Abstract

Songs are an integral part of human life and play an important role in conveying messages and emotions. However, there are often language errors in song lyrics that go unnoticed. This article discusses language errors in the song "Tegar" sung by Rossa, focusing on the use of the word "tegar". According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), the word "tegar" means "stubborn" or "ngeyel," which has a negative connotation. However, in the song, "tegar" is used to describe fortitude and strength, which is different from its original meaning. This qualitative research aims to understand how language choices in songs affect meaning and message delivery as well as listener interpretation. The results of the analysis show that the use of the word "tegar" in songs can change listeners' perceptions and demonstrate the flexibility of language. Language errors in the context of art are acceptable and even enrich the language with new nuances. This article underlines the importance of paying attention to lyrics in creating quality songs with strong messages.

Abstract

Research report is a document presenting the findings of a study, organized in accordance with a specific research method and mathematical approach, utilizing various languages. Fundamentally, the report should encompass three aspects: What needs to be reported, to whom it should be reported, and for whom it should be reported. These are typically displayed on the cover or title page. The text of the report plays a crucial role in documentation as it enables the collection, processing, and presentation of accurate and systematic information. In the context of research, the text of experimental and observational findings serves as documentation, allowing researchers to record data and outcomes obtained from the study. This research employs a qualitative method with an approach known as library studies. The findings of the research indicate challenges in organizing information systematically and clearly to be presented in a structured report. Authors may need to deal with complex data and analysis, requiring the ability to manage information effectively.

Abstract

The rise of brawls between students in various cities in Indonesia, especially those carried out by students at the high school level, has become a phenomenon that frequently appears and makes headline news in various mass media. In this research, the author examines efforts to prevent brawls that continuously occur at Eria Private High School, Medan. The aim of this research is to provide a solution so that brawls cannot recur as before. In this research we used qualitative research methods, using a descriptive approach. Where data collection techniques in this research were carried out using observation, interviews, documentation, as well as from various other articles. The results of this research reveal what preventive measures have been taken to deal with brawls that often occur at Eria Private High School, Medan.

Abstract

Good and correct use of Indonesian is important in communication and writing. However, there are several problems that often arise in the use of Indonesian by students. Errors in the Use of Indonesian in the Mass Media There are errors in the use of Indonesian in the mass media, especially in the school environment. This research uses the type or research approach of Library Research. According to Mestika Zed (2003), library or literature study can be defined as a series of activities relating to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes as well as processing research materials. The following are several factors that can influence Indonesian language errors in writing scientific article texts. Not using correct grammar. One of the factors that can cause Indonesian language errors is the inability to use correct grammar. Thus, improving the quality of Indonesian language use needs to be carried out continuously because the changes that occur due to technological advances will influence people's behavior in speaking the language.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the psychology of literature contained in the drama Penambang Emas by Budi Riswandi. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and analysis techniques for psychology aspects of literature to analyze the drama script. The data used is the drama script Penambang Emas by Budi Riswandi. Data were analyzed using a literary psychology approach. By using a psychology approach, readers can understand the inner conflict contained in literary works. The results of the research show that the drama script has 12 data, namely id totaling 4 data, ego totaling 4 data, and super ego totaling 4 data.

Abstract

This research aims to examine in more depth how the drama script "Roh" by Wisran Hadi can be relevant to Indonesian language teaching material at the high school level, using sociological approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data sources in this research are the text of the drama script "Roh" as well as secondary sources such as relevant articles, journals and books. Data collection techniques include literature study and content analysis. This research concludes that the literary sociology study of the drama script "Roh" by Wisran Hadi has great potential to enrich Indonesian language learning in schools. Through this approach, students not only learn about literature, but also about history, culture, and social issues that are relevant to their lives

Abstract

This article aims to describe (tell) about the implementation of cooperative learning strategies in learning. This research uses library research methodology and is qualitative because the data collected uses textual analysis contained in books and journals related to learning strategies. The results of this research are first, in this study it was found that the implementation of cooperative learning strategies had a positive impact on students' ability to understand learning. Second, students have the opportunity to speak and express opinions in providing ideas for learning.

Abstract

Human life cannot be separated from language. Every day, even at all times, humans use language to communicate to convey goals, ideas, thoughts and even desires. In communication, it is very important to use good and correct language, whether communicating implicitly or explicitly. In the digital era, indirect communication can be done using social media, which is almost the same as written communication, but many people use non-standard language, slang, abbreviations that are not in accordance with the KBBI, and many sentences have even changed meaning. This research uses a literature study method by searching and collecting data from various references. This article aims to pay attention to the language used to avoid communication that is not good enough to not reflect the friendly, polite, polite and civilized character of Indonesian. From the data collected, many social media users use language that is not good and correct in expressing feelings, thoughts and responses to other social media users.

Abstract

Language is an expression that contains the intention to convey something to other people. Something intended by the speaker can be understood and understood by the listener or interlocutor through the language expressed. Indonesian is a language of unity, which means it is a connecting language between tribes in Indonesia. As a unified language, it must have a clear structure using standard words so that it becomes a good and correct language and is easy to understand. Students are people who often interact with other people of different ethnicities. Therefore, students must have knowledge and understanding of standard words so that the communication process is not hampered. However, nowadays many students have low knowledge and understanding of standard words and are more interested in foreign words or slang words combined with Indonesian. Students as agents of change should use standard words in Indonesian so that our unified language can be maintained and preserved and its existence is not replaced by foreign languages.

Abstract

This research aims to create Student Worksheets (LKS) using the Construct 3 application as a German vocabulary learning media at the A1 level for high school students. This study will employ a descriptive qualitative method. The process of creating the LKS utilizes Richey and Klein's theory, involving the following phases: (1) the planning phase, (2) the development or creation phase, and (3) evaluation phase. The data for this research consist of German vocabulary with themes "Hobbys" and "Die Familie" at A1 level, sourced from the book "Netzwerk neu A1 Kursbuch" published by Ernst Klett Sprachen GmbH in 2019. The application will be tested by media experts, and material testing will be conducted by native German speakers and instructional media specialists. The outcome of this research is a set of digital vocabulary games at A1 level for high school students and a book serving as teaching material for German vocabulary in high schools. The final output will be an article in a nationally and internationally indexed Journal or proceedings.
