Abstract

This community service was carried out to introduce the concept of marketing and financing calculations at the Kesari Amertha Sari Village-Owned Enterprise which was carried out with the collaboration of Warmadewa University lecturers and students. The implementation of the service was carried out in Singapadu Tengah Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. Service activities are carried out using observation and interview methods conducted to BumDes managers and Pokdarwis groups in Singapadu Tengah. The results of observations and interviews became the basis for implementing the service program by action research group methods. It is known that BumDes and Pokdarwis Singapadu Tengah are currently experiencing obstacles to revive through tourist villages. As a result, representatives of Bumdes and Sadar Wisata groups understand the importance of marketing that is done digitally but still provides real time services and opportunities for managing tourist village pricing to be carried out, after socialization related to immersive marketing and pricing strategy guidelines, especially in tax adjustments. The evaluation of the service program shows positive results in supporting the marketing and management of tourist villages in Singapadu Tengah. This service activity has successfully achieved its goal of introducing the knowledge and skills of Bumdes and Pokdarwis in the management of tourist village.

Abstract

The culinary business itself from year to year has not changed much and continues to exist in people's lives. In addition, the culinary business has a high level of resilience, so it has a huge opportunity and promises Foodstart to utilize media and technology to introduce and offer these selling products. Foodstart up focuses on developing a food business based on local wisdom and existing natural resources. This is done in various ways such as through establishing a business or startup related to food production, food or beverage processing. One of the businesses that have been very profitable and promising in recent years is the contemporary beverage business, one of which is chocolate and tea drinks, namely flytea and flychoco. However, there are several problems, namely: (1) There are many flytea and flychoco enthusiasts, but the stand or boot is still limited. (2) Flytea and flychoco marketing which is still carried out door to door.

Abstract

Timbulan food waste yang terus meningkat dapat membahayakan keberlangsungan hidup manusia. Banyaknya sisa makanan dapat berdampak buruk pada aspek sosial, ekonomi, maupun lingkungan. Berbagai langkah dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi sampah sisa makanan, salah satunya dengan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat melalui edukasi. Pengabdian masyarakat melalui edukasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terkait food waste. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Aula Warga RT 04 RW 01 Kelurahan Kedung Badak, Kabupaten Bogor bersama dengan para ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki tempat penyimpanan bahan pangan memadai, yakni kulkas. Kegiatan ini diisi dengan adanya edukasi terkait kondisi food waste dan dampak buruk yang ditimbulkan dari adanya food waste, langkah penyimpanan pangan yang tepat, kadaluwarsa pangan, dan pengolahan sisa makanan menjadi food best untuk mengurangi sampah sisa makanan.

Abstract

Candimulyo District as a durian fruit center that has been famous since the 1980s, during the harvest season, attracts many people/visitors to come to enjoy this King of the fruits. Visitors come from various regions both domestically and abroad. This condition, in addition to providing a positive side in the form of increasing community income, on the other hand also raises problems in the form of piles of durian skin and pongge waste. The urgency of this community service activity is the utilization of durian skin and pongge waste as a form of effort to increase community income, especially in Giyanti Village, Candimulyo District, Magelang Regency. Durian skin and seeds waste that is currently not utilized and becomes a problem for the environment in Giyanti Village, in the form of an unclean environment that can cause environmental pollution and can affect the level of public health. With this activity, it is hoped that the existence of durian skin and seeds waste during the durian harvest season will not become a more widespread problem. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the standard of living of the community through efforts to increase community income. Creativity and innovation are needed that can be done by the community to increase their income, including by utilizing existing potential. The role of academics is to transfer knowledge to the community through introduction and training related to handling the problems faced. The composition of the community service team consisting of food technology, nutrition, and accounting from Universitas Tidar is expected to provide optimal contribution to solving the problems in Giyanti Village, namely by utilizing durian skin and seeds waste into processed products that will encourage increased community income.

Abstract

Desa Wukirsari Imogiri Bantul menghadapi masalah pengelolaan sampah. Sebagai desa wisata, Wukirsari harus mengelola sampah dengan baik agar destinasi wisata bersih dari sampah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah menjadi produk yang bernilai. Pengabdian ini melibatkan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bantul, Bank BPD DIY, dan didanani dari Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, transfer teknologi, dan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah produk pupuk organic, hasil penjualan buah melon dan sayuran dari hasil pemanfaatan pupuk organik, serta peningkatan pendapatan. Luaran pengabdian ini adalah publikasi di konferensi internasional, video, publikasi di media massa, dan keberdayaan mitra dalam mengolah sampah dan pertanian organic.

Abstract

Yanto Leather is one of the leather craftsmen at the Manding Craft Industry Center, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Since the Covid-19 outbreak attacked Indonesia in March 2020, it has had an impact on the MSME sector, including the Manding Leather Crafts Industrial Center. The impact felt most by leather craftsmen was the decline in sales turnover during the pandemic, including Yanto Leather. The aim of the activity is to improve the skills of Yanto Leather craftsmen in production efficiency and digital marketing. The methods used are coordination and collaboration with partners, training and mentoring. The output of this program includes increasing the application of science and technology where craftsmen are able to use social media for digital marketing, a new brand called Yanto Hastkala, and a product catalog that has been registered for copyright, and the provision of leather sewing machines to increase production efficiency.

Abstract

This community service program focuses on enhancing the operational capacity of the Slipper Hotel Production Unit at SMK PI Ambarrukmo 1 Sleman. The program addresses challenges such as limited equipment, low product diversification, and insufficient digital marketing skills among students and teachers. Through the integration of Teaching Factory (TeFa) and Project-Based Learning, the program provided training in production techniques, branding, and digital marketing. The results include the production of hotel-standard slippers using EVA foam, improved digital marketing skills, and a well-structured organizational system. Despite these achievements, challenges such as limited production tools and lack of product variety persist. Future plans include diversifying eco-friendly products and expanding partnerships with industry stakeholders. This initiative serves as a replicable model for vocational education entrepreneurship to reduce unemployment and support local economies.
