Abstract

The job field does not fully absorb educated graduates, on the contrary, graduates are not all able to get job opportunities in accordance with the field of science studied. This is because the education taken has less correlation with the needs of the industrial or business world. This research tries to explore the Pragmatic Education Ideology which is education oriented towards preparing educated and skilled personnel. Education that focuses on output in the form of providing quality human resources. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with primary source in the form of research journals related to pragmatic education and job availability and the correlation between the two. Based on the analysis of the theories found, there is significant relevance, in how pragmatic education is the basis for providing jobs, especially through the growth of MSMEs, the creative economy, and the digital economy.

Abstract

The ability to differentiate standard language from non-standard language is an important aspect in learning Indonesian. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of using Enhanced Spelling (EYD) in improving students' ability to differentiate between standard and non-standard language. The method used is a literature study by examining in depth the EYD guidelines published by the Language Development and Development Agency, as well as analyzing scientific journals related to the application of EYD in learning. The results of the study show that the EYD guidelines provide a list of standard and non-standard words arranged alphabetically as well as clear and systematic rules for writing standard language. Several previous studies revealed that intensive use of word lists and rules can increase students' mastery of standard vocabulary and understanding of the differences between standard and non-standard language. However, the obstacle in implementing EYD in the field is the teacher's lack of understanding of the existing rules. Therefore, intensive training and socialization is needed for teachers so that the use of EYD can be optimal in improving students' ability to differentiate between standard and non-standard languages. This research concludes that the EYD guide is a very effective source for improving these abilities by providing a clear list of words and standard language rules as a guide for teachers and students.

Abstract

Learning is very important to achieve success in the educational process. A good understanding of the basic concepts of learning is very important for educators, such as teachers, instructors, and parties involved in educational units. This research tries to discuss the basic concepts of learning. This basic idea is the starting point for continuing the educational process that produces quality human resources. This type of research is library research using content analysis techniques. This study focuses on several fundamental concepts in education that need to be the foundation and foundation of learning: learning foundations, learning components, learning theories, and learning models.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of the learning atmosphere on the learning activity of MSDMA Batch 22 students at the Stialan Polytechnic Campus, Jakarta. In the context of higher education, the learning atmosphere plays an important role in influencing the level of student engagement and learning success. Through this study, we explore the factors that influence students' active learning in the campus environment, with a focus on motivation, involvement, learning facilities, diversity of learning approaches, and collaboration between fellow students. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to MSDMA Batch 22 students at the Stialan Polytechnic Campus, Jakarta. Data was collected and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to assess the relationship between the variables studied. The research results show that the learning atmosphere has a significant influence on the learning activity of MSDMA Batch 22 students on the campus. Motivation, involvement, learning facilities, diversity of learning approaches, and collaboration between students all have different contributions to active learning. These findings highlight the importance of creating a learning environment that supports and motivates students to be actively involved in the learning process. The practical implication of this research is that educational institutions need to pay attention to and improve the factors that influence the learning atmosphere on campus, such as providing adequate learning facilities, encouraging active student participation in learning, and paying attention to diversity in learning approaches. In this way, it is hoped that it can increase student learning activity and improve the quality of education at the Stialan Jakarta Polytechnic Campus

Abstract

Active innovative effective creative fun and Islamic learning (Paikemi) is an approach to learning that integrates different elements to create an involving, inspiring and meaningful atmosphere in the learning process. This abstract will explore the application of Paikemi in the context of Islamic education. The application of Paikemi in Islamic learning aims to create a deep understanding of the principles of religion, ethics and morality taught in Islam. This is done through active, innovative, effective, creative, fun and Islamic methods. In the learning process, the teacher acts as a facilitator and motivator, while students are actively involved in exploring their knowledge and understanding.PAIKEMI learning in its application certainly has advantagas and disadvantages.

Abstract

Improving Scientific Article Writing Skills Through the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Method focuses on the use of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a strategy to improve the ability to write scientific articles. This research shows that NLP can help improve the quality of scientific writing by improving analysis and synthesis skills, as well as increasing the ability to use language more effectively. The research method used to obtain data To find out whether the research objectives have been achieved, the library method is used, namely using references such as books, journals and others as the main source of research. The results of this research can be used as a reference for scientific writers and teachers in improving their skills in writing scientific articles.

Abstract

Holisticare's advertisement entitled "Path of Home (Ramadan Short Movie)" generally tells the story of a mother and child who are eager to go home for Eid. The aim of this research is to analyze and explain the hidden meaning behind the holisticare advertisement "Jalan Pulang" using three elements, namely; macro structure, superstructure and micro structure. The method used in this research is to use an in-depth content analysis technique of an advertisement with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data used is text or speech discourse in the Holisticare ID advertisement entitled "Path to Home". Data analysis was carried out using the Van Dijk model of critical discourse analysis theory which divides discourse into three parts: macro structure, superstructure and micro structure. Data collection techniques used include: techniques for listening, taking notes and documenting data from the advertisement entitled "The Way Home".

Abstract

K-POP (Korean K-POP) is a southern populer music Korea that is very popular around the world, including Indonesia. Its fans come from all walks of life, including high school students such as those at SMA Swasta Primbana Medan. Usually, K-pop fans, especially teenagers, tend to be fanatical fans who imitate the behaviour of their idols. This study aims to examine the influence of K-Pop South Korea behaviour of its fans, especially students of SMA Swasta Primbana Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach method that focuses on observations, questionnaires, and documented descriptive data. According to the results of this study, the influence of K-POP fever on student behavior can be devided into two types: positive and negative. Positive advantages include a wide range of knowledge, a strong desire to learn, mastering foreign languages, a wide network of friends, high creativity, good cooperation with others fans, and saving habits. The negative impact is that teenagers tend to buy K-Pop idol merchandise, such as albums, posters, and clothes. They often spend time in fantasies, lose concentration on education, often stay up late, prefer to interact in cyberspace, have many enemies, and are very obsessed with their idols. This research shows that K-Pop fever has a significant influence on teenagers' lifestyle and consumption. Education and assistance from parents and teachers are needed so that teenagers can enjoy K-Pop wisely and responsibly.

Abstract

Songs are an integral part of human life and play an important role in conveying messages and emotions. However, there are often language errors in song lyrics that go unnoticed. This article discusses language errors in the song "Tegar" sung by Rossa, focusing on the use of the word "tegar". According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), the word "tegar" means "stubborn" or "ngeyel," which has a negative connotation. However, in the song, "tegar" is used to describe fortitude and strength, which is different from its original meaning. This qualitative research aims to understand how language choices in songs affect meaning and message delivery as well as listener interpretation. The results of the analysis show that the use of the word "tegar" in songs can change listeners' perceptions and demonstrate the flexibility of language. Language errors in the context of art are acceptable and even enrich the language with new nuances. This article underlines the importance of paying attention to lyrics in creating quality songs with strong messages.

Abstract

Research report is a document presenting the findings of a study, organized in accordance with a specific research method and mathematical approach, utilizing various languages. Fundamentally, the report should encompass three aspects: What needs to be reported, to whom it should be reported, and for whom it should be reported. These are typically displayed on the cover or title page. The text of the report plays a crucial role in documentation as it enables the collection, processing, and presentation of accurate and systematic information. In the context of research, the text of experimental and observational findings serves as documentation, allowing researchers to record data and outcomes obtained from the study. This research employs a qualitative method with an approach known as library studies. The findings of the research indicate challenges in organizing information systematically and clearly to be presented in a structured report. Authors may need to deal with complex data and analysis, requiring the ability to manage information effectively.
