Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, work environment and discipline on employee performance at PT. Satya Mulya Mandiri Bogor The subjects of the research were 52 employees. Sampling was carried out using saturated samples. The analytical tool used in this research is the IBM SPSS 25 software application. The form of this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. This research found that motivation, work environment and work discipline partially and simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price (X1), product (X2), brand image (X3), and service (X4) on customer satisfaction (Y), both partially and simultaneously, at Cafe Kepiting Berserak Kotapinang. This research employs a survey method with a sample size of 96 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire, and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression equations. The analysis results demonstrate that customer satisfaction is influenced by price, product, brand image, and service. However, other factors beyond these variables also affect customer satisfaction, which should be explored in future studies to enhance customer satisfaction from different perspectives.

Abstract

Drinking water is a basic human need that must be available to everyone because it is essential for survival. Due to the high demand for drinking water, many producers see an opportunity to run businesses in this field, as this product is always needed anywhere and anytime. This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, customer satisfaction, promotion, and brand image on the purchasing interest of students in Le Minerale bottled water (Case Study at Universitas Labuhanbatu). This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study consists of all students at Universitas Labuhanbatu who have purchased and consumed Le Minerale at least three times, although the exact number of the population is unknown. The sample used consists of 91 respondents. Each student tends to Students choose bottled water because there are many brand and type options, it is easy to find, the prices vary, and it offers good benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of marketing mix and product quality on purchase decisions of shallots at Gelugur Market, Rantauprapat City, Labuhanbatu Regency. This research is an associative study using a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents, who are consumers of shallots at the research location. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire distribution and observation, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 20.The results of the study indicate that the marketing mix and product quality variables have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on purchase decisions. Thus, it can be concluded that the marketing mix and product quality collectively have a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions of shallots at Gelugur Market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of impulse buying, location and promotion on the repurchase interest of consumers of boiled drinking water at the Delima Water depot. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, while the population used in this study were customers of the Delima Water Cooked Water depot. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study used SPSS. The data analysis technique in this study was descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that impulse buying, location and promotion have an effect on the repurchase interest of consumers of boiled drinking water at the Delima Water depot. can be seen in the Adjusted R Square column which is 0.783. This value means that the consumer's repurchase interest is explained by impulse buying, location and promotion by 78.3%. While the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle and income on student financial management. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, while the population used in this study were students of the management study program at Labuhanbatu University. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study used SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). Data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significance tests (t-tests), simultaneous significance tests (F-tests), and determination coefficient tests (R2). The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, lifestyle and income have a positive and significant effect on student financial management both partially and simultaneously as seen from the results of the determination coefficient of 0.643. This value means that student financial management can be explained by financial literacy, lifestyle and income by 64.3%. While the remaining 35.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement, organizational culture, and work-life balance on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with survey techniques and uses linear regression analysis to test the relationship between these variables. Data was collected from respondents who were employees at PT. Tolan Tiga Indonesia by using research instruments in the form of online questionnaires. The results show that employee engagement, organizational culture, and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. High employee engagement increases motivation and productivity, a strong organizational culture encourages collaboration and innovation, while a good work-life balance reduces stress and improves employee well-being. Ces résultats confirment que les entreprises qui investissent dans un engagement accru, le renforcement de la culture organisationnelle et les politiques d’équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée obtiendront des performances plus optimales de leurs employés. Par conséquent, il est conseillé aux organisations de créer un environnement de travail qui soutient ces trois facteurs afin d’augmenter l’efficacité et la compétitivité de l’entreprise.

Abstract

Technological developments in the financial sector are changing people's lifestyles, one of which is a more effective cashless payment system using the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS). The aim of this research is to find the effect of convenience, usefulness, security and trust on the use of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) barcodes at the Gawok Traditional Market. The total population of 35 respondents from Gawok Traditional Market traders was sampled using a total sampling technique. The method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method with quantitative research. The results provide the conclusion that the variables of convenience, usefulness, security and trust have a significant and influential effect on the decision to use Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) barcodes in Gawok Traditional Market shophouses so that these four variables greatly influence the decision to use Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) barcodes in Gawok Traditional Market Shophouse. This study recommends improving security and building trust through transparency and education for traders. Enhancing ease of use and increasing QRIS benefits, such as usage incentives, are also essential. The practical implication is that QRIS implementation in traditional markets will be more effective if supported by technical assistance and improved positive perceptions of its security and usefulness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand ambassadors, brand image, and korean wave on the purchase decision of scarlett whitening skincare products. This research is a quantitative research using questionnaires. The sample in this study was 84 respondents, namely 7 morning semester management students.this study used SPSS Version 22. The results of the study show that brand ambassadors have no and insignificant effect on purchase decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and Korean waves have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. It can be seen from the results of the determination coefficient which is 34.9% while the remaining 65.1% is influenced by other factors that are not studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, brand image and service on customer loyalty. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, namely customers of Bunda Habib bakery. This study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 24. The results of the study indicate that product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bunda Habib Bakery, Price partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bunda Habib Bakery, Brand image partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bunda Habib Bakery, Service partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bunda Habib Bakery, and Product quality, price, brand image and service simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bunda Habib Bakery
