Abstract

This research aims to conduct a comprehensive study on the implementation of murabahah contracts in Indonesian Sharia banking and their compliance with DSN-MUI Fatwas in the contemporary era. The research methodology employs a qualitative descriptive analysis approach by integrating findings from academic journals and empirical studies published between 2000 and 2026. The results reveal that murabahah dominates the financing portfolio of Indonesian Sharia banking at 70-76%. Three implementation models were identified: Pure Murabahah (5%), Modified Ownership (20%), and Murabahah bil-Wakalah (75%), the latter being the most dominant yet a primary trigger for legal ambiguity and potential disguised riba. The Sharia compliance level shows that 65% of institutions are fully compliant, 25% are partially compliant, and 10% are non-compliant. Critical challenges identified include genuine ownership issues (89% of studies), margin transparency (76%), and overlapping wakalah-murabahah contracts (85%). The study recommends contract standardization, strengthening the role of Sharia Supervisory Boards (DPS), and integrating digital technologies like blockchain to enhance transparency and compliance. Keywords: Murabahah, DSN-MUI Fatwa, Islamic Banking, Sharia Compliance, Murabahah bil-wakalah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teachers’ digital literacy on the effectiveness of learning at private vocational high schools (SMK) throughout the Tenjolaya subdistrict of Bogor. In this study, a quantitative research method was used, and the numerical data collected were analyzed using simple regression analysis. This study employs a correlational method with non-test techniques, as it aims to determine the correlation between teachers’ digital literacy and the effectiveness of learning. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire. The questionnaire in this study utilizes a Likert scale with five response options, consisting of both positive and negative statements. Based on the t-test value in the regression results, which is 2.541, and since the t-value (2.541) is greater than the critical t-value of 1.660, there is a positive influence between the teacher digital literacy variable (X) and the learning effectiveness variable (Y). Keywords Teachers' digital literacy, learning effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the culture of respect for Kyai among students as a form of adab education at the Nurul Hidayah Fil Jabal Islamic Boarding School in Bogor Regency. The study used a qualitative approach with an ethnographic design to understand the practice of the culture of respect from the perspectives of Islamic boarding school cultural actors. The research informants consisted of a Kyai, a Ustadzah, a senior student, and a new student who were selected purposively. Data were obtained through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, categorization, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the culture of respect is the main foundation of adab education in Islamic boarding schools. The culture of respect is understood as respect for knowledge, teachers, and the educational process in the Islamic tradition. The culture of respect is formed through the process of habituation in daily life at the Islamic boarding school, the exemplary behavior of the Kyai and teachers, and the internalization of the value of respect within the students. Respectful practices such as minding one's speech, bowing when passing teachers, and maintaining one's posture during religious study sessions have developed into a social habit embedded in the lives of students. Research also shows that a culture of reverence plays a crucial role in the development of noble morals, such as humility, discipline, self-control, and respect for others. The research findings confirm that a culture of reverence is not a form of feudal relations, but rather a practice of adab education that shapes the moral and spiritual character of students through habituation, role models, and social experiences within the Islamic boarding school environment.
