Abstract

Orang tua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus menghadapi tantangan pengasuhan yang kompleks dan berpotensi memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis orang tua anak berkebutuhan khusus melalui tinjauan sistematik berbasis kerangka PRISMA dengan pendekatan model kesejahteraan psikologis Ryff. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada beberapa basis data ilmiah dan menghasilkan 62 artikel awal, yang kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi hingga diperoleh 14 studi yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan psikologis orang tua bersifat dinamis dan dipengaruhi oleh penerimaan diri, dukungan sosial, religiositas, kebersyukuran, serta strategi coping adaptif. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada sintesis tematik yang secara eksplisit memetakan temuan empiris ke dalam enam dimensi kesejahteraan psikologis Ryff, yang belum banyak dilakukan secara sistematik pada penelitian sebelumnya. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan psikososial yang komprehensif dan berbasis keluarga untuk mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis orang tua anak berkebutuhan khusus. Psychological Well-Being of Parents of Children with Special Needs: A Systematic Review Based on Ryff’s Model Parents of children with special needs face complex parenting challenges that may significantly affect their psychological well-being. This study aims to examine the dynamics and determinants of psychological well-being among parents of children with special needs through a systematic review based on the PRISMA framework and Ryff’s psychological well-being model. A comprehensive literature search across several academic databases identified 62 initial articles, of which 14 studies met the inclusion criteria and were qualitatively synthesized. The findings indicate that parents’ psychological well-being is dynamic and influenced by self-acceptance, social support, religiosity, gratitude, and adaptive coping strategies. The novelty of this review lies in its explicit thematic synthesis that maps empirical findings onto the six dimensions of Ryff’s psychological well-being model, providing a structured conceptual understanding that has been limited in previous studies. This review highlights the importance of comprehensive and family-based psychosocial interventions to strengthen the psychological well-being of parents raising children with special needs.

Abstract

The digital transformation of government and strengthening public information disclosure policies have encouraged local governments to develop legal information services that are transparent, participatory and responsive. However, nationally, the achievement of information openness still faces challenges, as reflected in the 2025 Public Information Openness Index (IKIP) value of 66.43, down 9.22 points compared to 2024 of 75.65. This condition shows that information disclosure, especially legal information services at the regional level, has not been effectively institutionalized. One of the instruments used is the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH), although its management is still administrative and focuses on providing legal documents. This research aims to analyze the development of JDIH Nganjuk Regency based on co-creation within the New Public Governance (NPG) framework. A qualitative approach was used with a case study design through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation studies which were analyzed thematically and interpretively. The research results show that although JDIH Nganjuk Regency has run well administratively and received institutional recognition, management is still government centric and has not provided meaningful participation space for the community. The main principles of NPG, especially governance networks and co-creation, have not been systematically institutionalized due to institutional limitations, low public legal literacy, and the unavailability of clear participation mechanisms. The conclusion of this research confirms that the development of JDIH based on co-creation in the NPG paradigm is a strategic need in improving legal information services and strengthening the legitimacy of regional policies, which requires support by strengthening governance networks, increasing management capacity, and sustainable participatory development

