan perilaku menyimpang peserta didik atau menghalangi timbulnya perilaku menyimpang yang lebih parah serta memberikan bimbingan dan nasehat, menegakkan disiplin sekolah, penerapan sanksi dan pemanggilan orang tua. Kedua, melakukan tindakan kuratif yaitu dengan cara memberikan skorsing dan pengembalian peserta didik kepada orang tua. Ketiga, upaya melakukan pendekatan agama kepada peserta didik, sebagaimana yang telah dilakukan oleh narasumber yakni mengajarkan dan mengajak siswa untuk melakukan hal-hal yang bernuansa agamis. Hal ini didasari atas keyakinan bahwa hal tersebut mampu menjadikan hati siswa lunak sehingga mudah untuk dinasehati dan diarahkan menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Education has a very strong position in preparing humans to live perfectly and happily. Coaching and monitoring for 24 hours for students is carried out by the Al-Hajar Karemejo Islamic Boarding School which is aimed at fostering their personality. This study aims to: 1) Explain the planning of Islamic boarding schools in improving the religious character of students, 2) Describe the management of Islamic boarding schools in improving the religious character of students, 3) Describe the supervision of Islamic boarding schools in improving the religious character of students, 4) Describe the evaluation of Islamic boarding schools in improving the character of Islamic boarding schools. religious students. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach and the data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe 1) the application of the virtuous charity program at Islamic boarding schools in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students, 2) the strategy of Islamic boarding schools in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students, 3) the results of the righteous charity program in Islamic boarding schools in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students living in at the Islamic boarding school Urwatul Wustho Bulurejo Diwek Jombang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely by making observations in the field, with researchers as the main instrument to obtain data on how to plan, implement, and evaluate. In obtaining data related to the strategy of Islamic Boarding Schools in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students, it was done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data obtained were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of Islamic Boarding Schools in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of students, namely: 1) Planning of Islamic Boarding Schools in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of students, namely by synergizing between Islamic Boarding Schools, Schools, and Business Units, as for carrying out righteous charity programs, 2) Islamic Boarding School management strategies in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of students is through Education and Training, 3) the physical results of the application of the righteous charity program can be used directly and the addition of increasing the ability of students in terms of knowledge and skills.

Abstract

. The focus of this research is as follows; 1) How is the planning of the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 2) What is the strategy for implementing the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 3) How is the supervision of the implementation of the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 4) How to evaluate the implementation of the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 5) What is the follow-up plan for the academic supervision of the headmaster to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This type of descriptive research accommodates all qualitative data information according to different descriptions, not only presenting numerical statements or results in the form of numbers. The approach used in this research is a case study to look carefully for events, activities, processes, and cases limited by time, so that various procedures are used according to a predetermined time.The results of this study are, 1) At the planning stage of the academic supervision program at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo, the head of the madrasa emphasizes identifying the problems faced by educators as well as SWOT analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the aspects of the learning activities they carry out , 2) the head of the MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo madrasa in carrying out the academic supervision program using supervision approaches, techniques and instruments that had been prepared beforehand, 3) The head of the MIS madrasa Raden Rahmat Balongbendo supervised the implementation of academic supervision related to the progress of educators in carrying out the instructions of the head of the madrasa as a supervisor not only looking for teacher mistakes, but also looking for positive things done by educators, for further development, 4) the head of the MIS madrasa Raden Rahmat Balongbendo evaluates academic supervision to find out the success of the strategy for implementing the academic supervision program, 5) the headmaster of the MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo carries out follow-up on the academic supervision of the madrasah head to improve the performance of educators in accordance with the results of the evaluation of the academic supervision that has been carried out.

Abstract

This research employs a qualitative method, focusing on how researchers examine the source of the object by generating narrative data based on observations through a case study approach. The research subjects include the Head of the Madrasah (KM), Deputy Head of the Madrasah (WKM), Local Charge Teacher (GML), and students. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis utilized the Milles & Huberman analysis method, involving qualitative descriptive data with an interactive model. This includes data reduction of newly acquired complete data, grouping the data, presenting information after collection, and drawing conclusions from these models. The researchers derived conclusions from the grouped data based on existing sources. The study's findings are as follows: 1) The planning of the local content curriculum in shaping religious behavior involves the Madrasah, guided by the RKT and RKAM, which determine local content programs, subjects, teaching staff, and funding and learning resources. 2) The implementation of the local content curriculum in shaping religious behavior entails reviewing the syllabus, creating lesson plans, and conducting assessments. 3) The outcomes of the local content curriculum in shaping religious behavior encompass local content programs and the evaluation results of local content learning.

Abstract

In this study, this qualitative research aimed to describe the misconceptions students of junior high school in understanding characteristics of quadrilateral plane figure. The misconceptions instrument were administered to three students in 8th grade of junior high school. Students understanding were analyzed by misconceptions test with CRI (Certainty of Response Index) method with interviews. The misconceptions in understanding the characteristics of quadrilateral plane figure (trapezoid and parallelogram) were the main result of this study. Students showed the same misconceptions in understanding the characteristics of quadrilateral plane figure. The first, Students assumed the diagonal trapezoid isosceles is the only a pairs of same length segment. The second, students only known the parallelogram and rectangle shape are in the regular quadrilateral shape (if the parallelogram and rectangle has different position or irregular shape then it is no called a quadrilateral). In particular, the results indicated that the students had misconceptions in understanding characteristics of quadrilateral plane figure. The misconception occurs because the ability of student understanding is low or incomplete. So, the teacher should gave more problem and images for understanding the characteristics of plane figure.

Abstract

. The qualitative research approach is research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. The process and meaning are more highlighted in qualitative research, the theoretical foundation is used as a guide so that the focus of research is following research facts. The qualitative approach centers on the description of the subject's perspective, process, and conceptual details of the subject. When these two methods deal with the same research theme, the natural environment is a direct source of data, humans are the main tool/instrument of data collection, and data analysis is carried out inductively.  Results: Results in general in scientific activities take a qualitative approach emphasizing the quality aspect of the quantity studied. Citing information on the Ministry of Education's website, the qualitative approach is an emic perspective. The purpose from an emic point of view is a form of qualitative research approach that uses data in the form of narratives, story details, expressions, and construction results from informants. Data can be obtained from data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and observations.
