Abstract

Education has an important role in forming a generation that has the ability to think critically, analytically, and solve problems. However, in social studies learning in schools, there are still many teachers who use conventional learning, so that learning is less effective. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of inquiry-based learning in social studies subjects and describe its influence on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at MI Ma'arif NU 1 Pancasan, Ajibarang District, Banyumas Regency, the subjects in this study were grade IV students totaling 27 students. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, with the type of field research. The research data was obtained through interviews and observations, then the analysis techniques included the stages of reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research obtained by the researcher related to the implementation of inquiry learning carried out by teachers are carried out through 5 stages: 1) Student orientation to problems, 2) Managing the learning process, 3) Providing investigation guidance, 4) Presenting learning results, 5) Evaluation and reflection of activities. Inquiry learning has a positive effect on student learning outcomes, including encouraging students' enthusiasm and curiosity so that they are actively involved during the teaching and learning process, fostering an independent, creative attitude, and being able to develop students' ability to think critically.

Abstract

This study aims to see how far the influence of capital structure and asset growth has on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable on primer sector consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The population in this study are all consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023, namely 129 companies. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 32 samples. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis and path analysis in SPSS 26. Based on the hypothesis testing that has been done, it is concluded that the: (1) capital structure have a significant effect on profitability, (2) Asset grwoth has no significant effect on profitability, (3) Capital structure has no significant effect on firm value, (4) Asset grwoth has no significant effect on firm value, (5) Profitability has a significant effect on company value, (6) capital structure has a significant effect on firm value through profitability has an intervening variable, (7) Asset growth has no significant effect on company value through profitability as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability on company value with dividend policy as an intervening variable in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study were all those listed in food and beverage with a total of 95 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The sample in this study that met the criteria and was determined by the purposive sampling method so that a total sample of 18 food and beverage companies was obtained with a research period of 5 years. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (Spss) version 26. The results of this study indicate that capital structure does not have a significant effect on dividend policy, profitability does not have a significant effect on dividend policy, capital structure does not have a significant effect on company value, profitability has a significant effect on company value, dividend policy has an effect on company value, in addition, the results of the study simultaneously show that capital structure has a significant effect on company value through dividend policy and profitability does not have a significant effect on company value through dividend policy.

Abstract

The investment in making students aware of the geostrategy for national resilience in the educational space was immediately implemented because educational problems were becoming more worrying, and the best and most comprehensive solutions needed to be found as soon as possible. This research aimed to reveal the development of a strategy for cultivating awareness of national resilience in children as a geostrategy in Indonesia. Researchers used qualitative research methods with the type of library research through various documentation sources, both from scientific journals, books, websites, and other relevant information; meanwhile, in data analysis techniques, researchers use content analysis. The research results showed at least three awareness development strategies for children, including First, a strategy for cultivating children's awareness based on the values of Pancasila ​through the study of the first to the fifth principles. Second, the project system-based strategy for cultivating children's awareness through national holiday activities, heroism day activities, and collaborative activities with the surrounding environment. Third, the strategy for cultivating children's awareness is based on the value of integrating subjects in the educational curriculum through the integration of allied lessons, material on the dynamics of the reality of life, self-control, and social movements, and understanding the noble value of the nation's philosophy for life.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Reading and Writing the Qur'an / Baca dan Tulis Al Qur’an (BTQ) learning model at SD Islam Al Amanah Setu Tangerang Selatan, reveal the implications of the contextualization of BTQ learning, and reveal future developments. The researchers used a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The data and sources in this research were primary and secondary data, while the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that the contextualization of BTQ learning at SD Islam Al Amanah has three aspects, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implications of the contextualization of BTQ learning in this school are that teachers can remember and deepen the knowledge of the Qur'an, reduce students' difficulties in learning the Qur'an, students are more disciplined and hardworking, patient, independent, honest, have a better attitude, students' grades are according to target, achieve in the field of the Qur'an, and this BTQ learning can be an attraction for schools. The plan for developing BTQ learning at this school is special training for BTQ teachers, increasing BTQ teaching hours, collaboration between parents/guardians and teachers, creating BTQ certificates, and eliminating SPP and BTQ as a requirement for obtaining a diploma.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the leadership concept of Al-Ghazali in improving the performance of the leadership of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication in the digital era. The quantitative approach was used with a survey method involving 50 respondents from faculty leaders, lecturers, and education staff at several universities in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression to measure the relationship between Al-Ghazali's leadership principles and improved academic leadership performance. The results of the study show that the leadership principles of Al-Ghazali, which include justice (al-'adalah), wisdom (al-hikmah), exemplary (uswah hasanah), and trust, have been applied significantly in faculty management. The average score of the application of the principle reached 4.25 out of 5, indicating that Islamic leadership values have become an integral part of academic leadership practice. Regression analysis showed a significant positive relationship (R² = 0.72, p < 0.05) between the implementation of Al-Ghazali's leadership and the improvement of leadership performance, especially in the aspects of decision-making, internal communication, and innovation in faculty management. This study concludes that the concept of Al-Ghazali leadership has strong relevance in increasing the effectiveness of academic leadership, especially in facing the challenges of digitalization in Islamic higher education. Therefore, leadership training based on Islamic values needs to be strengthened in order to optimize the quality of faculty management in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find a solution to the problem of low learning outcomes in understanding mathematical concepts of addition and subtraction material, of which 80% had not reached the KKTP and the low level of student activeness. The learning method used is Team Games Tournament (TGT) assisted by ethnomathematics marbles game. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) consisting of cycle I and cycle II to assess the application of TGT. Each cycle consists of (1) Planning; (2) Action; (3) Observing; and (4) Reflection. This research was conducted at SD 2 Jati Wetan with the subject grade 1 students totalling 15 students. Data were collected by test, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive, and comparative. The research results showed that there was an increase in the average and percentage of students completing KKTP, that was 65.3 (40%) in cycle I to 85.56 (86.67%) in cycle II. The level of learning activeness also increased from 48% in cycle I to 80.8% in cycle II. Thus, the TGT model assisted by the ethnomathematics marbles game is proven to increase students' concept understanding and activeness in addition and subtraction materials in grade 1 elementary school.

