Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job insecurity, organizational culture, and work environment on employee organizational commitment at PT. Nusa Indah Jaya Utama Bekasi. The population in this study is permanent employees at PT. Nusa Indah Jaya Utama Bekasi. The sampling technique used a census technique or total sampling which collected 55 employees. Data was obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 25. The results of hypothesis testing for this study indicate that the variable job insecurity has an influence on organizational commitment in a negative direction. Organizational culture and work environment variables have a positive influence On organizational commitment

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of return on asset (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), dividend payout ratio (DPR), profit growth (EPS), and dividend yield (DY), on price earnings ratio (PER). The object research used building construction companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 6 years with a research period from 2014 to 2020. The sample of this research using purposive sampling method and using 8 companies with a total data used of 56 company data. This study established five sample selection criteria and used the multiple regression analysis method. The results show that dividend payout ratio have a positive effect on price earnings ratio. While dividend yield has a negative effect on price earnings ratio and other variables in the form of return on asset, debt to equity ratio, profit growth have no effect on price earnings ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of price, security, and promotion on purchasing decision of Tokopedia in Jabodetabek. The object in this study is Tokopedia. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 150 sample. The data analysis method that used in this study was multiple linear regression and using SPSS 25th to analyze the data. The results of this study shows that price and promotion has a effect on purchasing decisions, on the other hand, security does not affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personal service and functional service on word-of-mouth intention from Sushi Tei’s customer in DKI Jakarta through customer satisfaction as mediating variable. The design that used in this research were descriptive research and causality research, in which variabels were measured with 6 points likert scale. The technique that used in this reseach is non-probability sampling and used 241 respondents who fit the citeria. This research data is processe by using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square. The results of this calculation show that personal service and functional service through customer satisfaction as mediating variable have an influence on word-of-mouth intention on Sushi Tei’s customers in the DKI Jakarta area. Personal service and functional service have an influence on word-of-mouth intention on Sushi Tei’s customers in the DKI Jakarta Area. Personal service and functional service has effect on word-of-mouth customer satisfaction, enabling companies that focus on their service to better ensure customer satisfaction to get word-of-mouth intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image on positive word-of-mouth through brand love and brand commitment to Tokopedia users in Jakarta. This research design uses descriptive research and causality research, measuring each variable using a 5-point Likert scale. This study uses primary data with data collection through questionnaires. The sampling used in this research is purposive sampling and obtained asample of 180 respondents. This study uses a statistical method with SMART PLS 3.2.9 as a test tool. The results of this study indicate that brand image has no effect on positive word-of-mouth on Tokopedia users in Jakarta, whilebrand image has an influence on brand love and brand commitment on Tokopedia users in Jakarta, then brand love and brand commitment have a positive influence. word-of-mouth to Tokopedia users in Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of motivation, communication, and work discipline on the performance of PT. XYZ. The population used in this study were employees of PT. XYZ has 169 employees. The sampling technique used is a purposive sample where the sampling technique with certain considerations that is sampled is 108 employees of PT. XYZ. Data retrieval techniques through the dissemination of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data is then analyzed using statistical data processing. Based on the results of hypothesis test data analysis in this study, it shows that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, communication has a significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of job insecurity, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention. PT. XYZ is the main object of this study with all of its 119 employees as the population as well as the research sample. So that the sampling as research respondents uses a saturation technique. By using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, testing three key hypotheses in this study. The research findings show that three independent variables, namely job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant and positive effect on employee turn-over intention. Thus, it is necessary for companies to consider three independent variables to maintain turnover intention within the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work motivation, human resource competence, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Tanjung Priok. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique with a total sample used as many as 74 respondents. The study was analyzed using a statistical software program. Multiple linear regression is used in this study as the data analysis method. The results of this study showed that the work motivation had no effect on employee performance while human resource competence, and work discipline had an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT. Mandiri Matahari Logistics. This study uses all employees as the population as well as the sample of this study and uses a saturation technique to take a sample of 70 employees. Primary data was collected by distributing research questionnaires with a Likert scale. By using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the research by testing three hypotheses show that there is a significant and positive influence of compensation, work environment and organizational culture variables on job satisfaction variables. Thus, companies need to pay serious attention to the three main variables because they determine employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Achieving business goals has challenges and gaps that need to be addressed effectively. The business should have a plan to address these issues, including work arrangements. Based on the results of discussions with the management of PT RH. X, employee productivity scores decreased from 2017 to 2020. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, compensation, and morale on employee performance. The object used is the company PT. X used a sample of 71 manufacturing workers who were employed using a purposive sampling technique. The Likert scale was used in the questionnaire given to each respondent. In this study, multiple linear regression was used as a data analysis method. Surveys show that organizational culture, organizational commitment, compensation and work ethic have a positive impact on employee performance.
