Abstract

This study aims to determine the dynamics of conflict, namely to find out how the pre-conflict, confrontation, crisis or peak of conflict and post-conflict are. Qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data sources, namely primary and secondary. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) Pre-conflict, Poskesri is no longer operating as usual, because the village midwife who usually works at the Poskesri is no longer on duty. 2) Confrontation, at this stage where the conflict begins to open. The village midwife is no longer on duty at the Poskesri in Nagari Kudo-kudo Inderapura, basically the Nagari has proposed a replacement midwife but has not received a response. 3) Crisis or peak conflict, where problems start to peak and if communication is carried out, they will tend to accuse each other. The owner of the land that had been granted a grant for the establishment of the poskesri did not allow other midwives to fill the vacancy in the poskesri except from their relatives, while the village midwife's honorarium was also no longer coming down from the district government. 4) Post-conflict, this stage is from solving problems so that they become more normal. The nagari and nagari institutions have contributed and provided solutions because the nagari wants the best for its people. However, the solution has not been found so that Poskesri has not been operating until now.

Abstract

One of the sectors that support the country's largest economy is the agricultural sector. Bantul Regency is one of the regencies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which makes agriculture one of the leading sectors in increasing GRDP. In the corn farming sector in the Bantul district, there is private sector involvement, namely Syngenta, which is the alternative choice of residents in the corn farming development process. The involvement of the private sector undermines the public value that the government should play. This study aims to analyze the contestation that occurs between Syngenta and public actors in agricultural management through the theory of organizational representation by Guo & Musso (2007) in realizing public value through mapping organizational legitimacy and organizational capacity. Researchers used qualitative methods with a hermeneutic approach. Researchers collected data through observation, focus group discussion, and secondary data studies. The results showed that there was a struggle for the public arena in agricultural management in Bantul Regency. In fact, it seems that the public sector has been won by the private sector rather than the government, which has to 'under-deliberate' with local farmers. It is feared that the continuation of this phenomenon over a relatively long period of time will disrupt the legitimacy of the government.

Abstract

This study looks at how the Tourism and Cultural Office manages the Aroma Pecco Tourist Site in Kerinci District, Jambi Province. The research aims to find out if the office is doing its job well and what challenges it faces. The findings show that the office has done some things well, but there are obstacles that prevent it from fully achieving its goals. One big problem is the issue of land ownership, as the site is currently controlled by PTPN VI Kebun Teh Kayu Aro. The study suggests making detailed plans and resolving the land ownership problem to improve the situation. Overall, the study helps us understand the challenges faced by the office in managing the Aroma Pecco Tourist Site and gives ideas for better tourism management in the future.

Abstract

Employee productivity is one of the most important things for every agency because productivity assessments are needed to evaluate employees periodically with the aim of increasing productivity in accordance with agency goals, and to maintain employee morale, this assessment is needed to maintain employee morale. In order for employee productivity to increase, puskesmas need to pay attention to the conditions of the work environment around employees, because with a good work environment, employee productivity can increase and collaboration between employees is encouraged. The work environment is divided into two categories, physical and non-physical. The research here aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee productivity at the Lunto Health Center, Lembah Segar District. The collection of data used in this study is by using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees at the Lunto Health Center, namely 46 employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with data analyzer through SPSS v.16 program. The results of this study prove that there is a significant positive effect between the physical and non-physical work environment partially and simultaneously on employee productivity at the Lunto Health Center.

Abstract

The purchasing decision is the final stage in the decision-making process where consumers actually make a purchase. Before making a purchase, consumers go through several stages in the buying process. The research aims to determine the extent of the influence of brand image and promotion on the purchasing decision of motorcycles. The research results show that the brand image variable (X1) has a calculated t-value of (2.471) > t-table (1.985), thus it can be concluded that the brand image variable partially has a positive influence on the purchasing decision. The promotion variable (X2) shows a calculated t-value of (3.235) > t-table (1.985), thus it can be concluded that the promotion variable partially has a positive influence on the purchasing decision. Therefore, it can be inferred that there is a significant influence between brand image and promotion simultaneously on the purchasing decision of Honda motorcycles.

