Redaksi menerima naskah dari dosen, peneliti, praktisi, dan mahasiswa dengan ketentuan belum pernah diterbitkan dalam media lain dan mengikuti ketentuan penulisan seperti yang tercantum pada halaman lampiran jurnal. Abstract

Kombinasi bisnis merupakan strategi yang acapkali dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan nilai perusahaan. Aset suatu perusahaan akan menjadi lebih besar berkali-kali lipat pasca implementasi kombinasi bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah kepentingan nonpengendali dan entitas anak dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari laporan keuangan (financial statement) atau laporan tahunan (annual report) pada perusahaan yang sahamnya terideks di Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII) Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2023. Setelah data berhasil dikoleksi dan ditabulasi, selanjutnya akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara statistik dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi masing-masing 0,31; 0,10 serta 0,70 yang notabene lebih besar > 0,05, sehingga H1; H2; H3 ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepentingan nonpengendali tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, entitas anak tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. kepentingan nonpengendali dan entitas anak tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a process that plays an important role for companies that market goods and services to consumers because every company has the same opportunities in doing business, so there can be competition between companies and similar competitors in capturing the market. In this era of globalization, economic development is very fast, business competition is very tight, this applies to all business fields. Like UD. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di BMT NU Banyuputih. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya pada lembaga keuangan mikro syariah.

Abstract

The concept of Islamic entrepreneurship has been widely studied and developed by practitioners and academics. However, there are still differences in the concepts offered. The purpose of this study is to offer a new concept of Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship based on (Q.S; An-Nur, 24:37). The method used in this study is a literature study. The data used are from the Qur'an, Tafsir Al-Misbach, books, journals. The results of this study indicate that Islamic spiritual entrepreneurship must always instill in oneself to remember Allah, prioritize worship, zakat-infaq-alms, and remember death. If all of this can be implemented, you will achieve success in the world and happiness in the afterlife

Abstract

Menghadapi dunia usaha yang semakin berkembang menuntut berbagai perusahaan atau pemilik bisnis untuk memikirkan kembali strategi yang akan digunakan untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya agar dapat bertahan dan berkembang dalam menghadapi persaingan dan perkembangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha Toko Ansar Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT dan Marketing Mix dengan data diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara pemilik toko secara langsung. Dari hasil analisis SWOT dan Marketing Mix diperoleh beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan Toko Ansar Jaya yaitu dengan diversifikasi produk, memanfaatkan pemasaran dan penjualan secara online, menawarkan harga yang kompetitif dan diskon musiman, membuat standar operasional toko dan pelatihan karyawan agar pelayanan lebih efisien, dan memperbaiki tampilan fisik toko baik penataan produk maupun tampilan toko secara keseluruhan, serta memperkuat branding baik online maupun offline.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the digital marketing strategies used by PT. Arudam 99 Cabang Probolinggo to increase the quantity of umrah participants. The approach used in this research methodology is descriptive qualitative, with the title "Digital-Based Marketing Strategies in Increasing the Quantity of Umrah Participants at PT. Arudam 99 Cabang Probolinggo." This study aims to gather information about the digital marketing strategies implemented at PT. Arudam 99 Cabang Probolinggo. Since this research employs a qualitative approach and includes direct observation, the results are presented in an analytical-descriptive manner, consisting of written words from the responses of individuals observed, particularly regarding the digital-based marketing strategies aimed at increasing the quantity of umrah participants at PT. Arudam 99 Cabang Probolinggo. The research findings indicate that PT. Arudam 99 Cabang Probolinggo has effectively implemented digital marketing in its umrah promotions, especially on social media platforms like Facebook. However, there are shortcomings in its Instagram and website presence.

