Abstract

Although a tolerant attitude toward cultural and religious diversity is a key competency in Pendidikan Pancasila instruction at the elementary level, initial conditions among sixth-grade students at SDN Ngaliyan 05 indicated that their awareness of respecting differences and collaborating with peers from diverse backgrounds still needed strengthening. This study aimed to describe the implementation of the role playing model and examine its effectiveness in fostering a tolerant attitude toward cultural and religious diversity among sixth-grade students at SDN Ngaliyan 05. A mixed-methods design combining quantitative and qualitative approaches was employed, involving 29 students as research participants. The learning activities were conducted in two sessions: the first session used a lecture method, and the second session applied the role playing model. Data were collected through tolerance-attitude questionnaires administered in both sessions and observations of learning activities, then analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that in the first session most students were still in the moderate and low categories of tolerant attitude, whereas in the second session, after the role playing model was implemented, there was a significant increase in tolerance, with the majority of students reaching a high category of tolerant attitude. These findings indicate that the role playing model is effective in fostering mutual respect, appreciation of cultural and religious differences, and the strengthening of positive social interactions among students. Accordingly, the application of the role playing model in Pendidikan Pancasila instruction is proven effective in cultivating a tolerant attitude toward cultural and religious diversity among sixth-grade students at SDN Ngaliyan 05 and has implications for its use as an innovative and practical alternative strategy for character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Although Pancasila instruction in elementary schools has been widely examined, studies that specifically address the integration of Project Based Learning (PjBL) with school rules as a contextual project remain limited. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the “Balon Aturan Sekolahku” project based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) in improving students’ learning outcomes in Pancasila content. A quantitative approach with a one-group pretest–posttest experimental design was employed, involving 25 third-grade students selected through total sampling. Data were collected using learning achievement tests and teacher interviews, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired t-tests, and effect size calculations (Cohen’s d). The results showed a significant increase in students’ learning outcomes, with the mean score rising from 66.04 (pretest) to 78.80 (posttest) and an average N-Gain of 0.352 (medium category). These findings contribute to the development of social constructivist theory and broaden understanding of the application of contextual Project Based Learning (PjBL) in Pendidikan Pancasila instruction. The study concludes that contextual projects such as the Balon Aturan Sekolah initiative play an important role in enhancing students’ knowledge, attitudes, and Pancasila values, and recommends that teachers adopt similar project-based strategies to strengthen student engagement and character formation. The implications of this research include theoretical contributions to the literature on Project Based Learning (PjBL) in primary education and practical recommendations for schools to integrate contextual projects into the Kurikulum Merdeka, while also opening avenues for further research on the longitudinal implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) and its effectiveness across diverse school contexts.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a strategic necessity for improving the quality of health services in the modern era. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of digital transformation at Rumah Sakit Jiwa (RSJ) Tampan, Riau Province, which has adopted various innovations such as the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), the SITAMPAN online registration service, and employee attendance based on electronic signatures, as well as to examine their contribution to the realization of excellent health services. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through interviews, field observations, and document analysis with informants comprising healthcare workers, administrative staff, and management. The findings show that digitalization has accelerated the registration process, facilitated access to information, improved data accuracy, and strengthened transparency and work efficiency, which in turn has enhanced patient satisfaction through faster, more accurate, and more responsive services. However, the study also identified obstacles, including unstable internet connectivity, limited devices, and varying levels of employees’ digital literacy, which hinder optimal system utilization. Overall, digital transformation at RSJ Tampan has made a positive contribution to realizing excellent health services and strengthening accountability and public trust, with implications for the need to improve technological infrastructure and provide continuous training programs so that digitalization can proceed more optimally and sustainably in the future.

Abstract

Tourists’ decisions to visit a destination are influenced by various factors, including accessibility and available facilities. This study aimed to identify and analyze the influence of accessibility and facilities, both partially and simultaneously, on tourists’ visiting decisions at the Sarasah Tanggo Tourist Destination. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive research and field research designs. Data were collected through questionnaires involving 96 respondents and were then analyzed using multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination test, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that accessibility and facilities simultaneously influenced tourists’ visiting decisions. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.187 indicated that accessibility and facilities contributed 18.7% to visiting decisions, while the remaining 81.3% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Partially, accessibility did not have a significant effect on visiting decisions, as indicated by the calculated t-value of -0.354 < the t-table value of 1.985 and a significance value of 0.724 > 0.05. Conversely, facilities had a significant effect on visiting decisions, with a calculated t-value of 4.490 > the t-table value of 1.985 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The F-test results showed that accessibility and facilities simultaneously had a significant effect on visiting decisions, with a calculated F-value of 11.279 > the F-table value of 3.09 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, facilities are a more dominant factor in influencing tourists’ visiting decisions, while improving accessibility still needs to be considered as part of comprehensive tourist destination development.