Abstract

Cave-roosting bats are highly exposed to disturbance because roost entrances are predictable and accessible, yet local management often lacks baseline population information. This study examines a cave-associated roost system in Batukoq, Senaru (North Lombok) and aims to provide a site-specific colony abundance estimate, describe emergence dynamics during the counting window, and identify the main sources of counting bias under field conditions relevant to low-resource monitoring. A Flight Line Census based on direct visual observation was implemented without thermal sensors or night-vision devices, conducted during critical movement periods (dusk and dawn) and restricted to a single large colony site to minimize cross-site variability. The colony’s mean estimated abundance was approximately ±590 individuals per night, indicating that Batukoq functions as a key day roost. Visual observations suggested two major groups (Megachiroptera and Microchiroptera) using different flight corridors, and emergence was brief (about 30–45 minutes) with an early peak period that is most sensitive to counting error. The dominant limitation was flight-path overlap under high density and low light, which tends to produce underestimation; therefore, abundance values should be treated as conservative and supported by repeated counts across multiple nights and time windows. These results support the continued use of visual flight-line counts as a non-invasive baseline method, provided that procedural standardization is emphasized and roost disturbance is reduced as a practical conservation priority.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis literasi serta menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Khairaat Wayaua, Kecamatan Bacan Timur Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, tes esai membaca pemahaman, dan wawancara, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik persentase. Indikator kemampuan membaca pemahaman yang dikaji mencakup memahami isi teks, menemukan gagasan pokok, menyimpulkan isi bacaan, menanggapi informasi, serta memahami makna kosakata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Siklus I kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa masih berada pada kategori rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 55,52 dan hanya 2 siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pembelajaran pada Siklus II melalui penguatan peran guru dan optimalisasi kerja kelompok, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 78,68 dengan 14 siswa mencapai ketuntasan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis literasi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa. Model ini mendorong keterlibatan aktif, kolaborasi, serta pemaknaan teks secara mendalam sehingga pembelajaran membaca menjadi lebih bermakna.  The Implementation of a Literacy-Based Learning Model to Improve Students’ Reading Comprehension Ability This study aims to describe the implementation of a literacy-based learning model and to analyze the improvement of reading comprehension ability among seventh-grade students at MTs Al-Khairaat Wayaua, Bacan Timur Selatan District. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The participants were 19 students. Data were collected through observation, reading comprehension essay tests, and interviews, and were analyzed using percentage-based descriptive techniques. The indicators of reading comprehension assessed in this study included understanding the content of the text, identifying main ideas, drawing conclusions, responding to textual information, and understanding word meanings. The results showed that in Cycle I, students’ reading comprehension ability was relatively low, with an average score of 55.52 and only two students achieving the minimum mastery criterion. After instructional improvements were implemented in Cycle II—particularly through strengthening the teacher’s role and optimizing group-based literacy activities—the average score increased to 78.68, with 14 students achieving mastery. These findings indicate that the literacy-based learning model is effective in improving students’ reading comprehension skills. The model encourages active student engagement, collaboration, and deeper text interpretation, thereby making reading instruction more meaningful and effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana praktik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah membentuk budaya kerja profesional guru di sekolah dasar, dengan mempertimbangkan dinamika konteks dan perbedaan pendekatan kepemimpinan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain multisitus yang dilaksanakan di SDN 23 Ampenan dan SDN 26 Mataram. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan praktik kepemimpinan yang berbeda namun sama-sama berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan budaya kerja profesional guru. Di SDN 23 Ampenan, kepemimpinan situasional tercermin melalui ketegasan dalam disiplin, dukungan profesional, serta fleksibilitas pengambilan keputusan sesuai kesiapan guru. Praktik tersebut berkontribusi pada penguatan disiplin, tanggung jawab, kolaborasi, dan komitmen terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Sementara itu, di SDN 26 Mataram, kepemimpinan demokratis diwujudkan melalui partisipasi guru, komunikasi dua arah, dan pengambilan keputusan kolektif yang mendorong budaya kerja kolaboratif dan keterbukaan profesional. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap budaya kerja guru tidak bersifat tunggal atau universal, melainkan bergantung pada kesesuaian praktik kepemimpinan dengan konteks sekolah dan dinamika profesional guru. Gender-Based School Leadership in Enhancing Quality Work Culture: A Multi-Site Study at SDN 23 Ampenan and SDN 26 Mataram This study aims to analyze how school principals’ leadership practices shape teachers’ professional work culture in elementary schools, with particular attention to contextual dynamics and variations in leadership approaches. The research employed a qualitative approach with a multi-site design conducted at SDN 23 Ampenan and SDN 26 Mataram. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, and were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data credibility was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that principals applied different leadership practices that nonetheless contributed to the development of teachers’ professional work culture. At SDN 23 Ampenan, situational leadership was reflected in firm discipline enforcement, professional support, and flexible decision-making based on teachers’ readiness. These practices strengthened teachers’ discipline, responsibility, collaboration, and commitment to instructional quality. In contrast, at SDN 26 Mataram, democratic leadership was manifested through teacher participation, two-way communication, and collective decision-making, fostering a collaborative and open professional culture. Overall, the study demonstrates that the influence of school leadership on teachers’ professional work culture is not uniform, but rather depends on the alignment between leadership practices, school context, and teachers’ professional dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and synthesize empirical evidence on the relationship between job demands, job resources, and burnout in the teaching profession through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review process followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines and employed the PIOT framework (Population, Issue, Outcome, Type of Study) to formulate research questions and guide the search strategy. Literature searches were conducted in two electronic databases, Google Scholar and PubMed, covering publications from 2021 to 2025. Of the 602 articles initially identified, six studies met the inclusion criteria after systematic screening and full-text eligibility assessment and were subsequently analyzed in depth. The synthesis of findings indicates that job demands—particularly workload, role conflict, and role ambiguity are consistently and positively associated with teacher burnout. In contrast, job resources such as social support and a supportive work environment tend to function as protective factors, although their buffering effects vary across educational contexts and organizational conditions. These findings underscore the complex and context-dependent nature of the relationships between job demands, job resources, and burnout. This review contributes theoretically by reinforcing the Job Demands–Resources framework within the context of the teaching profession and offers practical implications for policymakers and school administrators in developing more comprehensive and sustainable strategies to prevent teacher burnout.

Abstract

Kitchen workers face significant workloads due to exposure to high temperatures, long working hours, and non-ergonomic postures, putting them at risk of fatigue, musculoskeletal disorders, heat stress, and chronic exhaustion. This study aims to summarize the latest findings on the impact of workloads on kitchen workers based on the six dimensions of NASA-TLX. The study design is a quantitative systematic review of the last five years through PubMed and Google Scholar, following the PRISMA guidelines for the selection process. A total of 11 articles met the inclusion criteria. The results show that physical workload, including prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and non-ergonomic postures, is significantly associated with musculoskeletal disorders, with a prevalence of 92.3%. Working hours exceeding 8 hours are linked to fatigue, increased presenteeism, and a decreased quality of life, while heat stress was reported as a major health concern. Support from coworkers was found to mitigate the impact of physical and psychosocial workload. In conclusion, improvements in ergonomics, work hours and shift arrangements, increased ventilation, and enhanced psychosocial support are necessary to mitigate health risks associated with excessive workloads among kitchen workers.
