Abstract

AbstractThe rapid growth in the number of vehicles each year is not accompanied by an increase in road infrastructure. The population of Payakumbuh which is increasing from year to year causes the need for transportation equipment to increase. 36,960 vehicles and cars pass through the streets of Payakumbuh every day. Of the 36,960 vehicles, 70% were two-wheelers and 30% were four-wheelers. Comparing road conditions and transportation facilities will cause traffic congestion, especially during peak hours, and will have an impact on increasing pollution, travel time, costs, social and actual working time. The actual capacity of all intersections is 4106 pcu/hour, the degree of saturation of all intersections can be DS = 0.25 < 0.6 so the road category is smooth. The delay time for all these intersections is Dtot = 4.66 sec/pcu and the highest queue probability at all intersections is 13.61% Keywords: Signalized intersections, road lanes, intersection performance, queuing opportunities,   degree of saturation, intersection capacity

Abstract

Kota Bukittinggi sebagai Kota Wisata juga merupakan kota Perdagangan. Salah satu Pasar yang terkenal dikota Bukittinggi adalah Pasar Simpang Aur yang terletak dekat dengan terminal Simpang Aur. Sebagai  Pusat Pasar yang lokasinya berdekatan dengan Terminal Simpang Aur dan Pasar Sayur Aur dengan aktifitas yang tinggi serta belum optimalnya fungsi terminal menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya macet di Simpang Aur Kota Bukittinggi. Pada penelitian ini pengambilan data dilakukan selama 3 hari di 3 lokasi Jalan yaitu Jl.St.Syahrir, Jl. M.Yamin, SH dan Jl.Diponegoro yaitu terhadap volume lalu lintas, kecepatan lalu lintas dan data geometri jalan dari SKPD terkait. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh volume kendaraan terpadat berada di Jl.St.Syahrir dan Jl.Diponegoro pada hari Pasar dan terendah itu berada di Jl.M.Yamin ,SH pada hari kerja atau biasa. Kelas hambatan samping dari ketiga lokasi penelitian termasuk sedang, untuk derajat kejenuhan pada ketiga lokasi tertinggi berada pada jalan Diponegoro, sedangkan perhitungan kecepatan   kendaraan pada lokasi JL.St. Syahrir 12 km/jam , Jl.M.Yamin,SH 6 Km/jam dan Jl.Diponegoro 15 Km/jam. Untuk Analisa kepadatan di Jl. St.Syahrir merupakan terpadat dibandingkan 2 lokasi pengamatan lainnya dengan jam puncak kepadatan berada pada pukul 11.00 Wib -12.00 Wib.  Arus kendaraan cukup stabil hanya saja terjadi perlambatan didepan Rumah Makan Simpang Raya karena adanya terminal bayangan Angkutan Kota Dalam Provinsi kendaraan menuju Solok, Padang Panjang, Padang dan beberapa kota di Sumatera Barat. Penambahan rambu-rambu lalu lintas, mengoptimalkan fungsi terminal serta melakukan Revitalisasi Pasar Simpang Aur menjadi Pusat Bisnis Modern menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi kesembrautan di Simpang Aur Kota Bukittinggi.Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas di Simpang Aur Kota Bukittinggi sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 32 Tahun 2011 dimana Analisis Dampak lalu Lintas adalah serangkaian kegiatan kajian mengenai dampak lalu lintas dari pembangunan pusat kegiatan, permukiman dan infrastruktur yang hasilnya dituangkan dalam bentuk dokumen hasil analisis dampak lalu lintas.Kata kunci : Simpang Aur Kota Bukittinggi , Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas, Volume dan kecepatan Lalu Lintas.

Abstract

Eggs are a food ingredient that we often encounter in everyday life which is a source of protein. Eggs are composed of several parts, namely egg shell, egg yolk and egg white. Egg white is a white liquid or often referred to as albumen contained in eggs. Egg white has a bladder consisting of 40% thin egg white and 60% thick egg white which contains 10% protein dissolved in water. This study aims to determine the effect of using egg white as an addition to the compressive strength of concrete. Processing egg whites into concrete as an aggregate for mixing concrete, in order to determine the compressive strength of concrete. This study aims to determine the effect of changes that occur in concrete to the mixture of concrete with egg whites with various egg white compositions with a percentage of 5%, 10%, and 15% of the cement weight. The method used in this study is a qualitative method (Research at Laboratories of Muhammadiyah University of West Sumatra) with a mixture of 5% egg white produces a compressive strength of 94.60 kg/cm2, 10% produces 76.75 kg/cm2, and 15% produces a compressive strength 66.04 kg/cm2 at the age of 28 days. The mixture of egg white makes the compressive strength decrease from normal concrete which has a compressive strength of 251.67 kg/cm2 at the age of 28 days. The planned concrete quality is K 250 Fc '20.75 MPa..  Keywords : compressive strength, egg white, cement, concrete, albumen.

