Dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain is a complaint caused by a hormonal imbalance that results in the onset of pain that is most often experienced by adolescents. The management of dysmenorrhea varies, such as pharmacological and non-pharmacological management. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of health education on dysmenorrhea management knowledge in adolescent girls at SMP Negeri 2 Godean, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The design of this study is an experimental quasy using a nonequivalent control group design approach. The respondents in this study were 44 class VII students with purposive sampling techniques. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. The analysis methods used were univariate and bivariate analysis (paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test). The results showed that in the intervention group, the average score before being given health education was 61.45 and the average value after being given health education was 89.91, while in the control group there was no increase. The results of the paired sample t-test obtained a p-value = 0.000 (<0.05) meaning that there is an influence of health education on dysmenorrhea management knowledge. The results of the independent sample t-test obtained p value = 0.000 (<0.05) meaning that there was a significant difference between the level of knowledge of female students in the intervention group and the control group. The conclusion that there is an influence of health education on the knowledge of dysmenorrhea management in adolescent girls at SMP Negeri 2 Godean, Sleman, Yogyakarta.

Papuans have a propensity of eating areca nuts. Chewing areca nuts was historically associated with the life of the elderly. However, areca nuts have recently gained popularity among young people in Papua. In Papua, the habit of eating betel nuts, or areca nuts, has been passed down from generation to generation for centuries. This study examines the correlation between areca nut consumption and the number of children among reproductive-age couples at the Public Health Center of East Sorong Work Region. This is a correlational study conducted using a cross-sectional design. We used a questionnaire about areca nut consumption habits and the number of children in reproductive-age couples. To test the hypothesis, bivariate analysis was utilized to determine whether there was a correlation between the independent and dependent variables using the Chi-Square test (X2). Based on the results, we found that the wife's habit of consuming areca nuts does not correlate with the number of children, while the husband's habit has a p-value <0.05. This indicates a correlation between consuming areca nuts had a significant effect on the number of children, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 for the husband's habits and 0.031 < 0.05 for both habits. We believe that husbands who consume areca nuts frequently will affect the quality of sperm, which might result in impaired fertility and a decrease in the number of children.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2020, the number of smokers worldwide was 991 million people. The Western Pacific has the highest number of smokers over 15, 377 million in 2020. South Asia is in second place, followed by Europe. In Indonesian students aged 13 to 15, two out of every three boys and one out of every five girls have tried tobacco products. This study aimed to identify the characteristics of respondents, environmental factors, and smoking behavior and analyze the relationship between environmental factors and smoking behavior in students. This study used correlational descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. Held in STIKes Panti Rapih Yogyakarta. The sample size used a total sampling technique with 73 samples. The result shows that most of the smoker respondents were aged ≥20 years (42.5%), had a positive environment (63.14%), and had moderate smoking behavior (64.4%). Bivariate analysis used the Spearman test with a sig (ρ value) of 0.000 (< α 0.05). There is a relationship between environmental factors and smoking behavior. Suggestions for smokers to reduce bad smoking habits, for institutions to provide guidance and re-explain the rules in student ethics books on smoking prohibition, and for future researchers to examine one of the factors that most influence smoking behavior

Inmates experience stress due to inner tension that arises as a result of incompatibility in the prison environment, so a way is needed so that stress can be overcome, one way to overcome stress is by brain gym. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brain gym on stress levels in narcotics inmates in Narcotics Prisons. This study uses a quasi-experimental research design in the form of a pretest-posttest design with control group. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The subjects in this study are narcotics inmates, as many as 26 people in the experimental group and 26 people in the control group. The data analysis technique used is a non-parametric static technique, a paired sample t-test with a significant level of 5%. The results of the t-stress test in narcotics inmates in the control group obtained a t-count value of (1.581) < t table (2.059) and a p-value (0.127) > 0.05, the results in the experimental group obtained a t-count value of (3.586) < t-table (2.059) and a p-value (0.001) < 0.05. There was an effect of brain gymon the experimental group. The results of the unpaired sample t-test obtained a result of 0.000, meaning there was a difference in stress levels in the experimental and control groups. Brain gym affect reducing stress levels in prisoners. Advice for drug addict inmates to apply brain gym independently to reduce stress levels in themselves.

