This study aims to determine: 1) The implementation of community marriage traditions in Karelayu Village, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency in the perspective of Islamic Law, 2) Community views regarding the implementation of marriage. The research method used in this study is qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the study were processed using data analysis in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of the community marriage tradition in Karelayu Village, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency was in accordance with the prevailing Islamic religious recommendations. Starting at the Mange A'boya stage to A'matoang. 2) The marriage tradition is a hereditary inheritance that has a close correlation with religion and will not be displaced by changing times.

One aspect that exists in Islamic teachings apart from aqidah and worship, is the muamalah aspect. For this reason, this paper will explore how the application of the concept of muamalah in Islamic business is exemplified from the Qur'an and hadith and several Islamic scholars' ijtihad related to today's modern business developments. Interaction between fellow human beings as the basic meaning of muamalah is a sunnatullah that cannot be avoided, especially in business matters. In this regard, to bridge business interactions between one person and another so that no party is harmed, the concept of muamalah which emphasizes the application of Islamic principles or values to anyone who carries out business activities is very necessary to be present in it.

Abstract: This study aims to find out, (1) The form of bullying behavior in students at SMKN 3 Takalar, (2) Strategies for preventing bullying behavior through PPKn learning for students at SMKN 3 Takalar (3) The factors that influence strategies for preventing bullying behavior through Civics learning in SMKN 3 Takalar students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from interviews with 3 PPKn teachers, 1 student teacher and 3 students. Checking the validity of the data using data source triangulation techniques. The results showed that; (1) forms of bullying behavior that occur at SMKN 3 Takalar in the form of verbal bullying, rational bullying, and physical bullying; (2) strategies for preventing bullying behavior carried out by PPKn teachers, namely by providing enlightenment to students that bullying behavior is bad behavior, implementing rule boards, providing guidance through Civics learning materials that include the cultivation of noble character values and moral values. as well as fostering and guiding students to be better; (3) the supporting factor for the implementation of the first bullying behavior prevention is the role of civics educations teachers in instilling positive moral values through learning materials in class, cooperation with school residents such as if a teacher finds students bullying their friends, they will be immediately punished. Report to BK for advice and guidance regarding bullying behavior that should not be done. As well as awareness of school residents, especially students, to apply the positive value that have been taught in their daily lives. the inhibiting factor in preventing bullying behavior is that it has become a habit, also because of family factors and the assumption that this bullying behavior is just a joke without them knowing what impact it can have on victims of bullying.

In the learning process the role of the teacher determines student learning outcomes. Therefore, the main role of the teacher at school is to convey knowledge as a past cultural heritage which is considered useful so that it must be preserved, so that the teaching process that is the responsibility is more successful, the role of the teacher as a source of learning is related to mastery of learning material, however great the progress technology, the teacher's role will still be needed in implementing it, thanks to the teacher's expertise, the curriculum has meaning and value. This means that through the teacher the values ​​contained in the curriculum can be conveyed to students, and the actualization and transformation of values, attitudes, knowledge and skills contained in the curriculum/syllabus is carried out by the teacher through curriculum implementation, namely the real or actual curriculum.

Abstract: (1) The purpose of this research is to determine, in accordance with Article 55 of the Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974, the legal status of children born to multiple marriages. 2) Under the Marriage Law, rights to child custody and inheritance in multiple marriages. Researchers use methods like documentation, observation, and interviews to gather data for this purpose. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to process the research results' data. According to article 55 of Law Number 1 of 1974, the legal position of children in serial marriages reveals that the serial marriages that occur in their field do not register their marriages, leaving the positive law of their children's legal position uncertain and their rights as children unrecognized. According to Islamic law, Siri marriage does not violate the pillars and conditions of the child being born legally but siri marriage caused by being pregnant outside of marriage has many differences of opinion, one of which is that the status of the child is legal if the child is born within 6 months or 180 days of the marriage contract of both parents while the child born in the provision is considered a child outside the marriage which is only to the mother. (2) According to Article 186 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, a child born without a marriage only has a relationship that is mutually inherited with his mother and her family. However, the proof of the legal relationship of the child resulting from the marriage did not cause him to be able to inherit from his biological father (although it is technologically provable). This opinion was also corroborated by a Fatwa from the Indonesian Ulema Council dated March 10, 2012 which stated that the child was only entitled to a mandatory will. (3) With regard to the custody of a child outside of marriage if the child is born before 6 months, the child is only related to his mother through marriage or kinship, whereas a child born after six months is considered a legal member of the father and mother's family.

