Fatigue means a condition where there is a decreased on someone’s performance because of some factors such as physical workload, length of work, age, and the sleep quality. Carrier in Balai Tangah Market have a complaints or fatigue symptoms like drowsiness, back pain, feeling dizzy and feeling heavy in the head, feeling thirsty, and excessive yawning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors (physical workload, length of work, age, sleep quality) related to fatigue at work. This type of research was quantitative with Cross-Sectional design. The population and sample in this study were 32 people. Fatigue at work data collection was carried out using the application of the deary-liewald reaction timer tester, pulse measurement using pulse oximetry, sleep quality measurement instruments using the pittsburgh sleep quality index (PQSI), and other data based on interview with respondents. Data analyzed using chi-square with α = 0,05. The results of the statistical test showed that there was correlation between length of work (p= 0,001) and sleep quality (p= 0,001). Whereas those who were unrelated were physical workload (p= 0,581) and age (p= 0,419).

Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck yang disutradarai Sunil Soraya merupakan adaptasi novel yang ditulis oleh Buya Hamka dengan judul yang sama. Kisah tersebut menceritakan mengenai perbedaan budaya yang menghalangi asmara antara Zainuddin (suku Bugis) dan Hayati (suku Minang). Untuk menggambarkan setting tempat dan waktu film Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck merepresentasikannya melalui kostum sebagai ciri bahwa cerita terjadi pada masa budaya-budaya pada masyarakat masing-masing daerah masih kental, namun terpengaruh budaya indis. Kostum merupakan penanda yang sangat jelas pada masa tersebut yang dapat membedakan stratifikasi sosial antara bangsawan dengan masyarakat pribumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan sumber data yang diperoleh dari film Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah kostum yang menunjukkan wujud identitas masing-masing budaya yang digambarkan.

Pembelajaran di sekolah mesti menyenangkan baik oleh guru apalagi bagi peserta didiknya. Karena dengan belajar yang menyenangkan peserta didik bisa mengembangkan dirinya dalam proses aktivitas belajar. Peserta didik mengekspresikan diri tanpa terpaksa atau dikendalikan oleh peserta didik lain yang berada disekitarnya. Sehingga prinsip belajar dan bermain yang menyenangkan dapat diwujudkan dan potensi yang ada dalam dirinya dapat dioptimalkan. Sementara dilapangan masih banyak guru yang belum mengoptimalkan kreatifitasnya dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Padahal, kreativitas guru di dalam pembelajaran yang menyenangkan sangat diharapkan dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh siswa. Oleh karenanya pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan belajar yang menyenangkan di hari bermutu pada SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini memperlihatkan peserta didik terlihat sangat antusias mengikuti pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif dari pemateri, seperti integrasi permainan dan teknologi pada proses pembeajaran di sekolah

This study aims to examine cultural values portrayed through the mise en scène in the film. One film explored for its cultural background is ‘Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck', which showcases Minangkabau culture. This film is adapted from Buya Hamka's novel of the same title. The mise en scène elements played an important role in shaping the audience's understanding of the story, which was conveyed through the use of cultural elements such as houses, everyday clothes, and property. This study used a qualitative method of media text analysis and utilized a purposive sampling technique. The results show a distinct clothing gap between characters, indicating disparities within the Minang community, including the disadvantaged or lower middle class. This critique highlights the overlap in the depiction of Minangkabau culture in the film ‘Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck’, examining it through the lens of mise-en-scène. Fine arts education in schools is a medium for talent development, thinking development and creativity development, for which students who not only understand what art is but how it is applied. Art education is one of the elements that refine a person's characteristics. Based on this reality, it is important to provide appreciation through art education, especially drawing and coloring for students and teachers by utilizing the media of used cans. The first step taken in the development of creativity painting activities is to explain the meaning of fine arts and their division, then an introduction to techniques in drawing and coloring. This training activity is carried out with several methods including lectures, demonstrations, and questions and answers, exercises, and assignments. The training on the development of painting creativity was given to students and teachers of SDN 32 Tigo Suku Paninjauan by utilizing the media of used cans, students and teachers can do various forms of drawing and coloring works of art such as pencil holders, piggy banks, garbage cans, tissue holders and others. In addition to being a learning medium, this creativity development training, if pursued, is certainly a business opportunity for teachers and students outside of school

