Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and product variants on the decision to purchase fresh meat at the bestmeat shop. The sample used in this study was 100 bestmeet store customers. The method in this research is a quantitative method. The results showed that partially or simultaneously product quality, price and product variants have an effect on fresh meat buying decisions. Based on the test results Fcount 50.762 > Ftable 2.70, it can be concluded that the variable product quality, price and product variant simultaneously influence the decision making of purchasing fresh meat products at the BestMeat Bireuen Store.

Abstract

Compensation is one of the driving factors (motives) in the process of occurrence of an activity in a job. Compensation in a job can also or can be used as a benchmark or determinant of whether or not the company's ability to appreciate the workers in their work is good and apart from that the effect of giving good compensation will make employees active and active in their work. Apart from that, the size of the amount of compensation given, including a sense of fairness in the awarding process, compensation can cause other things such as job satisfaction of employees. The purpose of this description is to see the relationship between compensation, HR development and employee job satisfaction. The discussion uses data from PT. Sinar Murni Indoprinting using a sample of 100 people. From the results of calculations using the SPSS version 25 application, it was found that there was a good relationship, namely at 52,7 percent. This shows that there is a strong relationship between compensation variables and job satisfaction variables.

Abstract

In the current era of development, there are many sectors that will be made efforts to improve their quality and quality. This is of course to increase output so that it can produce more than expected with the best quality so that it has a decent export value in the international market. Among the many commodities that Indonesia can produce, one that is expected to increase export value is coffee. Indonesia is the fourth largest coffee exporter in the world after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia in the previous position. Therefore, the coffee commodity is considered feasible and able to contribute to state income. So far, only a small portion of the coffee produced by Indonesia is consumed domestically, while most of it is exported abroad. For countries that geographically tend to be closer to Indonesia, they choose to import coffee commodities from Indonesia, namely Malaysia and Singapore, which are countries that have previously imported coffee from Indonesia in quite large quantities. Therefore, this research will examine the response of coffee export offers from Indonesia to Malaysia and Singapore.

Abstract

Organizational Culture Theory is an approach in the field of management studies that examines how organizational culture influences the behavior, decisions, and performance of individuals within an organization. On the other hand, leadership style refers to the approach or style used by a leader to influence and guide members of an organization. This research utilizes the Literature Review method with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) approach to explore the scope of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style according to previous studies, the impact of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Performance according to previous research, and other related variables. The findings obtained from the identification of 27 articles indicate that 89% of the articles provide evidence that Organizational Culture has a significant positive impact on Employee Performance, and 63% of the articles demonstrate that Leadership Style has a significant positive impact on Performance. Other related variables include Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Restructuring, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Management Control System, Work Ethic, Work Environment, and Employee Engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect tax revenues in Indonesia in the long and short term. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained by BPS from the World Bank for 1991-2020. Theoretically, domestic tax revenue is influenced by various factors including Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), exports and imports. The analysis used is regression analysis using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The tests used in the model are Stationarity Test, R-Square Test, F Test and T Test. The results of this study are long-term and long-term variables, export-import variables, and GDP have a significant effect on tax revenues while FDI has no effect on tax revenues.

Abstract

This research aims to determine Fadil Jaidi's strategy in increasing product visibility through endorsements and marketing techniques for his followers at Bina Nusantara University. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The research results show that Fadil Jaidi uses various innovative and authentic endorsement strategies, as well as effective marketing techniques to attract attention and increase audience interest in the products he endorses. This endorsement strategy and marketing technique has proven effective in increasing product sales, but further efforts are still needed to increase purchase conversions. The influence of the number and involvement of followers, especially Bina Nusantara University students, plays an important role in the success of Fadil Jaidi's marketing campaign. Fadil Jaidi faces several challenges and obstacles in his efforts to increase product visibility, such as the low frequency of active interaction from followers and the lack of efficient cross-platform promotion.

This article discusses a literature review of factors that have an impact on employee performance, namely work motivation as an intervening variable, career development, and HR planning. The purpose of writing this research is to determine the hypothesis that impacts each variable so that it can be used for further research. Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of purchasing in procurement at PT Indobismar Surabaya and analyze the factors influencing the effectiveness and efficiency of the purchasing function. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that purchasing plays a strategic role in procurement planning, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, as well as quality and quantity control of received goods. The implementation of structured procurement procedures and the use of information technology such as e-procurement have enhanced the efficiency and transparency of the procurement process. Purchasing also manages risks associated with supply uncertainty and price fluctuations by diversifying suppliers and building long-term relationships. Furthermore, purchasing supports innovation and product quality improvement through collaboration with production and research & development departments. However, the research identifies challenges such as budget constraints and fluctuations in raw material prices in the global market. Overcoming these challenges requires continuous market analysis and adaptation to changes to ensure smooth procurement processes. This study provides insights into the importance of the purchasing function and offers practical recommendations to enhance purchasing performance at PT Indobismar Surabaya. The research findings are expected to enrich the literature on procurement in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia and provide a basis for further research.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has increased the need for financial information, especially in the business world. The purpose of this study is to determine how the effect of Return On Asset (financial performance) on PT Enam Lima Ihsan in2018 - 2023 based on financial ratios, namely Cash Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return On Asset (ROA). This company is engaged in the General and Service Sector with an emphasis on Information Technology Solutions, data collection methods obtained from various existing sources. This research is descriptive quantitative with IBM SPSS 27 software. The results of this research test are based on the partial test (T) which shows that the Cash Ratio value of 0.088 > 0.05, which means that the Cash Ratio is positive and does not have a significant partial effect on Return On Asset (ROA) and the Debt to Asset Ratio value of 0.440 > 0.05, which means that the Debt Toll Asset Ratio does not have a significant partial effect on Return On Asset (ROA). Based on the simultaneous test (f) Cash Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio, the value is 0.017 where 0.017 < 0.05 so Hol is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that Cash Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This research analyzes the performance of the Bangkalan Regency PUPR Service in handling road conditions in 2024. Using descriptive qualitative methods, this study found a significant decline in road quality from 2021-2023, with roads in good condition decreasing and heavily damaged increasing. The PUPR Department is facing major challenges due to budget cuts from 60 billion to 20 billion for preparations for the 2024 regional elections, causing a reduction in road repair plans. The research recommends priority improvement strategies, exploration of alternative funding, increased efficiency, and regular evaluation of the PUPR Service's performance to overcome road infrastructure problems that impact mobility and the community's economy.
