Abstract

Teacher assistance activities for students who have low reading abilities at the UPTD SD Negeri Koeloda school are activities carried out by teachers to accompany students who still have low reading abilities, especially in pronouncing letters and spelling words. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance to students who have low abilities, especially class I students at UPTD SD Negeri Koeloda in pronouncing letters, spelling letters, reading sentences and reading texts. The research method carried out was using the direct observation method which was carried out through mentoring activities carried out through mentoring activities by teachers which were carried out for 4 months. The results of this research are: the mentoring activities carried out for class I students at UPTD SD Negeri Koeloda had a positive impact on students who had low abilities so they could pronounce letters, spell words, read sentences and read texts well. Apart from that, the mentoring activities carried out can provide opportunities for teachers to play an important role so that students are able to perform and develop their ability to read well.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the potential benefits of incorporating physical self-concept training into the professional development of educators at SDN Pejuang V in Bekasi City. The physical self-concept is a significant element of teacher personality development, capable of influencing not only teaching performance but also interactions with students. To investigate this, qualitative research methods were employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The findings indicated that the training had a beneficial effect on teachers' comprehension of the physical self-concept and its practical application in daily activities. Consequently, it is recommended that similar training be implemented in other schools to enhance teachers' professionalism.

Abstract

Sumbawa cattle have been marketed for local, regional and national market needs, especially during the Eid al-Adha and markets in big cities throughout Indonesia. The high market demand is not balanced with an increase in the quality of Sumbawa cattle, so it has not fully answered market needs, the solution for its independence in managing livestock, market networks, distribution and mechanisms to enter industry needs and feed processing skills, abundant feed sources in the rainy season, and inversely proportional to the supply of feed in the dry season, this has an impact on the productivity of cattle farmers which is very lacking. unable to improve the welfare and independence of cattle breeders and the community in general. Sumbawa cattle are an important livestock commodity and have high and strategic economic value. After training and mentoring, it can increase the independence and productivity of farmers up to 1.5 to 2 times, due to the availability of feed banks, livestock nutrition and vitamins.

Abstract

This report addresses the challenges faced by TPQ Awwalul Huda in managing student data and monitoring learning outcomes, highlighting the need for improved efficiency and parental involvement in the educational process. The primary objective of this study is to develop a web-based student data recording system that enhances data management and facilitates real-time monitoring of student progress. The methods employed include a comprehensive needs analysis, system design, implementation, and socialization of the new system to 12 teachers and approximately 80 parents. The findings indicate that the newly implemented system significantly improves the efficiency of data management, allowing for better tracking of student performance and attendance. Additionally, it fosters greater engagement from parents, enabling them to monitor their children's learning outcomes more effectively. The study concludes that integrating digital technology into the educational framework of TPQ Awwalul Huda not only enhances transparency and accountability in managing student data but also contributes to the overall improvement of educational quality. This initiative demonstrates the potential of digital solutions in addressing the challenges faced by non-formal educational institutions, ultimately leading to a more effective and participatory learning environment for students and their families.

Abstract

The economic empowerment of farmers in disaster-affected areas or survivors is certainly a problem in the post-disaster phase during rehabilitation and reconstruction, one of which is the economic sustainability of the community so that they can still return to the new normal life. This is what happened in Supiturang Village, Pronojiwo District, where after the eruption of Mount Semeru, many residents lost their jobs, agricultural production decreased, including psychological conditions due to the trauma of the earthquake disaster. Social innovation as "new ideas that successfully achieve social goals, emerging in various forms, including technological innovation, process innovation, and organizational innovation, often arise from collaboration between various stakeholders, such as NGOs, governments, community groups, and companies that lead to holistic and sustainable solutions to complex social problems (1) increasing capacity, well-being and increasing sustainability opportunities. Sedankan sociopreneur (social entrepreneurship) combines social empowerment and entrepreneurship, becoming an alternative in reducing social and economic problems, such as unemployment, economy, education, gender, health, including disaster problems. (2) Community service in Supiturang Village after the eruption of Mount Semeru was carried out using a participatory method based on social innovation which aims to restore and develop the local economy in a sustainable manner. Through collaboration with various stakeholders, the program not only focuses on strengthening economic capacity, but also on the development of social and institutional aspects, so that the interventions provided can be more targeted and relevant to local conditions. With an integrated approach to overcome the challenges faced after the eruption of Mount Semeru, through several solutions, including: strengthening agricultural production innovation, diversifying agricultural products with a sociopreneur approach through the added value of agricultural product processing, including increasing farmers' income and competitiveness with technology through  a digital marketplace based on local wisdom) independent, progressive and sustainable.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve Islamic financial literacy among students of Al-Mutmainnah Islamic Boarding School. The methods used are material presentation, discussion, and Q&A. The materials presented include the definition of financial literacy and inclusion as well as Islamic financial literacy, its benefits, and types of Islamic financial products and services. The results of the activity show that the level of understanding of Islamic financial literacy among students has increased. Students also showed a high interest in learning and applying finance in everyday life. This activity is expected to help students manage their finances wisely, independently, and contribute to the development of the Islamic boarding school and community economy.

Abstract

The community service program "Community Empowerment in Developing Traditions, Arts, and Culture in the Giyanti Wonosobo Hilly Area" is a strategic initiative that aims to increase community awareness and active participation in efforts to preserve and develop rich local cultural heritage. The Giyanti Hills region, known for its unique diversity of traditions, arts, and cultures, is now facing serious challenges due to the negative impact of rapid modernization. This program focuses on preservation and empowering the community to act as agents of change in maintaining and developing existing cultural values. Through a series of activities involving education, training, and cross-sector collaboration, it is hoped that people can understand the importance of their cultural identity and integrate it into their daily lives. This service is expected to create a strong collective awareness, encourage active participation in arts and cultural activities, and strengthen social cohesion among community members. The success of this initiative will have a significant positive impact not only on the local community but also on the development of sustainable tourism that respects and uplifts local cultural values.

Abstract

Price is the amount of value or money exchanged by consumers to obtain or use a product or service. Corporate image is a person's perception of an organization's image and these perceptions are created through all the senses of sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste, and feeling experienced through the use of products, consumer services, commercial environments and corporate communications. This study aims to analyze the effect of price and corporate image on the decision to purchase wedding planner services at CV Showbitz Mitra Andalan. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through a questionnaire with a sample of 34 respondents using the saturated sample technique. The data obtained were analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive but not significant effect partially on the decision to purchase services of (0.36). Corporate image has a positive and significant effect partially on the decision to purchase services of (0.52). Simultaneously, price and corporate image have a positive effect on the decision to purchase by (0,57).

Abstract

This study aims to look at the management of educational resources in schools. We launched a community service program. It focuses on strengthening school-based management (SBM). Using qualitative methods and descriptive approaches, this study combines various techniques. From in-depth interviews to careful observation, to document analysis, all have been done. This study was conducted at the energetic SMP N 5 Jogjakarta. The findings show that the management of educational resources can soar higher. The key? Harmonious collaboration between schools and communities. In addition, the application of SBM principles—independence, partnership, participation, openness, and accountability—is the road to success.