Type A aortic dissection is a longitudinal tear separating the intima layer from the aortic media and is often not clearly visible due to cardiac motion which can reduce image quality and misrepresent the lumen so that the flowing blood causes several problems such as the aortic root and ascending aorta. CT angiography with ECG gating was chosen to reduce the images of cardiac movement. The purpose is to evaluate the examination procedure and anatomical description of the CT Angiography examination with Gating ECG. The research method is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach with samples selected based on the examination diagnosis with type A aortic dissection. Observation, documentation, interviews did data collection. Data analysis is described in a descriptive narrative, and a conclusion is drawn. The result of the study is that CT angiography examination with ECG gating provides accurate information that the coronary arteries originate from the true lumen. In this phase, there are no lines that show a significant picture of heart movement disorders so that the coronary arteries can be assessed properly. The anatomical features of MIP, CPR, and VRT visualize the aortic root region until the coronary arteries are displayed more informatively than heart movement disorders. The conclusion is that CTA examination with ECG gating can show the aortic root in cases of type A dissection located at the root or ascending aorta and minimize heart movement interference with MIP, CPR and VRT.

Preeclampsia is a major cause of adverse pregnancy outcomes for both mothers and infants, leading to higher rates of morbidity and mortality. Despite progress in prenatal care, the exact cause of Preeclampsia remains unknown, highlighting the need for effective prevention strategies to improve outcomes. Various nutritional interventions can be used as potential preventive measures against Preeclampsia. Among these, folic acid and calcium supplementation have garnered considerable attention. This systematic review aims to compare the effectiveness of folic acid versus calcium supplementation in preventing Preeclampsia. By synthesizing the current evidence, we seek to elucidate the relative benefits of these two interventions, thereby providing clearer guidance for clinical practice and future research. This systematic review uses PubMed Central, Springerlink, PubMed, and Google Scholar as databases, using MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) terms: ‘Folic Acid’, ‘Calcium’, and ‘Preeclampsia’ to extract relevant publications. Publications included were limited to English publications in the past 5 years globally. This study included 6 studies compromising 29.664 women. Prisma table is used to identify studies via databased and sorted with Rayyan.ai. Both Calcium and Folic acid supplementation in adequate dose equally needed to prevent preeclampsia. Further research is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy in equivalent subject groups. There is currently limited information on the impact of health supplements on high-risk pregnancies, including the effects of calcium supplementation.

Maternal-fetal attachment (MFA) makes an essential contribution to maternal and fetal health and influences the adoption of a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. Mothers who have a strong MFA tend to have healthy behaviors and give birth to healthy babies. Mothers who feel emotionally connected to their fetus tend to be more motivated to take care of their own health. They realize that their health directly affects the health of the developing baby. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of maternal-fetal attachment in primigravida in the third trimester. The quantitative descriptive research method was used with 85 primigravida mothers who have met the inclusion criteria (third-trimester primigravida; no complications during pregnancy, self-examination at the Sleman regional public health centre) and have participated in this study. The Indonesian version of the Prenatal Attachment Inventory (PAI) questionnaire is used to review maternal-fetal attachments in a face-to-face interview. The results of the study provide an overview of the fact that most primigravida mothers in the third trimester have high maternal-fetal attachment scores. In addition, effective information communication and education for pregnant women were identified as factors that contributed to the level of maternal-fetal attachment. Effective maternal-fetal attachment-related programs in the education of new-reproductive couples are needed to be developed and implemented by health workers, including by midwives.

One of the indicators of service quality to patients is patient safety, where hospitals must create a system that reduces and even prevents incidents that threaten patient safety. The operating room is the part of the hospital that most often has problems with patient safety. The 2020 National Committee for Patient Safety (KNKP) report stated that hospital patient safety incidents in West Sumatra Province reached 5%. The purpose of this study is to find out the dominant factor in the implementation of a surgical safety checklist (SSC) in the operating room of Padang Hospital. This study uses a Cross-Sectional quantitative design with a sample of 25 operating room officers. The results showed that there was no relationship between officers' education factors and SSC implementation compliance (p-value = 0.163), there was a relationship between officers' knowledge factors and SSC implementation compliance (p-value = 0.083), there was a relationship between officers' attitude factors and SSC implementation compliance (p-value = 0.002), there was a relationship between officers' working life factors and SSC implementation compliance (p-value = 0.093) and there was a relationship between officers' motivation factors and SSC implementation compliance (p-value = 0.093) value = 0.000). It is hoped that the hospital will always be active in carrying out program strategies to increase officers' compliance with the Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) by the standards for implementation in the operating room.