Abstract

The market is a mechanism that can bring buyers together to make transactions on goods or services. The market is the most important part of a Muslim's life as an ideal transaction vehicle. In Indonesia the market is the economic support of society, both urban and rural communities. In terms of physical there are two types of markets in Indonesia, namely traditional markets and modern markets. Traditional market is a kind of market that is managed simply who still apply the bargaining system. While the modern market is a market that is managed with modern management that generally there dikinjagi sebaagi provider of goods or services with good quality of service to the consumer and the absence of bargaining process at the time of the transaction.Service quality is one of the fundamental parts of a growing business today. Customer satisfaction is a priority, because customers are one of the main barometers in developing a restaurant business. Keep in mind, customers are one of the valuable assets and long-term investments of a restaurant. However, along with the times, there have been many innovations related to service quality in customer satisfaction. So we need to combine the latest innovations related to service strategies in increasing customer satisfaction, within the framework of IslamThis research method is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, which aims to describe the application of Islamic service strategies in increasing customer satisfaction at Resto Melita Kitchen, Kolor Village, Sumenep City District, Sumenep Regency. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis with triangulation techniques in testing the validity of the data.Based on the results of the study, the Islamic service strategy in increasing customer satisfaction at Resto Melita Kitchen, Kolor Village, Sumenep City District, Sumenep Regency is complexly contained in the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) set by the restaurant. In the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) there are several regulations that direct all structural managers of the restaurant to be honest, consistent, intelligent, polite and friendly to customers, responsible for the trust that has been given, maintain the quality of service and product standards, build good emotional relationships with customers and provide convenience to customers. The supporting factors for the Islamic service strategy in increasing customer satisfaction at Resto Melita Kitchen arise from the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) that has been set by the restaurant which contains Islamic sharia values. There is training for new employees, after training there is follow-up from the leaders of each division. And employee welfare is guaranteed with a balance between the work assigned and the salary received by employees. While the inhibiting factors for the Islamic service strategy in increasing customer satisfaction at Resto Melita Kitchen arise from employees who experience underperformance and the inability of the restaurant to respond to requests from its customers. This happens due to wrong predictions or even not considering the consequences of customer satisfaction. What the researcher means is from the existence of positive viral gethok and repurchase intentions which result in over repeat orders beyond the capabilities of Resto Melita Kitchen

Abstract

The many types of retail in Indonesia certainly give rise to competition between retailers, so there needs to be an effective strategy to be able to compete with similar retailers, one of which is by creating consumer satisfaction through Islamic branding and Islamic service quality. This research uses a quantitative approach and the population of this research is all consumers of Kopontren Al Mubarok Branch Kalisat Jember. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that Islamic branding partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Kopontren Al Mubarok Branch Kalisat Jember as proven by hypothesis testing which shows the tcount>ttable value (3.206>2.006) and the significance value is smaller than the specified significance level (0.002<0.05) . Islamic service quality partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Kopontren Al Mubarok Branch Kalisat Jember, proven by hypothesis testing which shows the tcount>ttable value (2.620>2.006) and the significance value is smaller than the specified significance level (0.011<0.05). Islamic branding and Islamic service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Kopontren Al Mubarok Branch Kalisat Jember as proven by hypothesis testing which shows the Fcount>Ftable value (29.159>2.804) and the significance value is smaller than the specified significance level (0.000<0.05 ).

Abstract

Employee wage payments at Home Industry Toge AN have problems regarding the full linkage between employee wages and the results of bean sprout sales each month. With this full linkage, the relationship between business owners and employees does not go well, this is because one party feels disadvantaged, namely the employee. This study aims to analyze the employee wage system using Islamic Business Ethics. The focus of the problem in this study is as follows: how is the practice of the employee wage system at Home Industry Toge AN, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan? and how is the analysis of Islamic business ethics on the employee wage system at Home Industry Toge AN, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan?. In this study, the approach used by the researcher is a descriptive qualitative approach using the type of field research (Field Research), this study was conducted using the interview method with business owners and employees who work at Home Industry Toge AN, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. The results of this study are that in the AN Toge Home Industry, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan, in practice it is not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely in the employee wage system which is fully related to the results of bean sprout sales and Islamic business ethics related to the principle of justice. Meaningful justice is clearly not in accordance with the concept of wages, because employee wages are linked to the results of bean sprout sales, so that wages change every month.

Abstract

Islamic business ethics is a set of moral principles that distinguish between good and bad in a business activity in Islam. By adhering to this foundation, every Muslim who does business will feel the presence of a third party (God) in every aspect of his life. This study aims to determine the concept and application of Islamic business ethics for Haris Istana Parfum employees, which then makes the researcher interested in conducting further research on business ethics applied at Haris Istana Parfum to increase profitability as much as possible. The focus of the researcher of this study is to describe Islamic business ethics in increasing profitability in the Haris Istana Parfum shop in Randegan Village, Mojokerto, in order to know how Islamic business ethics are applied in Haris Istana Parfum, and to analyze Islamic business ethics in increasing profitability in Haris Istana Parfum. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method conducted by observation, documentation and direct interviews with business owners, employees and consumers of Haris Istana Parfum. This study is intended to describe or explain certain conditions and symptoms that occur in Haris Istana Parfum in detail, as well as to provide a general overview of the application of Islamic business ethics in Haris Istana Parfum which is then reconstructed or updated to be in accordance with the theories of Islamic business ethics. The results of this study are that the application of Islamic business ethics carried out by Haris Istana Parfum is in accordance with the theories of Islamic business ethics which result in increased profitability received by the high results or profits obtained by Haris Istana Parfum. The implementation of Islamic business ethics includes the principles: divinity, justice, free will, and responsibility.