Abstract

In the implementation of a construction project, delays are very common in the field. Acceleration is needed to overcome or minimize the delay. The acceleration efforts made will certainly have an impact on increasing the time on the project so it is necessary to analyze the time for the construction. There are many methods that can be done one of them by using the help of a computer program. The purpose of this study was to determine the time through Microsoft Project 2016 analysis. A case study was conducted on the construction of the Binuang Road Retaining Dam in Bukittinggi City, with a project implementation time of 17 weeks or 120 working days. The alternative used in this research is to analyze or review the time of the project. Furthermore, scheduling analysis is carried out through Microsoft Project 2016 so that the critical path is obtained which becomes a reference for activities to be optimized and to analyze the time that occurs after the acceleration is carried out by the Crashing Program. After analyzing the results, the same results were obtained in the Microsoft Project 2016 output. The maximum acceleration occurred in the addition of working days or the absence of holidays or 7 days faster than the normal duration of 113 days. Keywords: acceleration, Microsoft Project, Crashing Program.

Abstract

PERUMDA Tirta Jam Gadang in the city of Bukittinggi as one of the providers of clean water is obliged to meet the clean water needs of the community by ensuring the availability of water in the long term is fulfilled. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the current and future needs for clean water by projecting the number of residents, the number of direct connections (SL), the amount of water loss and analyzing the water discharge used by PERUMDA Tirta Jam Gadang and projecting an estimate of water availability up to 2026 with using linear regression method. Based on the results of the analysis, the total clean water needs of PERUMDA Tirta Jam Gadang until 2026 are 153.67 lt/s or an increase of 2.49% from the 2021 data which amounted to 141.59 lt/s in line with the increasing urban population growth. Bukittinggi with the number of direct connections (SL) in 2026 of 18,701 SL or an increase of 4.88% from the data in 2021 which amounted to 14,776 SL, the used water discharge of PERUMDA Tirta Jam Gadang until 2026 amounted to 240.60 lt/s or an increase of 1.85% from the used discharge data in 2021 which amounted to 233.97 lt/s, the estimated water loss until 2026 amounted to 86.23 lt/s or an increase of 2.62% from the 2021 data which is only 72.52 lt/s. With the total availability of water in 2026 which amounted to 154.37 lt/s, from the water balance it can be concluded that the availability of clean water is a surplus of 0.70 lt/s or the availability of water is still sufficient for clean water needs until 2026. Keywords: Water demand, Water availability, Water loss, Water balance, Linear  regression

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated information technology makes the world and life seem limitless and timeless. This of course leads us as users to always be wise and aware of the use and impact of using this technology. Especially in the current era of globalization, the use of technology isn’t limited to certain ages and circles anymore. This results in many factors that cause a child and teenager to be involved in criminal cases related to information and electronic transactions, one of which is the use of social media that makes news containing hate speech easily and quickly spread. In this community service program, it provides an understanding of the rules that must be obeyed and the legal impact on criminal acts of information and electronic transactions, especially regarding hate speech. The approach to solving partner problems with programs that have been mutually agreed upon within the period of realization of the service is counseling accompanied by dialogue, with work procedures to support the methods offered are counseling and dialogues are carried out in several meetings according to the needs of partners as long as they are still in the long term program time. Later in this service program, scientific articles will be produced in accordance with the proposed activity plan, while for partners it is increasing knowledge about information crimes and electronic transactions.Keywords: Law, Information and Electronic Transaction, Counseling.

Abstract

Irrigation is the provision, regulation and distribution of water from available water sources to agricultural areas for crop needs. Irrigation is very important in the fulfillment and improvement of national food, such as the irrigation channel D.I Cingkariang Banda Patah Nagari Padang Lua. The tertiary channel of the Banda Patah Nagari Padang Lua irrigation network irrigates a rice field area of ± 100 ha. The water needs for Banda Patah's agricultural land cannot be met properly. In the Irrigation Network Planning, design analysis must be carried out which includes analysis of rainfall, calculation of discharge, and channel dimensions. The main objective of the evaluation of the Banda Patah tertiary channel is to determine the need and adequacy of water in the Banda Patah agricultural area. By upgrading the network, water needs can be provided adequately according to needs. In planning the channel dimensions obtained through the rainfall process using the Haspers method and the Gumbel method. The results of calculations from the tertiary channel dimensions in the field obtained a discharge of 1.03 m³/s and the results of the planned dimensions obtained a discharge of 5.42 m^3/s. Based on the evaluation, the dimensions of the tertiary channel of the existing Banda Patah irrigation network cannot accommodate the maximum discharge, and the dimensions of the planned channel can accommodate water at the maximum discharge.Keywords : Discharge, channel dimensions, rainfall, gumbel, haspers, tertiary channel

