Abstract

This study is a review of the article Configuration of organizational justice and social capital: their impact on satisfaction and commitment, published in the International Journal of Business Excellence journal, Vol. 17, No.3, 2019. This study argues that the limited information of individuals in responding to organizational policies forces them to judge fairness subjectively. Using an experimental design, this study addresses the controversy over the impact of distributive and procedural justice on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Some critics for Tjahjono were the importance to mention the negative side of social capital for more balancing view on social capital, and the suggestion to do experiment on regular working staff in organizations instead of junior university students. Overall the article has shown comprehensive empirical study In The Subject Of Satisfaction And Organisational Commitment.

Abstract

Mempromosikan sebuah produk sebagai salah satu caranya adalah melalui iklan. Cara ini masih merupakan cara efektif dan efisien untuk memperkenalkan produk. Iklan juga dapat melalui media sosial, salah satunya adalah Instagram. Instagram sebagai salah satu platform media sosial yang banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat. Hal inilah yang memunculkan istilah selebritas Instagram atau selebgram. Penelitian ini menganalisis medan makna yang terdapat di dalam takarir foto-foto produk endorsement selebgram Shannon Wong dan Michelle Ziudith. Foto-foto tersebut, Peneliti unduh dari akun resmi Instagram masing-masing selebgram. Topik penelitian ini menarik, karena menggabungkan teori medan makna dengan dunia teknologi informasi. Kemudian, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis medan makna yang terkandung di dalam takarir produk endorsement kedua selebgram. Kemudian, metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analisis, menggunakan bantuan teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, medan makna, yang berasal dari teori semantik, dapat bermanfaat saat menganalisis takarir produk endorsement selebgram. Di dalam penelitian didapat hasil takarir produk endorsement, yaitu produk endorsement yang berkaitan dengan aplikasi android, layanan top up game, market place, aksesoris rumah, perawatan kulit, dan perawatan rambut yang berjumlah total enam foto.

Abstract

Companies can still compete in the market if in issuing products tailored to the needs and desires of consumers, then communicating the advantages of the product to consumers. A consumer in making a decision to purchase a product can be influenced by several factors, including the quality of the product and the promotions carried out by the company. Referring to this fact, the researcher is interested in conducting research on "The Influence of Product Quality and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN". The problems studied in this study are: (1) Is there any influence of product quality on purchasing decisions of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN ? (2) Is there any effect of promotion on purchasing decisions of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN ? (3) Is there any influence between product quality and promotion simultaneously on the purchasing decision of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN? The methods used in data collection are the questionnaire method (questionnaire) and the documentation method. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which is used to determine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable,namely product quality (X1) and promotion (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). By using the SPSS program, it can be obtained Fcount of 12,449 > Ftable 3.09 with a significance level of 5%, so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, namely that there is a positive influence between product quality and promotion on the purchasing decision of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC . CIMENYAN. The conclusion of the research is that there is a positive influence between product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN. The magnitude of the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions can be seen from the coefficient of determination, which is 0.316. This means that partially the product quality factor influences the purchasing decision by 31.6%. While the coefficient of determination for the promotion variable is 0.128. This means that partially the promotion factor has an effect on purchasing decisions by 12.8%. Based on these results, researchers provide suggestions that producers must be able to maintain product quality so that the resulting product remains an option for consumers. In addition, companies must further improve promotional programs so that promotional activities are carried out more effectively, because promotions function to influence consumer attitudes and preferences in choosing products, as well as to motivate consumers to take positive action, namely making purchase decisions on the products offered.

Abstract

Sistim Pendidikan Nasional menyoroti tentang isu pendidikan yang bermutu dalam rangka usaha peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, ialah peningkatan kualitas tersebut sesungguhnya merupakan suatu mata rantai dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan produktivitas nasional. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan path analysis. Sampel penelitian adalah dosen universitas jabalg hafur yang berjumlah 45 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara stress kerja terhadap kinerja dosen sebesar 0,128 (12,8%). Pimpinan univeritas harus mampu dan mau berkonsultasi dengan dosen dalam usaha peningkatan mutu kinerja Dosen. Hal ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pertemuan atau rapat secara periodik dan terjadwal. Disampin itu dosen perlu secara individu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang dosen itu sendiri, misalnya melakukan penelitian, pengapdian kepada masyarakat, mengadakan seminar, loka karya, work-shop, serta pertemuan ilmiah lainnya.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah jembatan menuju kemajuan, mengangkat derajat dan menunjukan identitas suatu bangsa. Oleh karena itu peran pendidikan dalam membangun peradaban manusia sudah tidak diragukan lagi. Pendidikan menjadi alat yang efektif untuk membangun kesadaran manusia agar mampu menciptakan kehidupan sosial yang tentram. Hal utama yang harus diperhatikan dari usaha membangun kehidupan yang tentram itu adalah membentuk perilaku manusia supaya bertindak sesuai dengan ketentuan dan nilai yang berlaku. Di sinilah manusia tidak hanya mempunyai ilmu dan pendidikan tetapi, manusia juga harus mempunyai akhlakulkarimah supaya terjalin hubungan yang harmonis antara manusia dengan pencipta, hubungan dengan sasama, dan hubungan dengan lingkungannya. Adapun metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental design menggunakan metode one-group pretest-posttest untuk mencari pengaruh. Populasi dari penelian ini adalah seluruh santriwati broken home yang berjumlah 35 orang dan Sample dalam penelitian ini santriwati broken home yang akhlakul karimahnya rendah yang berjumlah 10 orang dari hasil pembagian instrumen. Hasil penelitian ini yang dilakukan menggunakan uji t-test didapat pengaruh dengan sig 0,000<0,05. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan adanya pengaruh bimbingan kelompok berlandaskan nilai-nilai dalam kitab ta’limulmuta’allim dalam meningkatkan akhlakul karimah santriwati broken home di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ma’ad Banjarbaru.

