Abstract

The HR Assistance Lecturer (superior) activity at Palangka Raya University carries out financial literacy education with a focus on the theme "Exploring the World of Credit Cards and Credit Wisely." This activity aims to provide employees with an in-depth understanding of financial management, credit card management, and credit intelligence. Through this program, employees will be provided with comprehensive educational materials in the form of guides, brochures, and presentation materials. A digital-based interactive learning platform is also being developed to facilitate self-learning. In addition, a tracking and evaluation system was designed to measure the effectiveness of the activities. The program also includes promotional campaigns and financial literacy campaigns to raise public awareness of the importance of financial literacy. In order to strengthen the program, counseling and support services were provided for employees facing difficulties managing debt. A partnership plan with the bank was implemented to provide support, resources, and access to relevant banking services. This activity is expected to provide direct benefits to employees in improving their financial literacy competencies and providing the best service to the community in civil registration aspects that involve financial aspects

Abstract

The Independent Campus Program is an educational breakthrough in Indonesia that gives students the freedom to manage the course of education. This concept emphasizes the principle of academic freedom, where students have full control in designing the curriculum, choosing courses, and determining the course of learning. The main goal of Kampus Merdeka is to produce graduates who not only have academic knowledge, but also practical skills that are relevant to the needs of industry and society. The program invites students to be active in extracurricular activities, internships, and collaborative projects. In addition, Kampus Merdeka provides space for the development of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit. Students are empowered to pursue their interests and talents, creating a more meaningful learning experience. The implementation of Kampus Merdeka has created a positive impact in shaping students who are more independent, adaptive, and ready to face the world of work. The community's response to this program is quite positive, but the challenges of implementation and adjustment are still the focus of discussion. Thus, Kampus Merdeka is a step towards transforming education that is more dynamic and relevant to the demands of the times.

Abstract

The Regional Development Planning Agency and Research and Development of Samarinda City are striving to enhance the quality of services and community participation in the planning and development processes. One proactive measure taken is the integration of a web survey menu into the institution's official website with the title "Preparation of the Initial Draft of Samarinda City's RPJPD for the Years 2025-2045." This research aims to add a web survey menu to support efficiency, effectiveness, and interactivity in community data collection. The method utilized for creating this website is the data collection method. The results obtained from this community service initiative include the successful development of a website implemented at the Regional Development Planning Agency and Research and Development of Samarinda City, eliminating the need for manual data input.

Abstract

This community service aims to determine the effectiveness of research on simple financial report management for UMKMs. This community service is carried out using quantitative methods with an experimental approach. The results of community service show that research on managing UMKM financial reports in food stalls is effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of UMKM actors in managing financial reports. This service has the implication that community service in managing financial reports can be an effort to improve UMKM financial management, so that it can increase the competitiveness of UMKM.

Abstract

Indonesia that geologically situated at the convergence of three major tectonic plates, renders it susceptible to earthquakes. This research aims to provide earthquake disaster mitigation education to elementary school students through socialization activities. Despite the absence of accurate earthquake predictions, knowledge and preparedness can be conveyed early and consistently. Involving 40 students from fourth and fifth grades at SD Negeri Tanara, a combined method of lectures and game demonstrations was utilized. The research method, incorporating socialization in elementary schools with a combination of lectures and demonstrations, is considered effective in enhancing students' understanding of earthquake mitigation. Concrete steps can be taken by schools, and the practical knowledge imparted to students is crucial for their preparedness. The research results show that students responded enthusiastically to the material; most could articulate earthquake mitigation measures effectively. However, the evaluation also indicated that some students still encountered difficulties in communicating the material. These findings serve as valuable information for schools to develop students' understanding and skills in earthquake disaster mitigation efforts.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a web-based Goods Inventory Information System at PT Bayan Resources Tbk. The company faces challenges in inventory management, such as stock uncertainty, variations in order cycle time, and operational efficiency levels that need to be improved. Waterfall method is used as a framework for system development, with stages of requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed to improve operational efficiency through integration of inventory data, order management, and item tracking. The result is a web-based application with features such as a secure login page, informative dashboard, master data management, efficient input of incoming and outgoing goods, and careful user control. With the implementation of dark mode, the system gives users the flexibility to customize the display according to their preferences. Users can easily access, track, and analyze inventory data, supporting faster and more accurate decision-making for the company.

Abstract

The development of a student attendance delay monitoring application at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Penajam Paser Utara is the main focus of this activity. By utilizing web-based technology using PHP and MySQL, the goal of this community service is to improve the efficiency of managing student attendance. The implementation process involves needs analysis, application design, development, testing, and training of school staff. Application installation, data collection, monitoring, and routine maintenance are practical steps taken. Community involvement focused on socializing the application to students and school security/gatekeepers. The evaluation of the activity included an assessment of success, positive impact and reflection on the application development process. Conclusions and recommendations from this activity form the basis for improvement and development of similar activities in the future.

Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by the fact that the process of writing correspondence at the East Kalimantan Province Tourism Office still relies on manual techniques. Therefore, efforts are needed to provide education and improve technical skills related to designing a special website for management of entry letters at the Tourism Office. The main focus of this activity is to replace manual methods with more efficient information technology solutions, namely designing an incoming mail website. With this design, it is hoped that the Tourism Office can more easily manage and input correspondence, increase efficiency and reduce the potential for human error. The method used in developing this website is the prototype method, allowing the Tourism Department to directly participate in the design process and provide input to ensure that the final result meets their needs.

Abstract

The logo is related to the product brand which can be a competitive advantage for MSMEs. A logo can become a business identity and visual attraction for traditional snack MSME products. The aim of this activity is to strengthen business identity through logo design training and obtain sustainable results. The method for implementing this service is socialization and design practice tutorials for Mrs. Sie's traditional snack business. The results of this service activity are giving product logos to Bu Sie's traditional snacks, increasing sales turnover, strengthening business identity and also as promotional media. MSMEs receive education about logo design and how to make them using tools commonly used in printing, thereby facilitating the production process while reducing the cost of printing logo stickers.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling Services is a part of the education sector with the task of helping the effectiveness of students' lives based on the harmony of adolescent development tasks. Guidance and Counseling is the provision of assistance carried out through counseling interviews by expert people (counselors) to individuals who experience a problem with the aim of solving the problem and allowing the individual to utilize their potential, so that the individual can understand himself to achieve optimal, independent and independent development. can plan the future. The method of this service is carried out with classical services in the classroom during guidance and counseling hours as well as individual services carried out in the counseling room in the BK room. The conclusion in this service is that classical guidance and counseling services with fun methods can attract students' attention to listen and understand the material presented and individual guidance and counseling services with closed and confidential methods make students more comfortable to be open in telling their problems.
