Abstract

Providing sufficient and quality breast milk is very important for the health and growth of infants, especially in the postpartum period. One alternative to increase the production and release of breast milk non-pharmacologically is by applying warm compresses to the breasts. This study aims to determine the effect of warm breast compresses on the adequacy of breast milk in postpartum mothers in Nagari Koto Padang, Koto Baru Health Center Working Area. The method used is quantitative with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The sample size was 10 people, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Measurement of breast milk adequacy was carried out through a questionnaire before and after the intervention. The results of the study showed that the average decreased to 1.40, meaning that there was a decrease in the level of breast milk insufficiency after the intervention. Statistical tests with Wilcoxon showed a P value = 0.003 (<0.05), which means that the decrease was statistically significant. It can be concluded that warm breast compresses have a real effect in helping to ensure adequate breast milk supply in postpartum mothers and have been proven to significantly help to ensure adequate breast milk supply, so they can be used as an alternative non-pharmacological management. Keywords: warm compress, breast milk, breast milk adequacy, postpartum mother, baby

Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) represents a strategic initiative to enhance the effectiveness of healthcare services through information technology. Although EMR systems have been widely implemented across healthcare facilities, variations in their effectiveness remain evident. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of EMR implementation in healthcare facilities based on system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. A systematic literature review was conducted using the PRISMA approach. Article searches were performed in Google Scholar, Garuda, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases, focusing on original research published between 2015 and 2025. Of the 1,007 articles initially identified, 20 of the most relevant studies were included and analyzed using descriptive narrative synthesis. The findings indicate that system quality, information quality, and service quality are associated with EMR use and user satisfaction. User satisfaction serves as an important component in assessing system effectiveness and the attainment of net benefits, including improved work efficiency, service quality, data accuracy, and organizational performance. However, challenges related to system interoperability, human resource readiness, and technical support remain substantial. In conclusion, the effectiveness of EMR implementation requires the integration of technological, organizational, and user-related aspects to support sustainable use in healthcare facilities. Keywords: Effectiviveness, Electronic Medical Records, Health Information Systems, Healthcare Facilities, DeLone and McLean

Abstract

Anxiety among third-trimester pregnant women approaching childbirth is a psychological problem that can negatively affect both maternal and fetal health. Various factors such as age, education, parity, income, husband’s support, knowledge, and support from health workers are suspected to influence anxiety levels. This study aimed to identify the factors affecting anxiety among third-trimester pregnant women in facing childbirth at Payung Sekaki Public Health Center, Pekanbaru, in 2025. This study employed a descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of third-trimester pregnant women who attended antenatal care at Payung Sekaki Public Health Center, Pekanbaru. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there were significant relationships between husband’s support (p = 0.003), level of education (p = 0.015), age (p = 0.004), parity (p = 0.030), family income (p = 0.020), maternal knowledge (p = 0.024), and support from health workers (p = 0.038) with anxiety levels among third-trimester pregnant women. The factors influencing anxiety among third-trimester pregnant women approaching childbirth include husband’s support, education, age, parity, income, knowledge, and support from health workers. It is expected that health workers can enhance education and counseling for pregnant women and involve family members, especially husbands, in efforts to reduce anxiety before childbirth. Keywords: Anxiety, Pregnant Women, Third Trimester, Childbirth, Influencing Factors

Basic immunization is a preventive measure in the form of vaccination for children that aims to boost immunity so that various infectious diseases can be prevented. Based on document searches, the Lelogama Community Health Center is one of the community health centers with basic immunization coverage below the standard. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing incomplete basic immunization. The research design used in this study was cross-sectional. The research was conducted in the working area of the Lelogama Community Health Center. The research was conducted in July 2025. The population consisted of all mothers who had babies aged 9-24 months. The sample consisted of 60 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed a relationship between spousal support (p value: 0.000) and access to health services (p value: 0.025) with incomplete basic immunization. It is recommended that health center staff provide information related to immunization, not only to mothers but also to fathers, and provide training and guidance to cadres so that they are able to educate and convey information to parents regarding immunization, enabling cadres to independently provide understanding to parents. Keywords: Children, Spousal Support, Immunization.

Abstract

Abstract: Mining Business Permit (IUP) does not include land rights, so anyone who will carry out mining in a mining area must first ensure the legal status of the land used. After knowing the legal status of the land, then can proceed with negotiations or agreements on matters that need to be agreed upon by the parties who promised that give rise to rights and obligations. Other things that serve as the basis are the decisions of the constitutional court and Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government in the context of licensing. The provincial government has now taken over the authority of the district/city government to issue mining permits based on Law Number 23 of 2014 which is actually still semi-centralized and territorially in the context of mining is still in the district, while the provincial government is a representative of the central government. The policy of managing mining resources from the perspective of indigenous legal communities that is ecologically just lies in the concept of indigenous legal community wisdom in managing natural resources, in this case mining which is the right of control of the state. There is a reciprocal relationship between humans and nature, where customary law communities always place the balance of nature in environmental management, so that ecological justice can be felt by all elements of nature, apart from humans. Keywords: Protection, Rights of Indigenous Peoples, Natural Resources