Abstract

The high level of competition in the skincare industry on e-commerce platforms, particularly TikTok Shop, requires digital marketing strategies capable of encouraging consumer purchase decisions. In this context, beauty influencers and online customer reviews are assumed to play an important role in shaping consumer trust, which affects purchase decisions for Avoskin skincare products. This study aimed to analyze the influence of beauty influencers and online customer reviews on purchase decisions for Avoskin skincare products through consumer trust. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal design. The research population consisted of TikTok Shop users in Semarang City with an unknown total population, while a sample of 100 respondents was determined using purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results showed that beauty influencers and online customer reviews had a positive and significant effect on both consumer trust and purchase decisions. However, consumer trust had a positive but insignificant effect on purchase decisions. Thus, marketing strategies through beauty influencers and consumer reviews proved effective in increasing purchase decisions for Avoskin skincare products, although the role of consumer trust as a mediating variable was not yet optimal.

Abstract

Schools’ readiness in financial management remains suboptimal, thereby affecting the effectiveness of implementing School-Based Management (SBM). This study aimed to analyze the challenges, best practices, and optimization strategies for school financial management within the SBM framework. This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by referring to the PRISMA protocol. Data were obtained from the Google Scholar and Scopus databases, covering publications from 2019 to 2025. A total of 12 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that the main challenges in school financial management include limited and delayed funding, low human resource competence, bureaucratic complexity, and weak transparency and public participation. The best practices identified include participatory budget planning, digitalization of financial reporting, regular monitoring and evaluation, and strengthening partnerships with stakeholders. Thus, optimizing financial management in SBM requires synergy among human resource capacity building, technology utilization, procedural simplification, and the strengthening of transparency and accountability. These findings provide practical contributions for schools and policymakers in improving the quality of educational financial governance to become more effective, transparent, and accountable.

Abstract

Although environmental sustainability issues have received increasing attention in consumer behavior studies, studies that specifically discuss the effectiveness of green marketing strategies in influencing Generation Z’s purchase intention in nonmetropolitan areas remain limited. This study aimed to analyze the influence of green marketing, green brand trust, and green brand image on Generation Z’s purchase intention for Miniso products in Padang City. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey design, involving 190 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that green marketing had no significant effect on purchase intention, whereas green brand trust and green brand image had positive and significant effects. This finding contributes to the development of the Theory of Planned Behavior and expands understanding of consumer behavior in the context of sustainable marketing. Thus, this study affirms that trust and environmentally friendly brand image play an important role in shaping Generation Z’s purchase intention, so companies need to strengthen their environmental credibility and positioning to improve the effectiveness of sustainable marketing strategies.

Abstract

The shooting ability of futsal extracurricular players at SMP Negeri 13 Malang City, based on initial observations, is still not optimal, partly due to the absence of a structured shooting training program specifically targeting accuracy improvement. This study aimed to analyze the effect of target training on the shooting accuracy of futsal players by designing and implementing a systematic shooting training program. A quantitative approach with a one-group pre-test–post-test experimental design was employed, involving 20 participants selected through purposive sampling based on their active participation in futsal training. Data were collected through shooting tests and analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests as well as a paired samples t-test. The results showed a significant increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores, indicating that target training is effective in improving players’ shooting accuracy. These findings affirm that a structured shooting training program makes a tangible contribution to enhancing students’ technical skills, with practical implications for coaches to implement shooting drills continuously and combine them with other futsal technical training, while future research is recommended to incorporate physical and psychological variables to broaden understanding of the factors influencing shooting accuracy.

Abstract

Intensifying competition in the skincare industry between local and global brands requires companies to implement innovative and creative marketing strategies to improve marketing performance. The decline in Somethinc’s brand position in e-commerce sales rankings indicates the need to evaluate and strengthen its existing marketing strategies. This study aimed to analyze the effect of guerrilla marketing and creativity on marketing performance with brand awareness as a mediating variable among Somethinc consumers in Semarang City. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Sobel test with the assistance of SPSS. The findings show that guerrilla marketing and creativity have a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, and that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. In addition, guerrilla marketing and creativity also have a direct positive effect on marketing performance, while brand awareness is proven to mediate the influence of both variables on marketing performance. The study concludes that non-conventional and creative marketing strategies, when supported by strengthened brand awareness, can significantly enhance marketing performance. In practical terms, local skincare companies are advised to optimize guerrilla marketing strategies and marketing creativity to reinforce brand awareness and competitiveness in the digital marketplace.

Abstract

The development of digital technology requires fiqh instruction to adapt to the characteristics of 21st-century learning; however, the reality in madrasah shows that the use of technology in fiqh learning has not been optimal. This study aimed to describe the implementation of fiqh instruction at MTs Nurul Islam 2 Boyolali in the digital era and to identify the obstacles encountered in applying instructional technology. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation and interviews with fiqh teachers and madrasah administrators, and subsequently analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that fiqh learning is still dominated by conventional methods due to low levels of teachers’ digital competence and limited digital learning infrastructure. This situation results in low levels of active student engagement and suboptimal development of students’ digital literacy. The novelty of this study lies in its mapping of the interrelationship between teachers’ digital competence, infrastructure readiness, and the utilization of students’ potential as a digital generation in the context of fiqh instruction in madrasah. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing teachers’ digital competence and strengthening technology-based learning support systems in madrasah so that fiqh instruction becomes more relevant to the demands of the digital era.
