Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training and competency on employee performance at the Education and Culture Agency of Sumbawa District, either partially or simultaneously. The type of this study was associative. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of scores from respondents' answers to questions given through a questionnaire. The population in this study was all employees at the Sumbawa Regency Education and Culture Service, totaling 50 people. Seeing that the population in this study is relatively small, less than 100 people, this study used a census sampling technique (saturated sample), which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Statistical tests in this research were carried out using the Stata application (Statistics and Data) to assist with data processing. The Stata output will then be studied using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study showed that the training and competency had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the the Education and Culture Agency of Sumbawa District, either partially and simultaneously. The training and competency had quite a large ability to effect on employee performance variables at the Education and Culture Agency of Sumbawa District, namely 40%, while the remaining 60% was effected by other variables outside this study model, such as the work motivation, incentives, and organizational culture.

Abstract

The presence of Fintech forces people to innovate in terms of their financial transactions. This phenomenon is motivated by technological advances adapted by business people so that fintech players continue to innovate in providing the best for their users. OVO is one of the fintechs that is currently widely used by the public. This study aim to examine the effect of convenience, trust and quality of service on consumer interest in using the OVO digital wallet. The sampling technique used in this study was non probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Non probability sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide an equal opportunity or chance for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. In this study, sampling was determined based on certain considerations or characteristics in accordance with research needs, so that the research sample consisted of 100 respondents from the community in Sumbawa Sub-District. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that the convenience, trust and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer interest in using the OVO digital wallet at Sumbawa Sub-District. The influence of the variables convenience, trust and quality of service on consumer interest in using the OVO digital wallet at Sumbawa Sub District is 62.6%, while the remaining 37.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as perceived suitability, perception usefulness, perceived comfort and perceived feature availability.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Social Commerce, Influencers, Electronic Word of Mouth and Digital Payments on Purchasing Decisions in UMKM Samota Car Free Day. The sampling technique in this research uses purpose sampling, where the sample is the general public who make purchases at Car Free Day Samota, make purchases using digital payments, have social media and get information about Car Free Day Samota on social media. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from primary data sources, then processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of this research are 1) Social Commerce partially has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, 2) Influencers partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, 3) Electronic Word of Mouth partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 4) Digital payments partially have a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and 5) Simultaneously social media marketing, influencers, electronic word of mouth and digital payments have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer bonding strategies on customer loyalty using Ms Glow skincare. The type of this study was causal associative study. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were 50 Ms Glow skincare customers in Sumbawa District who were determined using accidental sampling techniques. Data processing was carried out using SPSS software. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that the customer bonding strategy had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty using Ms Glow skincare in Sumbawa District. The contribution of customer bonding strategies in influencing customer loyalty using Ms Glow skincare in Sumbawa District was 39.1%, while the remaining of 60.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study model, such as perceived value, quality of product, quality of service, prices, promotions and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between job training and self-efficacy with improving employees’ performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumbawa Besar Branch. The type of this study used was associative study. The type of this study was associative study which aims to determine the effect of job training and self-efficacy on employees’ performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumbawa Besar Branch. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from research respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents for this study were all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumbawa Besar Branch, totaling 40 people. The data used in this study were processed with SPSS software for analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient testing (R2). The results of this research show that job training and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumbawa Besar Branch, both partially and simultaneously. The contribution of job training and self-efficacy in influencing employees’ performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumbawa Besar Branch was 66.8%, while the remaining of 33.4% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as leadership style, work motivation and compensation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership management in efforts to improve the quality of human resources in schools. The type of this study was associative study which aims to determine the effect of the leadership management on improving the quality of human resources in schools. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents for this study are all human resources educators (teachers) at SDN Kakiang, North Moyo Sub-District, Sumbawa District, totaling 12 people. The data used in this study were processed with SPSS software for analysis using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and coefficient of determinant testing (R2). The results of this study showed that the leadership management had a positive and significant effect on the quality of human resources in schools. The ability of leadership management to influence the quality of human resources in schools was 28.7%, while the remaining of 71.3% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as curriculum factors, educational policies, educational facilities, technology applications and communication in education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of e-commerce information technology on MSMEs income in Sumbawa District. The type of this study was comparative study used to compare the income levels of MSMEs in Sumbawa District before and after the implementation of e-commerce information technology. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data collected from existing sources in the form of annual reports, documents and archives contained in MSMEs in Sumbawa District. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the two-average difference test technique. These testing techniques include the data normality test with Kolmogorov Smirnov test, paired samples statistics test, paired samples correlations test, and paired samples t-test. The results of this study showed that the implementation of e-commerce information technology had a positive impact on the income level of MSMEs in Sumbawa District. The income earned by MSMEs in Sumbawa District had increased after the implementation of e-commerce information technology compared to the income before the implementation of e-commerce information technology. Thus, it can be stated that the implementation of e-commerce information technology is a very important aspect in supporting the increase in MSME income in Sumbawa District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of interest in online shopping for TikTok shop products among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was associative study which aims to determine the effect of product quality, discounts and free shipping on interest in online shopping for Tiktok Shop products among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from research respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were Samawa University students who had shopped online for Tiktok Shop products, a total of 95 people who were determined using non-probability sampling techniques with the accidental sampling (convenience sampling) method. The data used in this study were processed with SPSS software for analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient testing (R2). The results of this study showed that product quality, discounts and free shipping had a positive and significant effect on interest in online shopping for Tiktok Shop products among Samawa University students, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of effect of product quality, discounts and free shipping on interest in online shopping for Tiktok Shop products among Samawa University students was 60.3%, while the remaining of 39.7% was effected by other variables outside this research model, such as product completeness, shopping comfort, quality information and ease of service.

Abstract

This study aims to examine perceptions of service quality and emotional closeness on community satisfaction at Moyo Hilir Health Centre services. The type of this study was associative study which aims to examine the effect of perceived service quality (X1) and emotional closeness (X2) on community satisfaction at Moyo Hilir Health Centre services (Y). products among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from research respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were 55 people who used the Moyo Hilir Health Center services in the period November 2022 who were determined using probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method. The data used in this study were processed with SPSS software for analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient testing (R2). The results of this study showed that service quality (X1) and emotional closeness (X2) had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at Moyo Hilir Health Centre services (Y), both partially and simultaneously. The effect of service quality and emotional closeness on community satisfaction at Moyo Hilir Health Center services was 75.6%, while the remaining of 24.4% was effected by other factors not included in this study, such as product quality, price or costs, and ease of obtaining products or services.

Abstract

This study aims to know the promotional strategies through digital media to improve marketing performance at the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was descriptive used to describe promotional strategies through digital media to improve marketing performance at Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar. The type of data used was qualitative data obtained directly from research informants using interview techniques. The informants who were sources for this study consisted of owners, employees and customers of the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar. Evaluation of marketing performance at the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar in this study used the SWOT method. Through SWOT analysis, internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) can be identified in the marketing of the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar. The results of this study showed that the marketing of the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar was in quadrant I. The strategy that can be applied in this condition is to support aggressive policies (growth oriented strategy). This can be done using the SO (strength-opportunities) strategy by taking advantage of the strengths and opportunities you have to overcome the weaknesses and threats faced so that you can improve marketing performance at the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar. Several strategies that can be implemented in marketing at the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar, namely: 1). Presenting various creative, innovative and different products from competitors, 2). Providing maximum service, 3). Offering prices that are relatively cheaper than competitors, 4). Carrying out various marketing events, and 5). Optimizing promotions through digital media.