Abstract

This research presents the results of the experiment method with the design by using one group pre-post-test design. The purpose of this study is to determine that students comprehend and interpretative the material in learning English for Specific Purposes (ESP). The results and discussion in the form of descriptive consists of 53 students in computer science learning English. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were carried out by observation and questionnaire. All students responded positively to the program. It is to stimulate their opinions, ideas, issues, and abilities or skills all the while encouraging them in learning a variety of English-related topics. The research to know (1) the effect of student motivation on students’ computer science in learning English achievement (2) the computer students' English material needs related to the “English for Computer Science” or students' analysis needs on students’ computer science. In other words, the English learning material in Students’ Computer Science improves students’ motivation in EFL learning and is regarded to be efficient and can enhance overall student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Nowadays almost technological facilities are owned by all students such as laptop or best HP multifunctional. The pandemic era forces human do all of the activities by using these media, this condition also forces the students and lecturer in the university to do teaching and learning process by using those media too. Mandating that the learning process begins to make technology as a learning medium that is able to create a conducive and wider atmosphere so that lecture learning is not limited by face to face activities and printed handbook but can use technology as a material development and learning process especially related to "paragraph writing" courses whose target is to make students able to write paragraphs well in pandemic era. In this case, this research has some purposes, they are developing teaching materials of information and technology-based "paragraph writing" (IT) courses; review how the effectiveness of IT-based "Paragraph Writing" teaching materials to improve student writing skills in pandemic era; and knowing the perception of students towards teaching materials developed based on Information and technology (IT) in pandemic era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of partnership program credit distribution and credit collecting as a means of BUMN PKBL accountability in 2017–2019. This study combines descriptive analysis with quantitative research. All State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) that engage in PKBL operations from 2017 to 2019 comprise the study's population. With the criteria that the company has published complete data in the Partnership and Community Development Program sector and has the necessary financial data in measuring all variables in this study, the sample is determined using the slovin formula, resulting in a total of 7 companies being sampled in this study. The information used in this study is secondary information. Methods for gathering data from each company's official website. Using Microsoft Excel and the calculation formula from the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number KEP-100/MBU/2002, this research was processed. The effectiveness of credit distribution (PK) and the degree of credit collecting of each BUMN utilized as a sample are both examined in this study. The findings demonstrated that all businesses were quite adept at meeting their obligations in the area of partnership initiatives (PK). BUMN generally disburses loans quite successfully, but there are still some businesses who distribute their partnership program loans ineffectively. Similar circumstances apply to the collecting rate for loan repayments, where certain BUMN have low collecting rates and others have rather high rates.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the keys to the company's success in achieving the goals to be achieved. However, human resources in Madura are included in the low category. The Human Development Index (HDI) of four districts in Madura is in the top 10 lowest in East Java. HR in the company, in this case, employees not only need support when they succeed in achieving targets but when they fail to do so. The application of the coaching process can follow a flow/stage of a simple coaching model, with this model leaders will be helped to better coach their employees. A popular coaching process used is by using the flow/steps of THE COACH MODEL created by Keith E. Webb. The Coach Model consists of five stages, namely, Connect, Outcome, Awareness, Course, and Highlights. Regional Assistant Supervisor (ASD) is responsible for improving the performance and work performance of employees at the regional level. ASD with its leadership provides an important role to improve employee performance and also organizational performance through established policies and decisions. Efforts to improve the performance, competence and, work performance of employees aim to be able to achieve company goals effectively and efficiently. Leadership plays a dominant and crucial role in the overall effort to achieve goals. This study aims to determine the application of coaching by leaders to employees.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategy used by Sunsri House of Jewelry in penetrating the export market through e-commerce during the Covid-19 crisis. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted on one of the MSMEs in Celuk Sukawati Gianyar Village, Bali, Sunsri House of Jewelry. Data collection in this study was carried out in three ways: through interviews, observations, and documentation. The technique used in selecting informants in this study was purposive sampling and selected the Sunsri House of Jewelry management team. Data analysis techniques were used through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Data validity techniques were used through source triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that through the 4C strategy in the form of meeting needs according to consumer desires, competitive costs, as well as convenient, unique, and quality products, supported by online transaction facilities and variant channels of several types of communication connections between consumers that make it easier for consumers to interact with Sunsri House of Jewelry are effective enough to penetrate the export market.
