Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of perceived expertise, perceived similarity, perceived familiarity, perceived likeability, and swift guanxi on purchase intention in Skintific’s Shopee Live audience in Jakarta. This study uses descriptive and causality research with a 5-point Likert scale measurement. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed through Google Form with 326 respondents. The statistics method used in this research is Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results showed that perceived expertise, perceived similarity, perceived familiarity, and perceived likeability have effect on swift guanxi. Swift guanxi has effect on purchase intention. Swift guanxi has a mediating effect on perceived expertise, perceived similarity, perceived familiarity, and perceived likeability on Purchase Intention in Skintific’s Shopee Live audience in Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of firm size, profitability, leverage, audit reputation, subsidiaries, and financial distress as independent variables to audit report lag as dependent variable. The population in this research is cyclicals consumer and non-cyclicals consumer companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2020-2022. The sample used for this research consist of 73 listed cyclicals consumer and non-cyclicals consumer companies. The selection of these sample used the purposive sampling method with total 219 research data and the data analysis method in this research is used multiple regression analysis. The result in this research indicated that audit reputation had effect to audit report lag. While firm size, profitability, leverage, subsidiaries, and financial distress had no effect to audit report lag.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to offer empirical evidence concerning managerial ownershipand other factors on firm value companies in Indonesia. Managerial ownership consists of managers,directors, or commissioners who are actively involved in company decision making. The research samplewas determined using a purposive sampling approach and analyzed through the multiple regressionmethod resulted 74 non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021to 2023 with 222 data that passed the research criteria. The results of this study show that independent variables consisting of profitability, capital structure and liquidity have an influence on firm value. While other variables such as company size, company growth, dividend policy, and managerial ownership have no influence on firm value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of several variables such as job satisfaction, work motivation and workload on employee performance. Research using quantitative methods is descriptive. The type of data used is primary data. This study uses a non-probability sampling method using a saturated sampling technique and totals 117 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction had no effect on employee performance, while work motivation and workload had an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Banking intermediation role an institution that gathers fund and distributes it to the are being challenged by the development of digital information technology that impact the entire industry. Bank’s ability to increase the low cost fund through digital banking platform will determine how the bank obtain a competitive advantage. This study aims to evaluate if the competitive strategies applied to increase low cost fund performance and the utilization of digital banking in PT Bank CIMB Niaga,Tbk has align with the corporate strategy. This framework is evaluating the strategy through qualitative research based on Rumelt’s framework, which consists of four stages, namely consistency, advantage, consonance, and feasible; using performance analysis, value chain, VRIO framework, and the concept of market orientation. The results of the study is that the strategy to increase low cost funds have been applied consistently, consonance, advance and feasibly to the corporate strategy. While the strategy to increase digital banking utilization that adopted has been conduct consistently, superior and fit, but not fully meet the feasibility. The recommendations are to affiliate low cost fund portfolio management as one of KPI main item for all employees, do the refinement of four leading digital platform that are currently running and to develop products that are interrelated between low cost funds and lending product throughout all directorate.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence firm value. The independent variables in this research consist of firm size, capital structure, firm growth, investment decisions, and dividend policy. The object of this research are food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010 to 2019. This research used 60 samples and the sample selection procedure used was purposive sampling method. The research test used multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that the variables of firm size, capital structure and firm growth have no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the investment decision variables and dividend policy have an influence on firm value. Investment decisions that have a positive effect on firm value indicate that investors have high expectations of the company's potential market value. Dividend policy that has a negative effect on firm value indicates that low dividends will cause the company's internal funds to increase so that the company's performance also increases which results in an increase in firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of independent variables (X) which are transformational leadership, organization culture, and communication on the dependent variable (Y) work discipline State Civil Apparaturs Dinas XYZ Bekasi City. The method used in this study is causality. This study uses purposive samples. Respondents involved in this study were 77 employees. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. And the method for data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression processed. Based on the hypothesis test the results of this study flexibility of transformational leadership, and communication affect the work discipline State Civil Apparaturs. While the organization culture does not affect work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze empirically the effect of dividend policy, liquidity, tangibility, asset turnover, and company growth toward capital structure.The objects used in this study are agriculture sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Sampling with certain criteria, there are 7 companies and 49 data. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression with a fixed-effect model to test the hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative effect on capital structure. This is because the company which have higher liquidity certainly will reduce their own debts and using internal funding. Meanwhile, dividend policy, tangibility, asset turnover, and company growth have no effect on capital structure.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, firm size, and asset structure on firm value. The population used in this research is Miscellaneous Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2020 period. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method with a total sample of 12 companies. This research uses causal research to determine the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable and Multiple Regression Analysis to analyze the data. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that profitability has effect on firm value, so that profitability can increase the firm value and vice versa. Leverage has effect on firm value, it means that the use of debt can increase the firm value. Liquidity has effect on firm value, the higher liquidity will increase the firm value. Firm size has effect on firm value, the bigger company can decrease the firm value. Asset structure has effect on firm value, the greater asset structure will decrease the firm value and vice versa.

Abstract

Overall, the purpose of this research was to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty on purchase intention of Smartphones in Bekasi. The research design used descriptive research and causality research. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and as many as 120 data were obtained from respondents who were in Bekasi. Primary data was used in this research and the data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The method of analysis used multiple regression equation model. The final results of this research showed that brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty have an influence on purchase intention, and on the other side brand awareness does not affect purchase intention.
