This research adopts a qualitative approach, moving away from hypothesis testing to focus on describing contemporary phenomena, examining historical contexts, and deepening our understanding of key variables. Secondary data serves as the foundation for this investigation. The research process begins with comprehensive data collection and analysis, drawing from diverse sources including scholarly literature, academic publications, textbooks, digital resources, and other relevant materials. Through a qualitative descriptive methodology, the researcher systematically gathers, arranges, and consolidates information to create a clear and detailed picture of human resource accounting practices in the international context.

Abstract

The automotive industry is a high-pressure sector where work-life balance (WLB) is crucial to employee job satisfaction and productivity, particularly in demanding contexts such as Wuling Factory in Shanghai. This research examines the efficacy of WLB policies at Wuling Factory and their impact on job satisfaction. Utilizing a quantitative research method, a structured questionnaire was distributed among 200 employees, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied to analyze the data. The findings indicate that flexible working hours, specialized leave options, and dependents care significantly enhance job satisfaction. This study not only underscores the importance of WLB in industrial work environments but also contributes to the broader discourse on human resource management by demonstrating that comprehensive, well-implemented WLB policies are integral to fostering employee satisfaction and organizational success in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Abstract

The dynamic economic landscape of Shanghai necessitates effective human resource management (HRM) strategies to engage employees, whose commitment is crucial for enhancing organizational productivity and competitiveness. Primostar, a leading company in Shanghai, faces significant challenges in maintaining employee engagement amid cultural shifts and a highly competitive market. This study aims to evaluate the impact of HRM practices, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, and compensation, on employee engagement at Primostar. Employing a quantitative research methodology, the study uses a cross-sectional survey design with structural equation modeling to analyze responses from 217 employees. The results reveal that all selected HRM practices significantly influence employee engagement, with performance appraisal showing the most substantial impact. This research contributes to the understanding of HRM's role in fostering employee engagement and provides actionable strategies for HR professionals to enhance workforce motivation and retention in challenging business environments.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of innovation capability, digital competence, and digital transformation on the performance of culinary SMEs in Medan City with self-directed learning as an intervening variable. Using a quantitative approach, 230 samples of culinary SMEs were selected through multistage sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that innovation capability, digital competence, and digital transformation have a positive and significant effect on self-directed learning and SME performance. Self-directed learning mediates the influence of digital competence and digital transformation on the performance of SMEs, but does not mediate the influence of innovation capability. This research provides recommendations to improve the performance of culinary SMEs through the development of innovation capabilities, digital competencies, and digital transformation.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of product quality and digital marketing on consumers' purchasing decisions in Kampung Lele Kediri, mediated by satisfaction. Findings reveal that while product quality significantly enhances satisfaction, it doesn't directly drive purchases, suggesting other influencing factors. Digital marketing, meanwhile, shows no significant impact. To improve, Kampung Lele Kediri should refine pricing and marketing strategies, bolster digital marketing efforts through training and engaging content, and complement product quality improvements with loyalty programs and enhanced service. This research offers valuable insights for businesses and policymakers to formulate more effective strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Communication, Work Ethic, Work Motivation, and Organizational Culture on the effectiveness of the work of Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto employees and to find out which is more dominant and affects the effectiveness of work. The research sample was 110 Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto employees using a quota sampling technique. The results showed that communication, work ethic, and motivation significantly affected work effectiveness. Conversely, organizational culture has no effect in the negative direction on work effectiveness. These findings provide valuable insights for hospitality industry leaders. And emphasize to employees the importance of optimizing work effectiveness through communication, work ethic, work motivation. Organizational culture needs to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the shopping behavior of outsourcing employees at PT. Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim, especially in terms of preferences, spending patterns, and the influence of the work environment on their shopping decisions. A qualitative approach is used to explore factors such as basic needs, lifestyle, and social pressures. The results of the study show that shopping behavior is influenced by fixed income, access to credit facilities, and promotions from digital platforms. This research provides important insights for local businesses to formulate relevant marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Self-efficacy and work discipline on employee performance with Employee Engagement as a mediating variable for employees at the Banyumas Regency Education Office. This research uses quantitative with a saturated sampling approach involving 111 respondents, except structural personnel and operational personnel who are excluded in this study. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares 3.0 method. The results showed that Self Efficacy and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of Employe Engagement. This research shows the importance of organizations to improve employee confidence, consistency of work discipline, and employee involvement in organizational activities.

Abstract

This study will look at how service quality, servicescape, brand image, and trust affect customer happiness at Burger Bangor Purwokerto. This study employs quantitative methodologies, with data collected via questionnaires disseminated online. The data used is original data, with up to 135 samples. Technical data analysis with SPSS 27. The findings revealed that service quality, servicescape, brand image, and trust all influence consumer satisfaction. Service quality, service landscape, brand image, and trust all have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The findings of this study can help Burger Bangor Purwokerto better its operational strategy, particularly in terms of service quality, servicescape, brand image, and trust, in order to retain customer loyalty and increase competition in the fast food business.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media marketing, online customer reviews, halal labeling, as well as brand image on purchasing decisions for Somethinc cosmetic products in Purwokerto. Using a quantitative approach, data from 130 respondents were analyzed with SPSS through multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients. Findings show that all four variables significantly and positively impact purchasing decisions both individually and simultaneously. Halal labeling exhibits the strongest effect, followed by brand image, online customer reviews, and social media marketing. These findings highlight the importance of integrating digital marketing, leveraging halal certification, and strengthening brand perception to enhance purchasing decisions in the competitive cosmetic industry.