Based on the framework behind the problem that the writer put forward, the author focuses on the case of the impact of the talaqqi procedure on the motivation to practice for students in the XI MAN 06 West Pasaman category. The aim of this research is to identify whether or not there are effects of mahfuz using talaqqi procedures to encourage students' practice in learning the Al-Qur'an, the words of the Prophet, category XI at MAN 06 West Pasaman. This research is correlational research with a tendency towards quantitative information. The illustration of this research is students in category XI IPS at MAN 06 West Pasaman, totaling 55 people. There is also a sampling technique used, namely overall sampling considering the number of samples is less than one hundred. Before trying the experiment, it is assumed that the researcher has carried out the required experiments in the form of a normality experiment and a homogeneity experiment. After that, continue with the assumption experiment using a simple linear regression experiment. The research results display analysis and reviews of research information as a result of testing assumptions from the coefficients chart to obtain sig numbers. equal to 0.000 ≤ 0.05, as a result it can be concluded that the elasticity of talaqqi procedures (X) influences students' motivation to practice (Y). it is known that tcount is 3.168 ≥ ttable 2.006, so it can be concluded that the elasticity of talaqqi procedures (X) has a positive and important influence on the elasticity of motivation to practice (Y) Ha is obtained. As a result, it can be concluded that the impact of mahfuz using talaqqi procedures is on encouraging students to practice in learning the Al-Qur'an, the words of the prophet, category XI at MAN 06 West Pasaman.

The use of digital-based learning media in the teaching of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) has received attention in various studies, but studies that specifically develop and examine the effectiveness of Canva-based interactive infographic media on the topic of Muslim scholar figures remain limited. This study aims to develop and evaluate the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Canva-based interactive infographic learning media in improving the quality of SKI learning. This study used a mixed methods approach with an ADDIE model Research and Development design. The study involved one class, namely VIII F at MTsN 9 Agam, as the trial subject, as well as nine expert validators consisting of media, material, and language experts selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using validation questionnaires, practicality questionnaires, effectiveness questionnaires, as well as interviews and observations, and were then analyzed descriptively using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that the developed media had a validity level of 91.42% in the very valid category, a practicality level of 94.3% in the very practical category, and an effectiveness level of 93% in the very effective category. These findings indicate that interactive infographic media are able to improve students’ understanding of the material, motivation, and learning independence. The conclusion of the study emphasizes the importance of integrating visual-interactive media in learning as well as the need to optimize teachers’ use of technology to improve learning quality. The implications of this study include a theoretical contribution to the development of digital learning media and a practical contribution for teachers in improving learning quality, while also opening opportunities for the development of similar media in broader contexts and materials.

The development of interactive technology-based learning media in Islamic Religious Education has received attention in several studies, but research that specifically discusses the development of interactive PowerPoint media based on the Lumi Education application for the Fikih subject on the provisions of Hajj and Umrah worship in Madrasah Aliyah remains limited. This study aims to develop interactive PowerPoint media based on the Lumi Education application and determine the levels of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the media in the Fikih subject for grade X students at MAS Darul Makmur Sungai Cubadak. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research participants consisted of media expert validators, material experts, language experts, Fikih teachers, and grade X students of MAS Darul Makmur Sungai Cubadak, who were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, validation sheets, and practicality and effectiveness questionnaires and were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the interactive PowerPoint media based on the Lumi Education application was categorized as highly valid, highly practical, and highly effective in supporting the Fikih learning process. These findings contribute to the development of multimedia learning theory and interactive learning and broaden understanding of the development of technology-based learning media in Islamic Religious Education. The conclusion of this study affirms the importance of using interactive learning media to improve students’ motivation, attention, and understanding during the learning process.
