Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing customers' decision to choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method in e-commerce transactions. Perceived Convenience, Prior Experience, and Perceived Security were identified as key factors shaping customers' preferences. The objective was to analyze the relationship between these factors and the likelihood of choosing COD. A quantitative approach using a survey methodology was employed, with a sample of 153 customers from PT. POS Indonesia. The findings reveal that Perceived Convenience significantly drives customers' decisions to select COD due to its ease and flexibility. Prior Experience also plays a crucial role, as positive past interactions build trust and reduce perceived risks, encouraging repeated use of COD. Additionally, Perceived Security emerged as a significant factor, with customers perceiving COD as a safer payment option, particularly for those concerned about online fraud.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of financial performance on the share price of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). To achieve this goal, this study applies quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The data analyzed and used as a basis includes financial statements and company stock prices from 2017 to 2023. The results show that financial performance, as measured through various ratios such as Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earnings per Share (EPS), has a significant influence on stock prices. This finding indicates that EPS contributes positively to stock price, while CR and DER show a negative impact. The conclusion of this study confirms that a company's financial performance has a great influence on its traded share price. Therefore, it is recommended that companies focus more on paying attention to and improving their financial performance, in order to encourage an increase in stock prices and strengthen investor confidence.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of board size and executive incentives on firm performance in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023. Firm size is tested as a moderating variable. A total of 45 banking companies were selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 180 firm-year observations, which were analyzed through panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using EViews 12. The results show that board size and executive incentives have a positive effect on firm performance, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). However, firm size does not significantly affect firm performance and does not moderate the relationship between board size and performance. Notably, firm size negatively moderates the relationship between executive incentives and firm performance. These findings contribute to a better understanding of corporate governance dynamics in the banking sector.
