Abstract

Latar Belakang: Air Susu Ibu (ASI) adalah asupan yang diberikan kepada bayi semenjak dilahirkan selama waktu sampai bayi berumur enam bulan. Efikasi diri menyusui ibu hamil berperan penting dalam tercapainya keberhasilan menyusui ibu untuk memberikan ASI ekslusif pasca bersalin sampai umur 6 bulan. Tujuan Review: Untuk Mereview literature yang telah di publikasikan yang membahas mengenai faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi efikasi diri menyusui ibu hamil trimester 3. Metode: ini menggunakan framework Arksey & O'Malley yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu mengidentifikasi pertanyaan scoping review dengan framework PICo; menentukan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi;pencarian artikel melalui database, yaitu Pubmed, Science Direct dan Wiley, mencari Grey Literature melalui Google Scholar; Seleksi artikel dengan Prisma Flow Chart, dan melakukan Critical Appraisal. Hasil: Berdasarkan 6 artikel didapatkan didapatkan 2 tema yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, dan program intervensi Untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri menyusui pada ibu hamil. Kesimpulan: Kurangnya pemberian intervensi kelas menyusui pada ibu hamil dalam pelayanan kesehatan pemeriksaan antenatal. Dalam beberapa artikel sangat sedikit yang membahas mengenai pemberian intervensi kelas menyusui yang diberikan kepada ibu hamil, mayoritas artikel berfokus pada intervensi menyusui pada pasca melahirkan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Makanan terbaik untuk bayi adalah ASI. Pekerjaan ibu turut memberikan peran pada turunnya angka pemberian ASI eksklusif. Memberikan ASI atau menyusui merupakan perilaku yang dapat diajarkan oleh keluarga kepada ibu dengan memberikan dukungan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian: mereview literature yang membahas tentang dukungan keluarga terhadap ibu bekerja dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif di negara berkembang. Metode: Penyusunan scoping review menggunakan framework  dari Arksey dan O'Malley. Hasil: Berdasarkan 7 artikel terseleksi, 4 dengan desain kuantitatif, 2 desain kualitatif dan 1 desain mixed methode. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan tiga tema yaitu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif, bentuk dukungan dan hambatan yang dialami dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Simpulan: Dukungan keluarga termasuk dukungan suami adalah salah satu faktor yang terkait dengan pemberian ASI secara EKsklusif. Ditemukan bahwa kurangnya dukungan dari tempat kerja menjadi penghambat dalam pemberian ASI secara Eksklusif.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) menyebut coronavirus disease yang ditemukan pertama kali di Wuhan dengan novel coronavirus 2019 (2019-nCoV) yang disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas dan bayi baru lahir juga merupakan sasaran yang rentan terhadap infeksi Covid-19 (Kemenkes RI, 2020).Tujuan dari Rapid Review ini adalah untuk mengetahui ibu hamil, bersalin dan nifas yang terkonfirmasi Covid-19.Dari 12 Artikel yang didapatkan ibu hamil, bersalin dan nifas terkonfirmasi  Covid-19 dilihat dari aspek biologi, aspek psikologi dan aspek sosial. Tetapi masih diperlukan untuk mengivestigasi mendalam terkait pengalaman ibu hamil, bersalin dan nifas terkonfirmasi Covid-19.

Abstract

Latar belakang: ASI bermanfaat mencegah terjadinya perdarahan setelah persalinan, meningkatkan ikatan batin antara ibu dan bayi, sehingga dapat mengurangi kejadian AKI serta AKB. Salah satu penyebab hambatan pemberian ASI adalah pemberian MP ASI sebelum usia 6 bulan karena ibu bekerja. Dalam pemberian ASI, ibu memerlukan dukungan baik dari orangtua, dan  suami. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mereview mengenai pengalaman ibu bekerja dalam pemberian ASI Ekslusif di seluruh negara. Metode : Metode scoping review ini menggunakan framework Arksey O‟Malley yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu mengidentifikasi pertanyaan penelitian, mengidentifikasi sumber literature yang relevan, Pemilihan literature, memetakan data, menyusun, meringkas, dan melaporkan hasil pembahasan. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil critical appraisal diperoleh 9 artikel dengan grade A. Hasil review diperoleh 4 tema yaitu dukungan dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif, upaya ibu dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif, faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dan hambatan dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif.  hasil yang di dapat bahwa ibu yang bekerja dalam memberikan ASI Eksklusif itu sangat membutuhkan adanya dukungan dari keluarga, tempat kerja, teman sebaya, dan fasilitas kesehatan untuk keberhasilan ibu dalam memberikan ASI Eksklusif. Simpulan: Pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada ibu bekerja sangat membutuhkan dukungan dari keluarga, tempat kerja, teman sebaya, dan fasilitas Kesehatan. Ibu yang menerima dukungan yang memadai meningkatkan kesuksesan dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif.

