This research entitled " Analysis of Competency-Based Training and Development of Sakera Telang Café Human Resources " uses qualitative description research methods by conducting field research. Field research is a scientific way to obtain valid data with the aim that can be developed, and proven through certain knowledge that can be used to understand, solve and anticipate problems in their fields. In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition, the quality of human resources (HR) is one of the key success factors of an organization. Sakera Cafe, as one of the culinary industry players, faces similar challenges. Not all employees work earnestly, causing delays in work. Employee training and development not only aims to improve skills and knowledge, but also to motivate employees so that they can work more effectively and efficiently. These activities are expected to produce more competent employees, which in turn will contribute positively to the overall performance of the organization.

This research aims to assess the adequacy of accounting information system of new student registration fee in Vocational High School (SMK) Bintang Harapan Cibarusah. With an adequate accounting information system, it is expected that the school can produce reliable, relevant and complete information. The information will be used for decision making by the school and external parties. Therefore, sufficient accounting information system is needed to achieve all accounting information system objectives. This type of research was a case study. The data used in this research was obtained by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used by researchers were comparison and classification between the realization of SMK Bintang Harapan with the theory. The results of this study indicate that there were four components of accounting information system cash receipts in school: data collection, data processing, reporting, and control. that had not been fully adequate because it had not been able to support the achievement of accounting information system objectives. Components of people were sufficient. Components of procedures and instructions were unable to meet the achievement of accounting information system objectives because it had not produced reliable, relevant, and complete accounting information. The components of data was not sufficient because the data written on a ledger was data from a cash book so that the existing data become less accurate and relevant. The internal control components had not been able to provide financial and other information on time according to the tasks.

This research aims to find out how the financial literacy of MSMEs in Karangtalun Village, Kras subdistrict, Kediri Regency. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, documentation. The research results show that MSMEs in Karangtalun Village do not understand financial literacy well. Business management is carried out conventionally.

This research aims to determine the influence of discipline, motivation and performance appraisal on employee performance at PMKS PT. Herfinta Farm & Plantation. The number of samples used in this research was 85 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research uses a questionnaire method, observation. The data sources used in this research use secondary and primary data sources. The testing techniques used in this research use research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that the discipline variable has no effect on employee performance, while motivation and performance appraisal have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of discipline, motivation and performance appraisal influence employee performance.

This research aims: (1) to determine the influence of the Current Ratio on Return On Equity in Non-Primary Consumer Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period, (2) To determine the influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity in Non-Primary Consumer Companies Primary listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period, (3) To determine the influence of the Debt to Asset Ratio on Return On Equity in Non-Primary Consumer Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period, (4) To determine the influence of the Current Ratio , Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return on Equity in Non-Primary Consumer Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period. The method in this research uses a quantitative approach, the number of samples in this research is 40 companies. The data collection technique in this research uses data obtained from financial reports of Non-Primary Consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests and descriptive statistics. Data processing in this research used SPSS 29.0 for Windows. Based on research, it shows that the Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Equity with the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.007, the Debt to Equity Ratio has no positive and insignificant effect on Return On Equity with the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.881, the Debt to Asset Ratio has no negative and insignificant effect on Return On Equity with the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.608, and simultaneously the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio together have a positive and significant effect on Return On Equity with the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.019.

Inventory management is an important role for management accountants in presenting data to internal company parties. This data has vital uses in the management decision-making process related to the company's operational performance. The aim of this research is to determine the management of raw material supplies at the UMKM Risol Kekasih Pekalongan. The type of approach used is descriptive qualitative, where the researcher analyzes the inventory management in the UMKM Risol Kekasih Pekalongan using the EOQ, Safety Stock and ROP analysis methods. The data used is primary data obtained by interviews and observations as well as secondary data. The results of this research show that the EOQ yield is 592 kg of wheat which can be ordered, and is carried out 7 times per year with Re-orders (ROP) carried out when the remaining inventory is 12 kg. In inventory management, of course there are various aspects that influence whether inventory management is effective or not. This calculation is an alternative to find out how much inventory must be in the warehouse and how much must be ordered by taking into account ordering costs and storage costs.

Companies or organizations are founded to achieve agreed targets. The process of achieving organizational goals requires many factors, including the organization's resources. Resources can be raw materials or labor within the company. A quality workforce will definitely provide maximum profits for the company. The most efficient way to increase the workforce in a company is to provide the right work motivation, combined with an appropriate leadership style and a good organizational environment. Employee commitment is also important to provide loyalty to the organization and create comfort. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of implementing performance management on changes in employee behavior and its impact on organizational productivity. This research method uses a qualitative approach using secondary data through literature study. The research results show that motivation, transformational leadership style, and work environment have a positive impact on increasing employee performance. Employees who have high commitment will have a significant impact on the organization. Increasing the workforce also affects organizational productivity to achieve goals and obtain maximum profits.

This research aims to determine the effect of price, location and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Cinepolis Plaza Medan Fair Cinema. The number of samples used in this research was 80 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research uses a questionnaire method, observation. The data sources used in this research use secondary and primary data sources. The testing techniques used in this research use research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that the price variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, the location variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables price, location and service quality influence customer satisfaction. Price, location and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Cinepolis Plaza Medan Fair cinema. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Cinepolis Plaza Medan Fair cinema. Implementing Indonesian in efforts to develop culinary MSME businesses has its own advantages and challenges. Through the use of Indonesian, MSMEs can strengthen their local identity and build closer relationships with consumers. promotion and branding carried out in Indonesian is very important because it can give an authentic impression and depict the authenticity of local products, which can be an added value for consumers who are looking for an authentic culinary experience. Using empirical qualitative research methods is based on the view that researchers can explore and understand social reality more deeply through in-depth qualitative data analysis (Creswell, 2013). Data was collected through interviews and filling out questionnaires with culinary MSME owners and direct observation of their interactions with Indonesian-speaking customers. The use of Indonesian has a great influence on increasing product attractiveness and sales as well as being an effective strategy in introducing Indonesian when developing a culinary business in Medokan Asri with a focus on marketing using creative and attractive Indonesian.
