Abstract

The study is in the background by the pluralistic and pluralistic societies of diverse ethnic, cultural, language, culture, religion and class societies. Each community group has different characteristics and interests. In this study the author uses qualitative analyses that go through the phases of data collection, classify, connect with existing theories and problems, and then draw conclusions to determine the outcome. Learning multiculturalism may be a precaution for prejudice and conflict between groups, for through multicultural studies students learn to appreciate different ethnic cultures, assess their strengths and deficiencies, and eventually they will accept that there is no perfect culture and absolutely no benefit. Multicultural education could be a tool for Indonesia to preserve the unity of the nation.

Abstract

Verbal and non-verbal behavior is a form of off-task behavior that is raised by students, verbal here is behavior such as talking outside of learning material during the teaching and learning process, singing, screaming and so on while non-verbal is daydreaming, sleeping and other behaviors. Off-task behavior often appears and interferes with the learning process and the comfort of other students who are serious about participating in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to emphasize positive behavior, it is expected to reduce the off-task behavior that exists in students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which in this study analyzes off-task behavior more and overcomes this behavior with behavioral counseling theory. The results of the study show that behavioristic counseling is one form of counseling that is used to modify behavior such as off-task behavior, namely negative behavior, so it is hoped that this behavioral counseling can change into positive behavior. Students as individuals are required to be able to behave well in carrying out the learning process even though there are differences between other individuals. Motivation in learning is an encouragement for students in learning activities and behavioral behavior explains that human behavior or human behavior can be changed and controlled by controlling the environmental situation that exists around humans. The learning process, both education and teaching, is a process that is aware of a goal. Education and teaching is one of the reasons behind student achievement, student behavior in situations where students study in class where there are unwanted appearances or what is called off-task.

Abstract

Humans are God's most perfect creatures on earth, this is because humans are endowed with reason and thought. Humans should be able to use this mind to be able to adapt in carrying out their lives. In adapting, of course, humans do not escape the process of interaction with their environment. It is undeniable that currently the interactions that occur between humans and their environment can have negative and positive impacts. One of the negative impacts caused is the excessive exploitation of the environment in order to meet human needs which of course are endless. Developing students' ecological intelligence through the concept of ecopedagogy in history learning is very important in order to create students who have a critical view of the importance of the concept of sustainable development. One of the things that can be done by the teacher is to relate the material being taught by providing understanding to students so that they can live by instilling environmentally friendly principles. An example is through the process of internalizing ecosystem awareness which is done naturally, namely by developing attitudes, lifestyles, and traditions that have a positive impact on the balance of the ecosystem. This tradition is also known as an application of local wisdom. One of them is through local wisdom in Kampung Naga.
