Abstract

Learning is a process of interaction or educational activities between teachers and students. Problems faced that students have difficulty in understanding the material presented by the teacher. Understanding the concept is needed by students in each lesson. Active learning strategy type of Card Sort is a student-centered learning with emphasis on active student involvement in learning that is used to make students better understand the concepts being taught. This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of Active Learning Strategies Card Sort mode and the differences increase in the understanding of the concept of students who get Type Active Learning Strategies Card Sort by students who had learning lectures. The method used is quasi experiments conducted at Elementary School fourth grade B Cigedang. To obtain the data used research instruments are objective tests (pretest-posttest). Data were analyzed using t tests to see the effect and the difference increased understanding of the concept of students in both groups. These results indicate that learning using Active Learning Strategies Type of Card Sort the experimental class has an average value of 87.29 posttest results, while the control class by using the average learning lecture 70.85 posttest results so that there are differences in the average value experiment grade higher than the grade control. T as well as on the group posttest is 7.795 with α = 0.05 so the H1 hypothesis is accepted by the acceptance criteria. It can be concluded that there are significant use of Active Learning Strategies Card Sort mode and the differences increase in the understanding of the concept of students in the fourth grade social studies learning Cigedang B Elementary School. To implement the strategy of active learning card types are advised to pay attention to the allocation sort of time available for learning remain effective and must pay attention to conditioning classes

Abstract

One of the successful points of digital marketers is their ability to maximize product and service promotion techniques using digital distribution channels such as websites, ad words, email, and various other social networks. Tourism vocational high school graduates are expected to be successful in the business world where they must be equipped with good marketing skills. Considering the importance of a marketer having copywriting skills, copywriting training is needed for them. The method used is the ABCD approach where the asset in this community is the SMK Kridawisata Bandar Lampung students who have started entrepreneurship. This activity was carried out directly in the form of basic marketing theory and ad copywriting training for the teacher of the school so that they can introduce digital marketing to their students. This training activity was carried out at SMK Kridawisata Bandar Lampung. The results of the activity show that there has been an increase in language and copywriting skills from each participant, where the most mastered skill on average is writing AIDA.

Abstract

tofu industry is an industry engaged in the food sector, namely processing agricultural products in the form of soybeans that sell food needs in the form of tofu. The process of making tofu in the Fausi tofu industry with a large amount every day makes the supply of soybean raw materials must be maintained optimally. Recording for the purchase of soybean raw materials which is still done manually by writing in a daily book makes it difficult for the owner or employees involved to review stock inventory. Descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach is done by identifying existing data, comparing the results of the data obtained with the existing theory, producing an overview of the problem to be studied and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis of soybean raw material inventory control in the fausi tofu industry, namely the Economic Order Quantity method can be more optimal than the manual method. Reorder point (ROP) which determines the point at which raw material inventory must be added before running out of inventory in 2023 is at least 1449 Kg. And the calculation of Total Inventory Cost in the Fausi Tofu Industry is more effective using the EOQ method than the manual method because it can reduce total inventory cost by Rp 6,710,485 so that the costs incurred are lower.

Abstract

PT. Al Shofa Duta Mandiri merupakan salah satu badan hukum yang bergerak di bidang biro perjalanan haji dan umrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaturan mengenai penyelenggaraan perjalanan ibadah haji dan umroh PT. Al Shofa Duta Mandiri dan mengetahui pelaksanaan perjanjian biro perjalanan haji dan umroh dengan jemaah PT. Al Shofa Duta Mandiri. Jenis penelitian normatif-empiris yang menggunakan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan (statue approach), pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach) dan pedekatan sosiologis (sociological approach). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Al Shofa Duta Mandiri dalam pelaksanaannya sudah cukup baik sebab telah mengikuti peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Agama, yang terdapat pada Undang Undang N0. 8 Tahun 2019 dan Peraturan Menteri Agama No. 8 Tahun 2018 dan perjanjian tersebut sudah sah menurut KUHPerdata.

Abstract

Companies or organizations are founded to achieve agreed targets. The process of achieving organizational goals requires many factors, including the organization's resources. Resources can be raw materials or labor within the company. A quality workforce will definitely provide maximum profits for the company. The most efficient way to increase the workforce in a company is to provide the right work motivation, combined with an appropriate leadership style and a good organizational environment. Employee commitment is also important to provide loyalty to the organization and create comfort. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of implementing performance management on changes in employee behavior and its impact on organizational productivity. This research method uses a qualitative approach using secondary data through literature study. The research results show that motivation, transformational leadership style, and work environment have a positive impact on increasing employee performance. Employees who have high commitment will have a significant impact on the organization. Increasing the workforce also affects organizational productivity to achieve goals and obtain maximum profits.

Abstract

In this article, we explore the significance of financial literacy in shaping the consumer behavior of Generation Z. Growing up in a world of technology and the internet, this generation faces unique challenges when managing their finances. Despite having access to vast information, they often struggle with impulsive and unplanned consumer behavior, leading to excessive spending. We aim to investigate the impact of financial literacy on the consumer behavior of Generation Z, with a particular focus on college students. To achieve this, we conducted a systematic literature review using secondary data from articles published on Google Scholar between 2020-2023. Our findings revealed three relevant articles that demonstrate a significant positive relationship between financial literacy and prudent consumptive behavior among Generation Z students. While lifestyle and income also play a role in financial management, financial literacy remains a critical predictor of wasteful behavior. We conclude that educational institutions and policymakers should prioritize financial literacy initiatives to equip Generation Z with the necessary skills to manage their finances effectively. Finally, our research highlights the need for comprehensive follow-up studies to compare literacy levels and consumer behavior across different tertiary institutions, providing valuable insight into developing trends and overall financial management among Generation Z.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat dalam memperkuat integrasi nasional melalui pendidikan multikultural. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat dalam adat pernikahan kelima suku tersebut secara umum terdiri dari nilai ketuhanan, persatuan, dan kerakyatan yang tercermin dalam prosesi sebelum pernikahan, saat pernikahan, dan setelah pernikahan. Dengan demikian, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat tersebut pada dasarnya merupakan nilai-nilai yang secara umum terdapat di setiap daerah yang dapat memperkuat integrasi nasional.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This article was aimed at identifying and integrating local wisdom values fostering national integration through multicultural education. It was a qualitative research with case study as its method. Local wisdom values embedded in the all of five tribes’ marriage are the believe in God, Humanity, unity, and democracy. In other words, these local wisdom are in common among society members and can enhance national integration.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan moral peserta didik. Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) hadir sebagai lembaga nonformal yang memperkuat pendidikan agama di luar sekolah formal. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di MDTA perlu dikaji untuk melihat efektivitas metode dan media yang digunakan dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode dan media pembelajaran PAI yang diterapkan di MDTA Al-Jama’iyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ceramah, praktik langsung, hafalan (muroja’ah), dan pendekatan individual digunakan secara efektif. Media yang digunakan masih bersifat konvensional seperti buku dari Departemen Agama. Kendala utama dalam pembelajaran adalah keberagaman kemampuan siswa dan keberadaan siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Guru mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan pendekatan individual dan perhatian khusus. Pembelajaran PAI di MDTA tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga membentuk akhlak dan karakter siswa secara menyeluruh.
