Abstract

Degenerative a disease that continues to grow and can affect a person's productivity and quality of life. Usually, people only check themselves after their symptoms, even though early detection is important. The aim of the service is to provide an overview and improve the status of the community both promotively, preventively, or curatively by providing counseling about degenerative diseases. The method used is to conduct a health examination and continued with the provision of counseling. The activity was attended by 42 people in the Car Free Day area of Pekanbaru city. The activity begins with a health check that is tailored to the symptoms felt and continues with counseling. Many factors cause degenerative diseases, such as genetics, age, physical activity, and diet. This activity can increase public insight and knowledge about degenerative diseases.

Abstract

Pre-eclampsia is a medical complication in pregnancy more than 20 weeks, the incidence of pre-eclampsia is still quite high in 2017 at Idaman Hospital Banjarbaru where out of 100 pregnant women with preeclampsia the most 36 cases (36%) women gave birth with preeclampsia from the Guntung Manggis Public Health Center area, Prevention efforts against pre-eclampsia can be carried out at the most basic level in the community, namely Posyandu by empowering cadres in early detection and prevention of preeclampsia. This service aims to empower caring cadres to early detection and prevention of pre-eclampsia in the Guntung Manggis Community Health Center, Banjarbaru City. The method is through training and mentoring for cadres using PowerPoint media, videos, flipcharts, and leaflets, the participants consist of 20 delegates from PKM Partners, 10 pregnant women, 1 midwife, and 1 nutritionist at the Guntung Manggis Health Center, evaluated through pre -test and post-test as well as assessing cadre counseling for pregnant women at the posyandu. The results show that there is an increase in improvement from the previous, this indicates that the material presented can be understood by cadres and pregnant women well

Abstract

Anemia occurs by various factors, one of which is the problem of PKM partners. The problem with PKM partners is that the management of the posyandu in the Alalak Tengah Health Center area of ??Banjarmasin City is due to the limitations and lack of knowledge of cadres. Most of the Posyandu Cadre PKM partners have not implemented a good and correct Posyandu implementation flow, especially table 4 services, namely individual counseling, MCH counseling. Especially in early detection and prevention of anemia in pregnant women. The PKM implementation method consists of 3 main activities, namely: 1) Posyandu Cadre Training on early detection and prevention of anemia in pregnant women, 2) Assisting cadres in Posyandu to conduct MCH counseling, especially for pregnant women with anemia, one of early detection and prevention. anemia in pregnant women. 3) Evaluation of activities. The target of this activity is posyandu cadres in the work area of ??the Central Alalak Health Center using lecture, discussion, simulation and demonstration methods using flipcharts, then continued with mentoring and the formation of caring cadres from each posyandu representative. Then evaluation and monitoring of cadres concerned about early detection and prevention of anemia was carried out.

Abstract

Community service is the third dharma of the Tridharma of Higher Education. The community service carried out is "Training Posyandu Cadres on 5-table System Services (Community-Based Health Efforts) in the Work Area of the Matraman Health Center, Banjar Regency. The target group is cadres in Posyandu in 4 (four) villages, namely Simpang Tiga Village, Pasiraman Village, Bawahan Pasar Village and Bawahan Selan Village in the Working Area of the Matraman Health Center. Posyandu, in addition to functioning as a forum forcommunity empowerment in the transfer of information and skills from officers to the community and between fellow citizens, also to bring basic health services closer, especially with regard to MMR, IMR, and AKBA. throughout Indonesia.The purpose of this community service is so that every Posyandu cadre has theability to implement the 5 Table Service System.

Abstract

South Kalimantan in early 2021 experienced the largest flooding in the last 50 years. Data in Banjar Regency shows that there are 27,368 houses, 2 bridges, 5 places of worship and 9 schools in 207 villages from 19 sub-districts in Banjar Regency that are affected. Pekauman Ulu Village was affected by flooding with a large potential for flooding. The purpose of this community service is to improve community skills in disaster mitigation, post-disaster counseling, and community knowledge in efforts to self-medicate in disaster situations. The service method carried out is through counseling, training, and distributing booklets related to self-medication. The results of the service activities were evaluated through the presence of the community, the results of the pretest and posttest, as well as the testimonies of the participants who attended. The data were analyzed descriptively and presented in the table. The service that has been carried out was attended by 48 participants, participants actively asked questions and were involved in discussions. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, there was an increase in knowledge related to disaster mitigation from 49.77% to 83.55%, basic trauma healing abilities from 54.67% to 84.44%, and understanding of self-medication from 38.22% to 85. 77%. The conclusion from community service shows that there is an increase in knowledge related to disaster mitigation, basic trauma healing abilities, and understanding of self-medication

