Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rewards on employee work motivation at the Health Office of Sumbawa District. The type of this study was associative study used to examine the significance effect of rewards on employee work motivation at the Health Office of Sumbawa District. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to research respondents, namely all employees at the Health Office of Sumbawa District. The number of respondents in this study was 84 people who were determined using the Slovin formula and selected using probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method. The all of data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and determinant coefficient test (R2. The results of this study showed that the rewards had a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Health Office of Sumbawa District. The total effect of rewards on employee work motivation at the Health Office of Sumbawa District was 30.9%, while the remaining of 69.1% was effected by other factors not examined in this study, such as leadership style, work discipline and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict management on employee work productivity in Alas Barat Sub-District, Sumbawa District. The type of this study was  associative study used to examine the significance effect of conflict management on employee work productivity in Alas Barat Sub-District, Sumbawa District. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely all employees at the Alas Barat Sub-District Office, Sumbawa District. The number of respondents in this study was 18 people who were determined using a saturated sampling technique (census sampling). In this research, the data was processed using the SPSS computing program, to be analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that conflict management had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Alas Barat Sub-District Office, Sumbawa District. The contribution effect of conflict management on employee work productivity at the Alas Barat Sub-District Office, Sumbawa District was 54.3%, while the remaining of 45.7% was effected by other factors outside this study model, such as suitability of wages, education level, work and managerial experience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of flash sales and live streaming promotions on online buying interest among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was causal associative study used to examine the effect of flash sales and live streaming promotions on online buying interest among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from research respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were students from Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar who had made online purchases through the e-commerce TikTok shop, totaling 96 people who were determined using non-probability sampling techniques with the accidental sampling method. In this study, the data was processed using the SPSS program, to be studied and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that flash sales and live streaming promotions had a positive and significant effect on online buying interest among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar, either partially and simultaneously. The effect of flash sales and live streaming promotions on online buying interest among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar was 25.5%, while the remaining of 74.5% was effected by other variables outside this research model, such as product quality, advertising and customer trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of brand ambassador and electronic word of mouth (e-WoM) on influenceting interest in buying MS. Glow Men products in Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was causal associative study which is used to examine the effect of brand ambassadors and Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) on interest in buying MS. Glow Men products in Sumbawa Besar. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were all 50 customers who had buyed MS Glow Men skincare in Sumbawa Besar. The sample determination in this study was based on a non-probability sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. The all of data used in this study was processed using the SPSS program, to be studied and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that brand ambassadors and Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) had a positive and significant effect on interest in buying MS. Glow Men product in Sumbawa Besar, either partially and simultaneously. The ability of the brand ambassador and Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) variables to explain variations in changes in the variable interest in buying MS. Glow Men product in Sumbawa Besar was 16.5%, while the remaining of 83.5% was effected by other factors outside this research model, such as perceived convenience, promotion and price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in consumer interest in buying cosmetics with a halal label and cosmetics without a halal label. The type of this study was comparative study used to compare consumer interest in buying cosmetics with a halal label and cosmetics without a halal label. The type of data used was quantitative data obtained directly from respondents using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were students from Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar who had purchased cosmetics with halal labels and without halal labels, totaling 100 people. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling (convenience sampling) method. The data analysis in this study used the two-average difference test technique, including the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test, paired samples statistics test, paired samples correlations test, and paired samples test. The results of this study showed that there was a positive and significant difference in consumer interest in buying cosmetics with a halal label and cosmetics without a halal label. Consumers are more interested in buying cosmetics with a halal label compared to cosmetics without a halal label. Thus, it can be stated that providing halal labels on cosmetic product packaging had a big impact on increasing consumer interest in buying cosmetics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of electronic money (e-money) on the level of consumption of students at Samawa University Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was associative. The type of data used is quantitative obtained from primary sources through a questionnaire. The population in this study were 619 students of the Faculty of Economics and Management. The sample determination was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that the number of populations that met the requirements to become the research sample was 93 people. Data analysis is carried out with simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (T-test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results showed that the use of electronic money (e-money) had a positive and significant effect on the level of consumption of students at Samawa University Sumbawa Besar. The effect of the use of electronic money (e-money) on the level of consumption of students at Samawa University Sumbawa Besar is 10.1%, while the remaining 89.9% is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study, such as income, product prices, tastes and education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affecting on visitors' willingness to pay at the Teba Panotang tourist object, Sumbawa District. These factors are education (X1), income (X2), frequency of visits (X3), duration of visits (X4), and cost of visits (X5). The type of this study was assosiative study. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were visitors to the Teba Panotang tourist object, totaling 30 people who were determined using non-probability sampling techniques using the accidental sampling (convenience sampling) method. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that partially education had not effect on visitors' willingness to pay, while income, frequency of visits, and duration of visits had a positive and significant effect on visitors' willingness to pay, and visit costs had a negative and significant effect on visitors' willingness to pay. Simultaneous test results showed that education, income, frequency of visits, duration of visits, and cost of visits had a significant effect on visitors' willingness to pay at the Teba Panotang tourist object, Sumbawa District. The ability of the independent variables contained in this study model to explain the visitors' willingness to pay at the Teba Panotang tourist object was 73.1%, while the remaining of 26.9% was effected by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource management in improving employees performance at Public Health Centre in Lopok Sub-District. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used was quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample that will be used as respondents in this study was 55 employee at Public Health Centre in Lopok Sub-District who were determined using non-probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method. Data analysis tools were performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study showed that human resource management consisting of performance assessment, career development and compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employees performance at Public Health Centre in Lopok Sub-District, both partially and simultaneously. The variation of changes in the value of the employee performance at Public Health Centre in Lopok Sub-District can be explained by the performance assessment, career development and compensation variables, which was 67.6%, while the remaining of 32.4% was explained by other variables that are not included in this study, such as work motivation, work enthusiasm and welfare.

This study aims to know the determinants of public demand for package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumbawa Besar, namely shipping rates and public income. The type of data used was quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample that will be used as respondents in this study was all users of package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumbawa Besar, totaling 96 people. The selection of respondents was carried out using non-probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method. Data analysis tools were performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study showed that in partially shipping rates had a negative and significant effect on community demand for package delivery services, while community income had a positive and significant effect on community demand for package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumbawa Besar. In simultaneously, shipping rates and community income had a significant effect on community demand for package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumbawa Besar. The ability of shipping rates and community income to influence changes on community demand for package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumbawa Besar was 67.5%, while the remaining of 32.5% was effected by other variables not examined in this study, such as the implementation of marketing mix strategies which include product, place, promotion, price, people, process, and physical evidence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing in improving the sales performance of MSME products in Sumbawa District. The type of this study was associative which aims to examine the effect of implementing digital marketing in improving the sales performance of MSME products in Sumbawa District. The type of data used was quantitative data collected directly by researchers from research respondents using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample used as respondents in this study were 91 MSME actors in Sumbawa District. Respondent selection was carried out using non-probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method. Data analysis tools were performed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study showed that digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of MSME products in Sumbawa District. This means that the higher the level of digital marketing implementation, the higher the sales performance of MSME products in Sumbawa Regency. Conversely, the lower the level of digital marketing implementation, the lower the sales performance of MSME products in Sumbawa Regency. The ability of digital marketing to effect the sales performance of MSME products in Sumbawa Regency was 41.3%, while the remaining of 58.7% was effected by other variables outside this research model, such as market orientation and product innovation.
