Abstract

This research aims (1) to find out whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes in the PKN subject in Rights and Obligations material using the Discovery learning method rather than conventional learning in Class V SDN 05 Pangkatan (2) To find out how student learning outcomes in the subjects have increased. PKN lessons on Rights and Obligations material using the discovery learning method in Class V SDN 05 Pangkatan. This research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were class V students of SDN 05 Pangkatan Labuhanbatu Regency with 25 students studied, with 15 male students and 10 female students. The object of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in PKN learning, especially in the material on rights and obligations. Based on the discussion and research, it can be concluded that the steps in the Discovery Learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 05 Pangkatan. The steps in this learning model include stimulus, giving problems, students' temporary guesses, collecting data, processing data, verifying data, and concluding. By applying the Discovery method in PKN lessons, you can improve student learning outcomes in the material Rights and Obligations in class V of SD Negeri Pangkatan. The application of the Discovery method turned out to be effective in improving student learning outcomes in the PKN subject on Rights and Obligations material in class V of SD Negeri Pangkatan. From the initial condition to the final condition, there was an increase in learning outcomes from an average of 58.00% in the initial test to 59.00% in cycle I, while in cycle I it was 59.00% to 83.20% in cycle II, while based on learning completeness , in the initial test it was 44.00% to 76.00% in cycle I, in cycle I classical completion was 76.00% to 88.00%. In cycle I, teacher observation results increased from 62.00% to 90.34%), while students increased by 14.28% (from 71.43% to 85.71%).

Abstract

This research aims to (1) find out whether there is an increase in students' learning achievement in mathematics through contextual learning in class III at SDN 43 Bilah Hulu on the subject of perimeter and area of flat shapes (2) find out what students' attitudes towards contextual learning are in class III at SDN 43 Bilah Hulu. on Roving material. This research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects who gave the action in this research were the class teachers in mathematics lessons, while the class III students at SDN 43 Bilah Hulu, consisting of 31 students, were the research subjects who received the action. Researchers as observers are tasked with planning, collecting data, analyzing data and drawing conclusions. The research object studied was mathematics learning in an effort to increase student learning achievement through contextual learning. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that student learning achievement in calculating the perimeter and area of the perimeter and area of flat shapes by applying contextual learning has increased in class III at SDN 43 Bilah Hulu. The average for the first cycle class increased from the initial test by 3.06%, while the percentage of students' classical abilities increased by 32.26%. The class average in cycle II increased from cycle I by 19.36%, while classical ability increased by 34.21%. Students' attitudes towards receiving learning using contextual learning were very positive because in cycle I student activity in participating in contextual learning was 56.14% and increased in cycle II to 83.33%. Meanwhile, student observations in cycle I were 62.50%, increasing in cycle II to 85.42%.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) find out whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes by using the Problem Based Learning learning model in the material How to produce electrical energy in class VI students at SDN 01 Bilah Hilir (2) How to apply the Problem Based Learning model in improving student learning outcomes in material How to produce electrical energy. This research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were Class VI students at SDN 01 Bilah Hilir, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhanbatu Regency with a total of 24 students studied. The object of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in science learning using the Problem Based Learning Model. Based on the research results and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of science learning with material on how to produce electrical energy have increased using the Problem Based Learning Model for class VI students at SDN 01 Bilah Hilir, Bilah Hilir District, Academic Year 2022/2023. The average for the first cycle class increased from the initial test by 6.67% (62.08% to 68.75%), while the percentage of students' classical abilities increased by 12.50% (58.33% to 70.83%) . The class average in cycle II increased from cycle I by 13.33% (68.75% to 82.08%). Meanwhile, his classical ability increased by 16.67% (70.83% to 87.50%). Students' attitudes towards receiving learning using science learning with the problem based learning model were very positive because in cycle I student activity in participating in science learning with the problem based learning model was 67.86% and increased in cycle II to 85.71% where the increase in student observations increased. amounting to 17.85%. Meanwhile, teacher observations increased by 13.46%, where in the first cycle it was 73.08%, increasing in the second cycle to 86.54%.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the implementation of Islamic education management based on the Koran and Sunnah in the context of modern education. This approach is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of student character, morality and academic achievement. The library research method is used to collect data from library sources such as books, journals and scientific articles that are relevant to the research subject. The research results show that the implementation of Islamic education management based on the Koran and Sunnah has succeeded in integrating Islamic values into all aspects of education. Students who follow education with this approach show improved character and morality, while achieving improved academic skills. The discussion involves the relevance of the concept of Islamic education management, the challenges that may be faced, as well as the implications and impact on society. These findings provide an in-depth view of the importance of combining the principles of the Qur'an and Sunnah in the management of Islamic education to achieve education that is holistic and in accordance with Islamic values. The implications of this research can be a guide for Islamic educational institutions in increasing the effectiveness of their management approaches in order to produce a generation with character, ethics and competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the philosophical meaning of the design of the Banjar traditional house and to describe the design of the Banjar traditional house in an Ethnomatematics perspective in terms of Ethnomatematics activities and Mathematical concepts. This research focuses on the philosophy of the Banjar traditional house in ethnomathematics activities in the form of counting activities, location determination activities, and design activities as well as various mathematical concepts covering aspects of geometric studies in the form of two-dimensional geometry and three-dimensional geometry. This research is a type of qualitative research, in which data analysis does not use statistical analysis, but more narratively and the approach used in this research is an ethnographic approach. The subjects in this study are referred to as resource persons or historians from the Banjar traditional house who have an understanding of the history and form of the Banjar traditional house which can be studied using ethnomathematics. While the object of this study is the Banjar Bubungan Tinggi Traditional House. The data collected can be descriptive in the form of words or pictures. Data can be obtained from interviews, field observation notes, photographs, archive sources, personal documents and official documents. After the data has been collected, an analysis of the results of interviews, observations, and documentation is then followed by checking the validity of the data. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that parts of the Banjar Bubungan Tinggi traditional house have a deep philosophical meaning related to the life of the Banjarmasin people, both relations with humans and with the creator.