This study aims: (i) To find out how far the implementation of legal provisions related to tramadol drug abuse in adolescents in Bima district. (ii) To find out the appropriate sanctions related to tramadol drug abuse in adolescents in Bima Regency. This research method uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach, the data sources used are primary and secondary data, using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques and using source triangulation analysis techniques. Research results show that, (i) Implementation of legal provisions related to tramadol drug abuse in adolescents in Bima Regency is conducting counseling related to the provisions of the Narcotics and Health Law, as well as holding religious activities and placing banners containing the crime of Narcotics Abuse, which already includes including Tramadol medicine, involving Bhabinkamtibmas, village heads, community leaders, religious leaders, youth leaders and community elements. (ii) Appropriate sanctions related to tramadol drug abuse in adolescents in Bima Regency, namely the Narcotics Unit and the Bima Regency Health Office put juridical emphasis and implementation of health regulations. As explained in article 197 below: If a person deliberately produces or distributes and trades and uses illegally, for his actions, the alleged perpetrator is subject to Article 196 in conjunction with Article 197 of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health with a penalty of 10 to 15 years in prison and also in Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics namely in articles 111 to article 121. Thus the efforts made by the Bima Regency government have been quite optimal.

Data collection techniques come from different literature, then use a normative descriptive approach and are analyzed according to problems related to the topic and title of the research paper. The results of his research are the concept of Islamic economics, as well as the principles of Islamic economics and the concept of a decent life in Islam.

align="justify"Sertifikat cacat hukum adalah sertifikat hak atas tanah yang telah diterbitkan oleh Pejabat Tata Usaha Negara di bidang Pertanahan (BPN), namun dalam sertifikat tersebut terdapat hal-hal yang menyebabkan batal sertifikat itu. Karena dalam pengurusannya terdapat unsur-unsur paksaan, kekeliruan, penipuan dan lain-lain. Atau bisa disebabkan karena prosedur formilnya tidak sesuai atau dilanggar yang akibat hukumnya batal.Terjadinya sertifikat cacat hukum disebabkan oleh cacat hukum karena kesalahan administrasi oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional yang meliputi salah prosedur, kesalahan subjek hak dan kesalahan luas tanah yang sebelumnya tidak diketahui sampai keluarnya sertifikat. Cacat hukum dari sertifikat yang sudah diterbitkan adalah apabila dikemudian hari terdapat bantahan dari pihak-pihak yang merasa dirugikan. Di samping itu juga dikenal sertifikat cacat hukum karena putusan pengadilan. Hal ini disebabkan karena dalam penerbitan sertifikat terdapat unsur-unsur penipuan, pemalsuan, dan pemaksaan

Research aims; 1) to reveal the effect of the Reinforcement method on the learning motivation of students at SMK Negeri 3 Bantaeng, 2) Want to know how far the creativity of students in learning after the application of the Reinforcement method to students at SMK Negeri 3 Bantaeng Class X. This research is an action research (action research), because the research was conducted to solve learning problems in the classroom. This research also includes descriptive research, because it describes how a learning technique is applied and how the desired results can be achieved. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Bantaeng, Tanetea Village, Pa'jukukang District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. To analyze the success rate or percentage of student success after the teaching and learning process each round is carried out by providing an evaluation in the form of a practice test at the end of each round. This analysis is calculated using simple statistics. The results of learning activities that have been carried out for two cycles and based on all the discussion and analysis that have been carried out can be concluded as follows: 1) Counseling Guidance Services with this method have a positive impact on increasing student learning motivation which is marked by an increase in student achievement scores in each cycle, namely cycle I (72%), and cycle II (93%), 2) The application of this guidance counseling service method has a positive influence, namely it can increase student learning motivation as indicated by the average student answer which states that students are interested and interested in this learning method so that they become motivated to learn.
