Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh price discount dan bonus pack secara parsial dan simultan terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada konsumen Indomart. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diambil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden. Dengan alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji regresi linier berganda, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji t (uji parsial), uji f (uji simultan) dan uji determinasi yang diolah dengan SPSS v.26. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara positif dan signifikan price discount berpengaruh terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada konsumen Indomart, variabel bonus pack berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada konsumen Indomart, serta variabel price discount dan bonus pack secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada konsumen Indomart.

Abstract

In the digital era, information technology has been applied to various fields, one of which is services. Currently, online-based services can make it easier for someone to ask for information or submit a complaint about something related to an institution or company. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of ASN Information System helpdesk services at institution X. This research used a qualitative method with a case study type of research. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. Participants in this study were employees of the SIASN helpdesk service. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the ASN information system helpdesk service has been running quite well in terms of system usage, service appearance, and features of the service. However, in practice there are still obstacles, there is a lack of responsibility of service providers such as the response time given is not fast response. This is supported by interview statements conducted with service provider employees.

Abstract

This research examines the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the national economy and their importance in the context of globalization. The study acknowledges the significant influence of the economic sector as a measure of success for governments in the era of globalization. The dominant presence of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy highlights their strategic role in national development, particularly in economic progress. Despite economic crises, MSMEs have demonstrated resilience and continued growth, proving their ability to withstand challenging circumstances. Additionally, MSMEs have been instrumental in providing employment opportunities and contributing to increased income levels, thus playing a crucial role in reducing unemployment and poverty. The findings emphasize the need for continued government support and strengthening measures to optimize the role of MSMEs as a fundamental pillar in national economic development. This research contributes to understanding the vital contribution and strategic significance of MSMEs in shaping the nation's economy in the context of globalization

Abstract

Engable development as a dialogue and diagnostic method for provides a framework for the Engagement Agency's local culture and leadership behavior that will enable the emergence and development of a culture of engagement across local leadership behavior and culture in the Banyumas ex-resident. The diagram below provides a visual representation of the data sources and analysis methods used. Emphasizing that Engagement is a meta-lens covering all elements of engagement and engagement practices, including the Engage Scholarship. Engagement can be formal or informal, involving an interactive, reciprocal, two-way relationship built on trust, connectivity and shared meaning. Engagement practices are many and varied, including collaboration, leadership, and partnership activities. Leader behavior and local culture in the former Banyumas occupation is an engagement activity that specifically connects the behavior of local leaders and culture in the former Banyumas residence with individuals and communities in the former Banyumas residence, including business, industry, social and cultural groups, and government, within and outside the territory. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the progress of Islamic Banks developing rapidly. based on resources, market share, productivity, and others. This was followed by internal administration, such as office expansion and administration. On the other hand, considering the human assets of Islamic Banks is very important in realizing the vision and mission. As a result, they have to make employee execution measures on purpose. This study uses a quantitative approach with the independent variables being authority, work teaching, inspiration, and compensation. The dependent variable used in this research is representative execution. The results of the study show that administration, work teaching, inspiration, and compensation basically affect representative efforts. can be seen from the amount of t count of 45.804 > t table of 2.51 with a significance level (sig) of 0.000 <0.05. At the same time the basis of complete authority providing higher wages and remuneration encourages inspiration for workers, teaching them to expand the performance of workers. As a result, these factors can advance representative implementation to create a common path at Bank BNI Syariah Indonesia Surabaya Branch, East Java. The conclusion states that independent factors affect the performance of workers. Therefore, as a result, these models are very appropriate for advancing bank workers to achieve their goals.

Abstract

The timeliness achieved by producers in meeting market demand will reflect that character. Through this research, the company can realize the optimal time to meet market demand and export demand. The study conducted this research with the production time required by the company in producing wine rack products to export demand. The data processing method uses network analysis with the PERT (Program Evaluation Review Technique) method. The application of the PERT (Program Evaluation Review Technique) method describes the steps used to determine the critical path of a series of production processes. Then through the known critical path, the time needed to complete the production process can be optimized properly. Through this research, it was found that the wine rack production process at PT. Alis Jaya Ciptatama has 9 (nine) main stages, all of which are included in a series of critical paths. For 1 (one) wine rack that requires a completion time of 785 hours with a probability level of 80,5%.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor in an organization, because the quality of the organization itself is very dependent on the quality of human resources as employees and service providers in an organization. Good human resource management with the right strategy will provide progress for the company, especially in dealing with situations and conditions that are always changing and developing. This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour and Travel. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour Travel. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, by taking the entire sample as much as 60 respondents. By using the associative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that motivation, discipline and work environment simultaneousy have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while discipline and work environment have no significant effect. Preferably the leadership of PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour and Travel increases the work discipline of employees so that it will improve performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to find out and test whether Production Management Strategy affects Efficiency, does Operation affect Efficiency, does Production Management Strategy affect Profitability, does Operation affect Profitability, and does Efficiency affect Profitability. This research is included in the quantitative research using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The population in this study is all consumers in Ud. Elephant Combat, The sample in this study uses a probability sampling design to determine 60 respondents as a sample. The analysis technique in this research is narrative and inferential statistical analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. as a result of research states that Production Management Strategy affects Profitability, Production Management Strategy influences Efficiency, Operations influences Profitability, Operations influences Efficiency, then Efficiency influences Profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implications of humor interaction and employee satisfaction on the performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. The method used in this research is literature study, which examines research problems with data sources derived from previous studies, books, and other literary sources. This study obtained results in the form of several positive and negative implications of the interaction of humor and employee satisfaction on the performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. These implications form the basis for formulating strategies to improve MSME performance through improvements to humor interactions and increased employee satisfaction. This research is expected to be a guide in improving the work environment to reduce physical and mental pressure at work, so as to maximize performance for the development of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of implementing strategic management on the performance of PT Wisan Utama Mandiri. In the power industry, PT Wisang Utama Mandiri plays an important role in providing high-quality services and meeting customer needs. However, intense competition and dynamic changes in the business environment demand the adoption of effective strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at PT Wisang Utama Mandiri. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with company management, analysis of internal documents, and direct observation of operational activities. The results of this study show that the implementation of effective strategic management has a positive impact on the performance of PT Wisang Utama Mandiri. With a clear and directed strategy, the company is able to optimize the use of its resources, increase competitive advantage, and strengthen relationships with customers. In addition, strategic management also helps companies in identifying and managing risks associated with business operations.