Abstract

One of the approaches that is increasingly popular in the world of education is gamification. Gamification is the application of game elements in the learning process with the aim of increasing student engagement, motivation, and understanding. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which leaderboard gamification can increase student learning motivation, measuring its impact on the understanding of the concept of Aqidah Akhlak. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design to measure the effectiveness of leaderboard-based gamification learning in increasing students' motivation and understanding of Aqidah Akhlak material at MTs Negeri 1 Bandung. The results of this study showed that the average student comprehension score in the experimental group increased by 23.5%, from an average of 65.2 in the pretest to 88.7 in the posttest. Meanwhile, the control group only increased by 9.8%, from an average of 64.8 to 71.2. In addition, observations of student activeness showed that the experimental group was more active in asking questions (12.4 times compared to 5.7 times in the control group), interacting with teachers (9.8 versus 4.3), and participating in discussions (15.2 versus 7.1). This data confirms that leaderboard gamification can increase students' active participation in the learning process. In addition to increasing understanding and activeness, leaderboard gamification also affects student discipline and involvement in learning. The results of the observation showed that the task completion rate of students in the experimental group reached 94.5%, much higher than the control group which was only 76.8%. In addition, the student attendance rate in the experimental group was also higher, at 98% compared to 92% in the control group. This data shows that the application of gamification not only has an impact on academic comprehension, but also on aspects of discipline and student learning motivation. Thus, leaderboard gamification can be used as an innovative learning strategy that supports improving the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Return On Equity (ROE) and Current Ratio (CR) on Company Value with Capital Structure as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019-2023. This Quantitative Research uses secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements published by the IDX. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during 2019 to 2023 and the Sample was collected using the purposive sampling technique and obtained data from 32 companies for 5 years which were used as research samples. The data analysis technique uses SPSS 26 software and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that (1) ROE has a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure. (2) CR has a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure. (3) ROE has a negative and significant effect on Company Value. (4) CR has a negative and significant effect on Company Value. (6) The intervening variable Capital Structure does not mediate the ROE variable on Company Value. (7) The intervening variable Capital Structure does not mediate CR on Company Value. This study contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence the Company Value of manufacturing companies in Indonesia and the importance of Capital Structure in optimizing company value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the significant influence of the use of the Project Based Learning Model on student learning outcomes about maintaining and preserving cultural diversity in grade V of SD Inpres Kuanino 3. This research was carried out at SD Inpres Kuanino 3 Kupang City Classes V A and V B Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This study is quantitative research using a quasi-pretest-posttest control group experimental research design. The experimental class used the Project Based Learning model, while the control class used the conventional Problem Based Learning model. The results of the pretest showed an average score of 47.2 in the experimental class and 34.8 in the control class. After being given treatment, the average posttest score of the experimental class increased to 83.8, while the control class reached 69.8. The normality and homogeneity test showed normal and homogeneous distributed data. The results of the hypothesis test showed that t-count = -21.517 was greater than t-table = 2.064, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Project Based Learning model on student learning outcomes.
