Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of job embeddedness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention at PT ABC. The study was conducted on 91 employees of PT ABC using purposive sampling technique through questionnaire data collection using a 5-point Likert scale. The results in this study shows that job embeddedness and organizational commitment had no effect on employee turnover intention and job satisfaction had a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to test and analyze the impact of return on assets (ROA), firm size, tangibility, risk, and sale growth on capital structure. In this research, 8 property and real estate companies were used as samples listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total 9 years raging from the period of 2012 – 2020. The sample was selected based on purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method that were used in this research is descriptive statistics, panel data analysis model, data quality test, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, goodness-of-fit test, and hypothesis test. The results of this research show that tangibility has a negative impact on capital structure. Whereas for return on assets (ROA), firm size, risk, and sale growth has no impact on capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Environment, Role Stress and Financial Compensation on Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of Operation Directorate at PT X. Samples were obtained using a saturated sampling technique and data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Respondents involved in this study amounted to 67 employees. Data were analyzed using Simple Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the hypothesis test, the results of this study are Work Environment, Role Stress and Financial Compensation have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research have purpose to test the factors that influence company’s share price. Independent variables in this research consist of Return On Equity, Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, Net Profit Margin and Systematic Risk. The data for this research are Trade Service and Investment listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013 to 2019. This research uses 98 samples and the sample selection method used is the purposive sampling method. This research test uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the reseach, it can be concluded that Price Earning Ratio and earning Per Sharehaspositive effect on Stock Price, where an increase in Price Earning Ratio and Earning Per Share will increase the Stock Price. However, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Market Price have no effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of transformational leadership, compensation, and job burnout on employee performance. The object of this research is all the employee staffs of PT. Wahana Wirawan. The sample in this study were 78 staffs employee using purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple regression. The result obtained in this study indicate that transformational leadership and compensation affects employee performance in PT. Wahana Wirawan while ob burnout does not affect employee performance ini PT. Wahan Wirawab, it can be assumed that the quality of transformational leadership and compensation is already in a great condition and meet the comfort level to create great employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that can affect firm value, including profitability, capital structure, liquidity, firm size, and total asset turnover. The objects in this research were taken from food and beverage companies listed on the IDX from 2012-2020. The number of samples in this research were 81 data with 9 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis with a significance level of α=5%. The results of this research indicate that profitability has a positive effect on firm value. The higher the profitability, the more efficient and effective the company's performance is, thereby increasing investor interest in investing. Liquidity has a negative effect on firm value. High liquidity does not give a positive signal to investors, thereby reducing investor interest in investing. Meanwhile, capital structure, firm size, and total asset turnover have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to analyze whether the financial ratio variables contained in this study affect the stock prices of public companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2010-2021. The variables studied are earnings per share, total asset turnover, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and price earning ratio. In collecting the sample, the technique used was purposive sampling and there were 11 companies that fulfilled the criteria and were analyzed using panel data regression and the best model that had been selected for this study was the fixed effect model. The results of this study indicate that earnings per share, return on assets and price earning ratio have an effect on stock prices and other variables have no effect on stock prices. Hopefully that in future research would add other variables and use more research timeframes in order to provide better results.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy, firm size, profitability, and liquidity on company’s value. The research sample used was companies listed in the food and beverages subsector in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2020. The sampling method in this purpose used purposive sampling. With this sampling method used purposive sampling, there were 7 companies that meet the sampling criteria and 77 data were obtained to be used as samples. The research method used in this study was descriptive statistics, and panel data regression, with the chose model the fixed effect model. The result of this study indicate that investment decisions and firm size have a positive effect on company’s value. While funding decisions, dividend policy, profitability, and liquidity do not affect compan’s value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze empirically the factors that influence stock returns. The object of this research is a food and beverage company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years, the 2016-2020 period. The sample collection method used in this study was purposive sampling. There were 17 companies selected as the final sample that met the criteria and obtained 85 observational data as samples. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression techniques, with a random effect model to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that return on assets has a positive effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, return on equity, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio, and company size do not affect stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work experience, work motivation, and educational background on employee performance at the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Hospital. The simple random sampling technique was used with a total sample of 136 respondents of civil servant employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 24 statement items. They were using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of all dependent variables on independent variables. The results showed that work motivation and educational background had an influence on employee performance, but work experience variables did not have an impact on the performance of employees of the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Hospital.