Abstract

The strategic geographic location accompanied by the potential of great economic resources is a supporting factor for the Riau Islands economy. However, the advantage has not been utilized optimally by the Riau Islands Provincial Government. The low contribution of the original regional income (PAD) on APBD of the Riau Islands Province shows the high level of reference in the reference of the Riau Islands regard to the balance fund from the central government. The purpose of this study is to learn the strategy of the Government of Riau Islands Province to increase the original revenue, using the library study method of literature relating to the research issues. The results showed that the Riau Islands had a very abundant economic potential, so if ultimately utilized will have a positive impact on the increase in the original revenue (PAD). The Riau Islands Provincial Government needs to optimize the original revenue with the development of the economic potential of the Riau Islands by establishing local-based operating business (BUMD) based on local economic potential and focused on superior economic sectors and potential economic sectors to be developed.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of integrity and professionalism on employee work productivity. For this type of research, it is quantitative. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used is the yamane formula. As for the total population of employees, there are 69 people. The results showed that (1) There was a significant influence of integrity and professionalism variables on employee work productivity of 0.768 or 76.8%. (2) There is a partial significant influence of integrity variables on employee work productivity of 0.646 or 64.6%. (3) Professionalism has a significant effect on employee work productivity by 0.498 or 49.8%.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out the effectiveness of public service complaints consultation via whatsapp by the Bintan Regency population and civil registration office. The methodology used is qualitative and uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative research approach and the data used are primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of consultation on public service complaints via whatsapp by the Bintan Regency population and civil registration service is in accordance with established procedures with a Community Satisfaction Index of 87%. Therefore, it is hoped that the results of this study can provide positive results for the Bintan Regency population and civil registration service.

Abstract

Children as Indonesian citizens have the right to live a decent life and fulfill their needs and interests. The needs and interests of Indonesian children are regulated in the Regulation of the State Minister for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection No. 12 of 2011. As an effort to carry out the Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection No. 12 of 2011, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta built child-friendly integrated public spaces (RPTRA) in several areas of Jakarta. According to Governor Regulation Number 123 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Management and Needs of Child-friendly Integrated Public Spaces and Infrastructure, it is stated that child-friendly integrated public spaces, hereinafter abbreviated as RPTRA, are places and/or open spaces that combine activities and activities of residents by implementing 10 (ten ) Main Program for Family Empowerment and Welfare, to integrate with the Child Friendly City program. Now more than 300 RPTRAs have been built in DKI Jakarta. The RPTRA which is built on a park adds to the problem, because there are no criteria and standards that regulate the design of the RPTRA, so the various facilities and elements in the RTPRA have not been specifically designed for children, and may even be dangerous for children. Qualitative research methods are used to determine the implementation of RPTRA as a child-friendly space, especially at RPTRA Mawar Duri Kosambi West Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of improving land transportation. This type of research is qualitative. The results showed that the analysis of aspects for qualitative improvement strategies for services including tangible aspects there are still facilities that need improvement, from the aspect of empathy (empathy) some employees in providing services still do not understand the needs of service users, from the aspect of responsiveness (responsiveness) namely the response to community complaints is still slow and less responsive, from the aspect of reliability (reliability) the services provided are quite accurate but There are still delays, and the last aspect of assurance is that supervision is not optimal and lack of greetings and greetings. Constraints on the NPM Bus Company's Service Quality Improvement Strategy lack of public understanding as service users, Some facilities and infrastructure that need repair and replacement, There are events that cannot be predicted in real time, Sometimes there are delays in departure, Things happen that interfere with the security, comfort, and safety of passengers. Finally, solutions in facing the constraints of the NPM Bus Service Quality Improvement Strategy, solutions include conducting regular performance evaluations to improve service quality, Recruiting employees with strict selection and according to their respective potentials and given training, checking, maintenance, and repairing and improving infrastructure, arranging travel routes with the right calculations and finding alternative ways to avoid obstacles on the way, and providing socialization and education in the form of animated videos or visual orientation to the community.