Abstract

Health services are services in order to improve or maintain health status through prevention efforts with health check activities. The purpose of community service is to improve the health status of the community which is carried out in Tatah Layap Village, Banjar Regency. Tatah Layap Village is a village assisted bySTIKES ISFI Banjarmasin since 2018. This program utilizes the involvement of several medical personnel such as doctors, nurses and pharmacists. The number of health service participants who took part in this activity was 130 people. The method used in this community service is direct health services with health checks for cholesterol, uric acid, blood sugar, high blood pressure and other health checks. Participants took part in this activity starting with registration, then health screening carried out by nurses and getting the results of the initial screening. After doing the initial screening, the doctor will do an examination and get an assessment. Then after the participants get an assessment, the participants go the pharmacy, where participants get drugs and education in the use of drugs that are good, appropriate and correct.

Abstract

There is more and more abuse of illegal drugs or better known as drugs. Drug abuse is increasing day by day. The daily increase in drug users is 0.065% of the total population of 200 million people or equal to 130,000 people per day. The purpose of this community service is to provide understanding, guidance, andstrengthen the role of community leaders in the context of eradicating drugs. The method used is through counseling to community leaders. The counseling was attended by 27 people from various elements of the Tatah Layap village community leaders. The conclusion of this event is that participants are enthusiastic about participating in counseling and will become pioneers in preventing, eradicating,abusing, and embezzling drugs in Tatah Layap Village.

Abstract

Physical condition and geography provide separate obstacles for the community to get access to health service. STIKES ISFI Banjarmasin plays an active role in presenting that solution. The purpose of this activity is to expand the coverage and access of rural communities to health services, build interprofessional collaboration (IPC), apply learning theory, and provide experience to students in community service practices. The activity is carried out using the method of providing free health services through the integration of nursing care practices, medical care, and pharmaceutical care. The activity was carried out in Tatah Layap Village, Banjar, South Kalimantan. Coordination is carried out between STIKES ISFI Banjarmasin, the Bulan Sabit Merah Indonesia (BSMI), and the Village Head of Tatah Layap. The result of this activity is the implementation of free health service activities on Sunday, November 21, 2021. The event takes place at 08.00-12.00 WITA. The activity was attended by 132 people from 7 (seven) Rukun Tetangga (RT) in the village. It can be concluded that this activity is able to help expand the scope and access of the community to health services, build IPC, provide community service experiences to students by applying the knowledge they get on campus.

Abstract

In 2017 post partum bleeding in Indonesia reached 26,28% or as many as 139 people . This study aims to determine the change in hemoglobin levels in the mother during the first active phase to 6 hours post partum. This type of research is a comparative study with the one group pre test and post test methods. The inpartu mother population of 39 respondents, based on sampel criteria obtained by 35 respondents with incidental sampling techniques. The research instrument uses an observation sheet with an Hb Digital Quick-Check. To measure hemoglobin levels ibu inpartu during first active phase and 6 hours post partum. Data analysis using test T sample pairs, with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed the average value of maternal hemoglobin levels during the active phase 12,29 gr/dL. While the average hemoglobin level in mothers 6 hours post partum obtained an average value of 11.94%. Based on the results of the statistic test, the p value = 0.013< 0.05, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there is a change in hemoglobin levels in the mother during the active phase to 6 hours post partum in the Arjasa Health Center Work Area in 2019. Changes in hemoglobin levels in the 6 hours post partum experienced by most post partum mothers due to the opening of blood vessels former placenta implantation and the process of diuresis.

Abstract

According to WHO in 2006 at least 171 million people had diabetes. By 2030. In Indonesia, Incidence will double. in the 2000s, there were 125 million people over the age of 20. Based on this pattern of population growth, it is estimated that in early 2020 the Indonesian population aged over 20 years is around 178 million people and it is assumed that there will be an increase in the prevalence of DM incidence of around 8.2 million people. Purpose: The purpose of this Community Service is to provide counseling on how to prevent injuries in people with diabetes mellitus and provide training on diabetes exercise for people with diabetes mellitus. Methods: The method used is lectures and discussions to provide an understanding of how to prevent wounds in people with Diabetes Mellitus as well as simulations and demonstrations by providing skills about diabetes gymnastics. Results: Community service can be carried out with permission from the Martapura Health Center, Banjar Regency with 2 counseling activities and skills provision. Conclusion: Counseling on wound prevention for Diabetes Mellitus patients has been carried out twice using LCD media and pamphlets, and Diabetes Exercises for diabetics can be done by watching videos and pamphlets given led by one instructor.