Abstract

Teachers as role models have a very strategic position and role in all educational efforts. The position of teachers as professional educators functions to increase the dignity and role of teachers as learning agents in improving the quality of national education. In realizing professional work principles. Indonesian teachers, especially Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, are required to have pedagogical, personality, social and professional competencies in accordance with developments in science and technology. Apart from that, teacher morality must always be maintained because dignity and nobility as the basic elements of teacher morality lie in the excellence of their behavior, reason and dedication. Education services will be better if the teacher code of ethics is applied consistently. The Indonesian Teacher Code of Ethics contains norms and principles that serve as guidelines for attitudes and behavior in carrying out professional duties as educators, community members and citizens with the aim of placing teaching as an honorable, noble and dignified profession that is protected by law. The research for writing this article used the literature study method. Literature study is the process of collecting data by collecting library data, namely library literature from books, articles and journals. In this research the author uses a critical descriptive approach by prioritizing analysis of data sources. The data source for this article comes from several articles or journals written by educational experts who have experience.

Abstract

Self-understanding is an understanding of an individual's self to gain potential about himself, how he can recognize his potential, both physical and psychological potential, so that the student is able to understand the direction and purpose of his life. The aim of this research is to test the effectiveness of classical guidance services on the understanding of class VII.1 students at SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi. The researcher used a pre-experimental research method approach, one group pre-test post-test. The population in the research were all students in class VII.1 at SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi who did not yet fully understand themselves. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon Rank Test. The instrument used is the questionnaire. Analysis of the Wilcoxom Rank Test shows that the value 0.00 is lower than 0.05. So it is concluded that the application of classical guidance services to the self-understanding of class VII.1 students at SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi is increasing and being provided effectively.

Abstract

This research starts from the existence of a phenomenon that occurs in students who carry out bullying behavior, such as students who like to bully weaker students, students who mock them with rude and dirty words, students who call them bad names and students who often isolate and degrade others. in public towards weaker friends. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services in reducing bullying behavior at SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. This research uses quantitative methods with one group pre-test and post test. The sample used by researchers was 8 students consisting of 4 students who were bullies and 4 more students who were exposed to bullying behavior at school. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. A questionnaire was developed to measure how much bullying behavior a student has. The data analysis technique uses the Wiloxon rank test. The results obtained in this study were a pretest score with a total score of 328 and a posttest score with a total score of 534, after the measurement scale was given and the results were very effective because the hypothesis was accepted, namely the Wilcoxon test results showed the Aaymp.sig value was 0.012, less than 0, 05 therefore there are differences in pretest and posttest scores in the application of group guidance services in reducing bullying behavior in students at SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. Abstract

In the world of education, mathematics is often considered the subject most feared and avoided by students, this happens because mathematics is abstract in nature so students have difficulty understanding the problems in mathematics. Apart from that, mathematics is considered difficult because it is related to numbers and formulas. This research was carried out in conjunction with field practice (PL) activities. In the PL activities carried out by researchers for approximately 4 months, researchers found many problems when teaching, one of which was students' mistakes in solving sequence and series questions. The aim of this research is to determine the level of students' understanding and difficulty with sequence and series material, so that it can be used as knowledge for teachers to improve the quality of learning in the future. This research is a qualitative descriptive study to examine the errors made by students in solving questions about sequences and series. The subjects of this research were 23 class X students of SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang. The error analysis used in this research uses the error analysis stages according to Newman. By conducting this research, students' level of understanding and difficulty in sequences and series.

Abstract

Career planning is a series of jobs, titles and positions that are carried out throughout life and seem to be very beneficial for life. Career also means the status of a job level or position as a source of income, whether in the form of a main livelihood or a side income. The aim of this research is to test the effectiveness of group guidance services to improve future career planning for children fostered at the Aisyiyah Putra Bukittinggi orphanage. The researcher used a pre-experimental research method approach, one group pre-test post-test. The population in the study were foster children at the Aisyiyah Putra Bukittinggi orphanage who did not yet have an understanding of planning for the future. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon Rank Test. The instrument used is the questionnaire. Wilcoxom Rank Test analysis shows a value of 0.028 which is lower than 0.05. So it is concluded that the application of group guidance services to the future career planning of the foster children at the Aisyiyah Putra Bukittinggi orphanage is increasing and being provided effectively.