Abstract

Dalam suatu perencanaan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi pasti sangat berhubungan dengan Menajemen konstruksi yang berperan dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek pembangunan dan bertujuan dalam mengelola pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi yang mencakup waktu pelaksanaan, biaya, hingga mutu bangunan konstruksi dari awal pekerjaan sampai dengan akhir hingga meperoleh hasil yang sesuai dengan perjanjian awal yang di inginkan oleh pemilik proyek (Owner). Pada pekerjaan proyek konstruksi Taman Marga Satwa Budaya Kinantan (TMSBK) Bukittinggi berjalan sesuai dengan rencana akan tetapi ada beberapa faktor yang harus di perhatikan agar pekerjaan tidak mengalami keterlambatan salah satunya faktor cuaca. Untuk mengatasi agar tidak terjadi keterlambatan maka dilakukan penambahan waktu jam kerja menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) biasa disebut jalur kritis. Hasil akhir dari kajian ini adalah menentukan Jalur kritis pada pembangunan kandang tahap 2 terdapat pada kegitan A-B-C-D-E-G-I, pekerjaan proyek konstruksi pada pembangunan kandang tahap 2 diselesaikan dengan waktu 95 minggu dan besar biaya proyek Rp13.852.312.887,- setelah dilakukan penambahan waktu jam kerja 1 jam maka pekerjaan proyek dapat diselesaikan 81 minggu dengan besar biaya proyek Rp Rp13.924.110.709,- dan selisih anggaran biaya biaya Rp78.978.000,- biaya Cost Slope Rp5.641.285,- dan penambahan waktu 3 jam kerja maka pelaksanaan proyek dapat dilakukan 72 minggu dengan besar biaya proyek Rp13.930.866.682,- dan selisih anggaran biaya Rp86.409.000,- biaya Cost Slope Rp3.756.913,-. Abstract

Kopi merupakan minuman terlaris di kalangan komunitas teratas dan merupakan minuman terlaris. Sipirok, suatu tempat penghasil kopi terbesar dibagian Sumatera Utara dan kopinya sudah terbit di manca negara. Perancangan mesin pengupas kulit kopi basah, merubah sistem pengelolahan pengupasan kulit kopi dari metode manual sampai bergerak menggunakan alat penggerak. Sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Perancangan pengupasan kulit kopi dengan mesin penggerak dinamo motor listrik 1 phase spesifikasi ukuran 1/4 HP, kecepatan 2800 rpm, kekuatan arus 220/380 volt, daya listrik 180 watt. Mampu mengupas kulit kopi basah dengan 1kg kopi dengan waktu 78 detik. Perancangan dengan material baja ASTM A.36 dengan sisi sambungan menggunakan las dan baut, mata potong menggunakan plat alumanium , transmisi dengan menggunakan rantai dan v-belt dan untuk pemisah antara biji dan kulit adalah alumanium cor. Hasil pengupasan kulit kopi dengan hasil percobaan tertinggi dilakukan pengaturan terhadap dimmer dengan daya masuk aliran listrik yang tinggi 1588 rpm dan mendapatkan hasil yang terkelupas sempurna 78% maka dapat diketahui yang tidak terkelupas sempurna sebesar 22%. Setelah melakukan pengujian perancangan alat pengupas kulit kopi basah di dapatkan hasil bahwa pengupasan kulit kopi dapat berjalan dengan baik, namun pada hasil penggilingan masih ada kulit kopi yang masih menempel pada kopi. Kata Kunci : Kopi-basah, daya, mata-potong, transmisi, dinamo

Abstract

Public transportation is used by the public in activities to move goods or people from one place to another. In using public transport services, people pay tariffs according to government. Changes in economy give an impact on public transportation tariffs. Tariffs of public transportation should match the BOK's calculations analysis. The study conducted a calculation analysis of BOK in determined tariffs public transportation of KUD route of Sungai Pua – Bukittinggi. An analysis based on BOK has been obtained there is a discrepancy between tariffs by government and in the field based on BOK. Tariffs that determined by government and in the fields in amount of Rp. 5.000,00 and the result based on BOK, tariffs on Monday about Rp. 4539.94 until Rp. 4.969,02 and Saturday about Rp. 4173,99 until Rp. 4.969,02. It can concluded that the differences between tariffs, determine by government and in the field with tariffs based on BOK calculations about Rp. 271,65 on Monday and Rp. 493,80 on Saturday. The aim of this study are for public transportation entrepreneurs to provide prime services to people who use public transportation and government are expected to issue policies that will increase the interest of public to use public transportation services. Keywords : Tariff Evaluation, Public Transportation, BOK.
