Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how Islamic business ethics in Koto Rami Village, Lembah Masurai District, Merangin Regency, to find out whether business ethics in Koto Rami Village, Lembah Masurai District, Merangin Regency are in accordance with Islam, to find out what are the obstacles in implementing Islamic business ethics in the village. Koto Rami, Lembah Masurai District, Merangin Regency. This research is field in nature. The data collection techniques in this research are: observation, interviews, and documentation carried out by the coffee shop and coffee farmers. Then the existing data was analyzed using qualitative analysis. As for the research results, it was found that Islamic business ethics were carried out by the toke and farmers, toke who cheat by reducing the scale, coffee farmers mix coffee beans that still have a lot of water content with dry coffee beans, do not explain the actual condition of the goods so that it harms other people, there are still many toke who badmouth other toke with the motive of business competition , many farmers slander other farmers so that they don't buy the farmer's harvest. Analysis of the implementation of Islamic business ethics in Koto Rami Village, Lembah Masurai District, Merangin Regency is not in accordance with the principles of business ethics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and design an advertising plan and strategy for the Klote brand. In the digital age and an increasingly competitive business environment, advertising media plays a vital role in building brand awareness and reaching target audiences if the media is used properly. The research takes a qualitative approach, conducts interviews with founders and relevant sources, and analyzes consumer and market behavior. The results provide detailed insight into the preferences and characteristics of Klote's target audience, as well as the factors that influence the effectiveness of his Shopee homepage as an advertising vehicle. Based on these findings, appropriate planning and design strategies for advertising materials are developed, from media selection to formulating appropriate messages. The study should organize the structure, present the brand and product, and provide information about the product from the design created so that the advertising strategy and the planned concept can work together and support each other. Especially since he has a shop by Klote himself. The Shopee platform setup still needs to be revised in terms of advertising strategy and concept.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to test social media, product innovation and affiliate marketing as mediation. The research design uses quantitative descriptive research and quantitative grounded theory. The research sample was MSMEs in the Religious Tourism area in Kudus Regency, totaling 400 respondents. The research informants are decision makers at religious tourism objects in Kudus Regency. The research results explain that marketing performance has increased due to the increasingly intensive role of social media. Product innovations are increasing in number of items and marketing affiliates are able to mediate, so that marketing performance, especially for MSMEs in Religious Tourism in Kudus Regency, has a dual role, apart from increasing local economic resources, it also contributes to regional original income which is managed by the district government. However, the negative impact of increasing marketing performance is that social urbanism is increasing. This needs to be reviewed again by stakeholders in Kudus Regency.

Abstract

This research entitled "Facing Global Challenges in Business Planning: Strategies for Overcoming Global Market Complexity" has the aim of investigating and developing effective strategies for overcoming global market complexity in business planning. With ever-growing challenges in the global market, such as economic fluctuations, regulatory changes, and intense competitive dynamics, it is important for companies to have adaptive and effective strategies. Using literature reviews to collect and analyze data from various books, journals, and reports related to the research subject is the core of this qualitative research strategy. The term "international marketing" describes any type of advertising that reaches more than one country. It is common practice for entrepreneurs to write detailed documents outlining the history, current state, and future projections of their company. This document is known as a business plan. The findings of this research indicate that effective corporate planning techniques have a significant impact in overcoming global difficulties

Abstract

This research aims to discuss and determine the important role of family businesses in the Indonesian economy, with a focus on the characteristics, economic contribution and challenges faced by family businesses. There are unique characteristics of family businesses, such as the participation of family members, emotional strength, and complex problems faced. In addition, there is an emphasis on the importance of succession in the continuity of family businesses. A structured succession process is considered vital to ensure the continuity and improvement of family business performance. Other factors highlighted involve the performance of family firms, the influence of non-family leadership, and relationships between family members and the impact of education on the succession process. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with literature studies, and the results show that succession planning has a significant positive impact on the success of family business succession. In addition, the involvement of family company founders, positive relationships from the family, and the influence of education on successor intentions are also important parts of the research conclusions.

