Abstract

The centre of rotation position is a factor that needs to be controlled to avoid artefact in CT scan. A method to evaluate the performance of CT system is needed. The method is developed using x-ray micro-CT system and evaluated based on Digital Image Correlation (DIC). The method of this research is experiment.  The multiple radiographs are obtained from scanning object by simulation and experiment. The results show that the ideal DIC profile value of radiograph image from simulation is a constant straight line for every size variation of the object. However, from the experiment, the result show deviation toward –y for every size variation of the object that indicate the shift of COR position in micro-CT system. The result also similar using centre of mass profile value as comparison.

Abstract

Maternal Fetal Attachment and fetal growth are strongly influenced by the emotional state or anxiety of the mother, this can be seen from the psychological condition of the mother before giving birth.  The psychological condition of the mother will have an impact on the health and development of the fetus. In Indonesia, there are about 28.7% of pregnant women who experience anxiety in the third trimester. The research objective was to determine the relationship between anxiety and maternal fetal attachment. Cross sectional study. With a population of pregnant women in the third trimester aged 20-35 years as many as 42 respondents. The sampling technique used non probability sampling with a total sampling of 42 pregnant women in the third trimester. The anxiety measurement tool uses the Zung self-rating anxiety scale (ZSAS) questionnaire and the MFA uses the Prenatal attachment inventory (PAI) questionnaire. Pearson analysis (product moment). The p value is 0.023 with a correlation coefficient of -0.350. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between anxiety and maternal fetal attachment at Gamping II Public Health Center with weak relationship closeness, it means that the lower the anxiety score received, the higher the maternal fetal attachment score. Suggestions for pregnant women in the third trimester to be more active in seeking information, both electronic print media, health workers and others about maternal-fetal attachment since pregnancy.

Abstract

Orchids of the Vanda helvola genus are extensively grown as ornamental plants. The method of propagation of plant seeds in tissue culture is an alternative that may be employed in the provision of a short period. Murashige and Skoog (MS) media and activated charcoal can optimize orchid cultivation utilizing tissue culture techniques. One of the keys to success in tissue culture is the application of natural types of growing regulatory substances (ZPT) at the proper concentration, which can lower the cost of orchid tissue culture. The objective of this study was to see how a combination of Murashige and Skoog (MS) media and activated charcoal influenced the Vanda helvola orchid subculture in vitro. The researchers employed a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) with four treatments and three repeats: negative control (K), ¼ MS (K1), ½ MS (K2), and 100% MS (K3) (K3). The observed parameters include the percentage of live explant, number of roots, and height of orchid plants.   The results showed that the explant had a 100% life percentage of over 21 HST and had no noticeable influence on the number of roots and the plant's height.