Abstract

Perinatal depression (PD) is a depressive disorder in women that occurs either during pregnancy and/ or within 12 months after delivery. PD has adverse outcomes not only for mothers, but also for their children and their family/husband. A review of literature was conducted to present a comprehensive review of the available research into depression, its prevalence, risk factors and the screening tools in the context of the perinatal period. The literature will provide the background for understanding perinatal depression and will support the need for the most appropriate perinatal mental health screening-tool, particularly depression in midwifery care.

Abstract

There are in excess of 700 million women around the world married before 18 years old and there are 250 million women married before 15 years old. The early-age marriage is viewed as contributing variable to psychological trauma that influences mental and physical development. The review utilized the Arsksey and O’Malley method, specifically identifying relevant articles, selecting articles, data mapping, arranging, summing up and reporting results. The result of this review indicated that the early-age marriage has various effects on psychological disorders such as anxiety, stress and depression. However, not all articles explicitly state the psychological effect caused by the early-age marriage. Further study should be conducted to identify the psychological disorders on the early-age marriage.

Abstract

Postpartum depression is a global problem throughout the world. Research studies have found that based on this background, the researchers would know peer support for primiparous mothers with postpartum depression. This scooping review method used the framework from Arksey and O'Malley focusing on the PICO framework. Result: it showed that peer support for primiparous mothers with postpartum depression was very limited. Conclusion: This support is expected to be able to realize the biological and psychological well-being of mothers in the face of postpartum depression and to adapt their changing roles and minimize the occurrence of postpartum depression.

Abstract

Hyperemesis gravidarum is the main cause of death, currently the hyperemesis gravidarum is no longer the main cause of maternal mortality, however the hyperemesis gravidarum is still the main cause of maternal mordibility. The cause of hyperemesis gravidarum is not yet known with certainty, with an incidence of 2/1000 pregnancies. Several influences have factors, including predisposing factors (primigravida, hydatidiform mole, and multiple pregnancy). Organic factors (allergies, entry of chorial villi in the circulation, metabolic changes due to pregnancy, and the maternal resistance is decreased). Psychological factors (age, household, job loss, fear). The method used through five stages, namely identifying scoping review questions with the PEOT framework (Population, Exposure, Outcome, and Thema), identifying articles using relevant databases (PubMed, Ebsco, Wiley, Science Direct) and gray literature (Google Scholar). by using keywords, article selection, data charting, compiling, summarizing and reporting results. Five articles had the highest and lowest scores. Four themes emerged as a result of the scoping review, it consisted of the prevalence, incidence, degree and management of hyperemesis gravidarum in premarital pregnancy.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), unsafe abortion due to unwanted pregnancy, performed by someone who does not have the skills or does not meet medical standards has an adverse effect on the physical and psychological health of adolescent women. Psychological problems can also occur in adolescent women who have unsafe abortions such as psychological disorders in the form of depression and anxiety. Method: In reviewing the article using the Arksey and O'Malley methods. Overall, the researchers showed that unsafe adolescent abortion practices significantly affected adolescent psychology after having an abortion. The majority of young women experience psychological problems after having had an illegal abortion.

Abstract

Postpartum depression is a common problem that occurs in the perinatal period around 7-13% of postpartum women can cause short-term and long-term effects that will have an impact on the mother, baby, and social environment. This study aimed to examine the evidence related to the factors that influence the risk of postpartum depression. Scoping review using the framework of Arksey and O'Malley, who conducted a focused review with the PEO framework, conducted a literature search using relevant databases and gray literature, selected relevant studies using inclusion and exclusion criteria, and conducted a critical assessment for assessment. article quality, perform data extraction, analyze and report results. 10 articles were selected and received Grade A. 10 articles were obtained from research conducted in developing countries, namely 2 articles from Nepal, 1 from Malaysia, 1 from Uganda, 2 articles from Indonesia, 1 from Egypt, 1 from Kosovo, 1 Iran, and 1 an article from Ethiopia 14 factors that influence the risk of postpartum depression, namely age, parity, gender, unplanned/expected pregnancy, family mental health history, social support, history of anxiety/depression, family problems, obstetric complications, parenting stress, type of delivery, financial problems, spouse violence. Screening and intervention programs for women prone to postpartum depression should be carried out during pregnancy and are recommended to address perinatal mental health problems and improve maternal mental health.