Abstract

This research on work motivation towards employee performance of PT. Adaro Indonesia Tabalong Regency aims to simultaneously determine and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation towards increasing employee work productivity of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency, to determine and partially analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation towards increasing employee work productivity of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency and to determine and analyze the variables of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation that have a dominant influence on increasing employee work productivity. The research will be conducted with a quantitative approach, namely all information is presented in the form of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, the appearance of the results and its analysis based on statistical analysis. The population used in this study was taken from the overall data of employees working at PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency with a total of 76 people. While the samples used were all 64 people using multiple regression data analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the calculated F value is 25.422 with a significance level of 0.000 <5%. Because the significant probability is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) Intrinsic motivation (X1) obtained a test statistic of t = 2.667 with a significance of 0.010. The coefficient of the t test result at a significance level of 0.010 is smaller than 0.05 (>5%). For the calculated t produced is 2.667, while for the t table it is 1.99962. Because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (2.667 > 1.99962), it can be concluded that intrinsic motivation (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (Y). (3) Extrinsic motivation (X2) shows a significance level of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05 (<5%). Because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (3.358 > 1.99962), it can be concluded that extrinsic motivation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (Y). (4) The extrinsic motivation variable (X2) is more dominant in terms of work productivity (Y) of employees of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari, Tabalong Regency, with a Standardized Coefficients value of 0.414, including a strong correlation value.

Abstract

PT Pegadaian (persero) is a non-banking financial services company in Indonesia that is controlled by the state and operates on a pawn system to provide loans to the general public. Analysis of service quality and customer satisfaction is very necessary, companies must be able to develop customer-oriented marketing concepts. The research objective is to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires to respondents. The research population is active customers of Ultra Micro Creation products from March to April 2024, totaling 177 people, obtained a sample of 64 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. Based on simple linear regression analysis and forecasting, a significant value of 0.03 (<0.05) was obtained, which indicates that service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The correlation coefficient test results show a value of 0.25, while the determination test results in an R square value of 0.0522 or 5.22%. This means that service quality affects customer satisfaction by 5.22%, while the remaining 94.78% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This literature study aims to develop a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can be used for further research in the scope of marketing management. The research article on determining the marketing mix: analysis of consumer purchasing power, competitors, consumer behavior, and consumer demographics is a scientific literature article in the field of marketing management. The approach used in this literature review is qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique is to use a literature study or to review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Consumer purchasing power plays a role in the marketing mix; 2) Competitors play a role in the marketing mix; 3) Consumer behavior plays a role in the marketing mix; and 4) Consumer demographics play a role in the marketing mix.

Abstract

This study analyzes business growth strategies for hijab fashion at Deymirr Store among Generation Z. It highlights the importance of quality control, customer satisfaction, and effective marketing strategies in navigating the dynamic hijab fashion industry. By utilizing market segmentation, digital marketing, and product innovation approaches, the research aims to identify key factors that can enhance the competitiveness of Deymirr Store.The results show that the use of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok plays a significant role in increasing brand awareness among Gen Z. Additionally, differentiation strategies through the use of premium-quality materials and trend-conscious designs are major factors in attracting customers. The study also reveals challenges such as stock instability during high demand periods and the need for accurate financial projections to support business growth.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and describe the extent of the impact of the variables Perceived Usefulnessss, Perceived Ease of Use, Risk, and Social Influence on Interest in Using through the mediation of the Attitude Toward Using variable. The population studied was Livin' by Mandiri mobile banking users in Pemalang, using a research sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. Information was obtained by observation, filling out a questionnaire using Google Form, and studying relevant literature. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 25 with various statistical tests, such as instrument validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test, path analysis, and the Sobel test which was analyzed using the Sobel test calculator. The research results found that there was a significant direct impact on the variables Perceived Usefulnessss (X1), Perceived Ease of Use (X2), Risk (X3), Social Influence (X4), and Attitude Toward Using (Z) with Interest in Using (Y). Apart from that, Attitude Toward Using (Z) plays a significant role as a link to the indirect impact of these variables on Interest in Using (Y).
