Abstract

This study explores how transformational and servant leadership influence nurses’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using the quantitative method, data from 70 respondents were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The findings indicate that transformational and servant leadership have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership also has a significant positive effect on OCB. However, servant leadership and job satisfaction do not significantly affect OCB. In addition, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between the two leadership styles and OCB. These results highlight the importance of transformational leadership in influencing OCB. Future research is suggested to add other mediating or moderating variables for deeper understanding.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the adoption of digital payments such as e-wallets, mobile banking, and QRIS. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to analyze the factors influencing consumer preferences and decision-making based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The findings indicate that Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Use (ATU), and Behavioral Intention (BI) play a crucial role in the adoption of digital payments. Additionally, factors such as security, trust, economic incentives, and social influence also have a significant impact. Trust and security enhance user loyalty, while incentives and social influence accelerate adoption. Thus, while TAM remains relevant, external factors must be considered in the development of digital payment systems.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are one of the key components that support a nation's economic resilience during a crisis, as they are able to survive by leveraging all their financial capabilities. This research aims to identify trend issues regarding the financial capacity of SMEs in facing financial resilience. A bibliometric analysis method is used to explore literature trends related to financial skills and financial resilience. A quantitative approach is applied with the assistance of VOSviewer tools for network visualization, co-occurrence analysis, and trend mapping. Financial resilience research has shifted from traditional approaches to a holistic paradigm that integrates digital, behavioral, and cultural aspects, emphasizing the need for a multidisciplinary approach. The analysis indicates a transition from static financial literacy models to dynamic frameworks influenced by technology and behavior. The rapid growth of digital finance topics reflects a transformative phase requiring agile policy and research responses. Further research should explore the relationships between emerging clusters to develop a more comprehensive financial resilience model in the digital era.
