Dari sekian banyak masalah yang di hadapi salah satunya adalah mereka narapidana yang berada di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIA Tanjungpinang .Dari beberapa pembinaan yang diberikan kepada warga binaan pemasyarakatan, salah satu program pembinaan tersebut adalah pembelajaran dibidang agama islam. Fokus penelitian ini adalahbagaimana upaya pondok Pesantren Al-Hijrah sebagai agen kontrol sosial bagi warga binaan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIA Tanjungpinang. Untuk mengetahui upaya pondok pesantren Al-hijrah sebagai agen kontrol sosial bagi narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIA Tanjungpinang dapat dianalisis dengan konsep teori Roucek yang meliputi konsep pengendalian secara institusional, pengendalian secara lisan dan simbolis, serta pemberian reward dan punishment. Adapun hasil adalah upaya kontrol sosial yang dilakukan pondok pesantren Al-Hijrah melalui pengendalian secara institusional terhadap narapidana. Selanjutnya kita dapat melihat upaya kontrol sosial secara lisan dan simbolis. Dan yang terakhir adalah upaya kontrol sosial melalui upaya pemberian reward and punishment kepada para anggota santri. Tujuan diberikan reward adalah agar dapat memotivasi para santri untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar

The community service carried out with the themeOptimizing Efforts to Prevent Delinquency and Crime ofChildren which was carried out at SMK Bina Karya MandiriBekasi, West Java which was aimed at students who were stillteenagers aimed to provide an understanding of juveniledelinquency and criminality that may be committed by teenagers,this is related by preventing this from happening. The methodused in this counseling is by way of lectures and discussions andthen ends with a question and answer. The results obtained fromthis community service are that students and teachers are moresensitive to legal issues, especially those related to juveniledelinquency today. In addition, it is hoped that with thiscommunity service, parents, especially those with teenagechildren, will pay more attention to and supervise activities thatare considered deviant. Because adolescence is a transitionalperiod between children and adults, at this time there is alsodoubt about the role to be played. A teenager is no longer a childand also not an adult. Teenagers begin to try to act and behavelike adults, for example smoking, drinking, using drugs, andengaging in sexual acts. This action is not in accordance with thenorms or rules that apply in society.

Zaman sekarang merupakan zaman globalisasi dimana segala aspek kehidupan hampir seluruhnya telah didukung oleh bantuan teknologi yang ada. Dalam berbagai macam pengaplikasian sistem telah dibuat demi memudahkan pekerjaan sehari-hari manusia itu sendiri. Salah satunya ada pada dunia pendidikan. Dimana dunia pendidikan ini membuka celah kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Namun, tidak dapat dipungkiri pula bahwa terkadang dikalangan mahasiswa masih sulit untuk memahami terlebih menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan teknologi itu sendiri.Jenis pembelajaran yang berbeda akan memberikan pemahaman tersendiri bagi mahasiswa tersebut. Salah satunya dengan mengaplikasian pengcodingan menggunakan Java Netbeans 8.1, JDK 1.8 untuk membentuk suatu garis demi memahami setiap masalah pada Mata Kuliah Grafika Komputer.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Sepatu Mas Idaman. Perubahan yang cepat dalam lingkungan bisnis menuntut organisasi untuk menjadi lebih responsif dan berkembang, yang dapat dicapai melalui perubahan internal, terutama dalam gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 385 karyawan produksi dari berbagai departemen di PT. Sepatu Mas Idaman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dengan karyawan PT. Sepatu Mas Idaman. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen (kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi) dengan variabel dependen (produktivitas kerja). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa motivasi karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, sedangkan kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Meskipun demikian, secara bersama-sama, kedua variabel tersebut dapat menjelaskan 17,5% variasi dalam produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Sepatu Mas Idaman.

Anesthesia management was conducted in a case of female 33 years old with G4P2A1, 35 weeks of pregnancy, type I respiratory failure, suggestive Thyroid Storm, CAP, anemia, and hypoalbuminemia. In emergency admission, patient was found dyspneic, agitated, measured BP is 117/60 mmHg, HR 153 x/min, RR 35 x/min, temperature 37,8oC, no wheezing or rales in physical examination. From ECG evaluation was STC 148 x/min, AF RVR. According to Burch and Wartofsky scoring, obtained score is 60, from temperature (score 5), tachycardia ≥140 (score 25), AF (score 10), agitated (score 10), and pregnancy as a precipitating factor (score10). Thyroid crisis can be diagnosed if scoring more than 45 points. The patient was intubated, and connected to mechanical ventilation, and admitted to HCU. In HCU, the patient was given supportive therapy, invasive monitoring such as CVC and parenteral nutrition. Causative therapy such as antibiotic administration, lugol, PTU, corticosteroid and propanolol were also given. During HCU admission, patient’s condition had not improved because of gravis anemia, after 3 days in HCU, patient was moved to ICU admission for 5 days, in 4th day of ICU admission, pregnancy was terminated, and in 5th day, patient was moved to maternal ward.

Banking disintermediation encourages people to switch to investing in the capital market. Investors always hope to get capital gains and dividends from traded stocks. LQ45 stocks tend to be in demand because they promise good growth prospects. Stock investment has a high risk with a high-profit offer. One way to deal with risk is to determine the optimal portfolio composition by looking at the TVaR value. This study focuses on estimating the Tail-Value-at-Risk (TVaR) in forming an optimal portfolio of LQ45 stocks using the Copula GFGM Type II-GARCH model. The objectives of this study are (1) to estimate the TVaR of the LQ45 stock portfolio using the Copula GFGM Type II-GARCH model; (2) to apply the copula concept in measuring the dependence of the marginal distribution of LQ45 stocks; and (3) to determine the optimal portfolio of LQ45 stocks. The steps in this research method are to start by determining the return of each LQ45 stock and then testing its stationarity using ADF. Furthermore, heteroscedasticity testing is carried out to determine the best GARCH model. Next, the Copula GFGM-Type II function is used to measure the dependency of each stock. In the end, the TVaR of the portfolio formed from the Copula-GARCH model generation data is calculated. This study uses daily closing price data of stocks listed in the LQ45 index for the period 2017 to 2023. From the available data, there are 14 companies with complete data. based on the results of the data analysis obtained only. After data analysis, only 8 stocks met the assumptions. The best ARMA-GARCH model was obtained from these stocks. The results of the TVaR calculation were obtained from portfolios with different weight compositions. The best model for BBRI.JK stocks is the ARMA(2,2)- GARCH(1,1) model. The best model for BBTN.JK stocks is the ARMA(2,2)- GARCH(1,2) model. The best model for KLBF.JK stocks is the ARMA(1,1)- GARCH(1,2) model. The best model for AMRT.JK stocks is the MA(1)- GARCH(1,1) model. The best model for BRPT.JK stock is the AR(1)- GARCH(1,2) model. The best model for EXCL.JK stock is the ARMA(1,2)- GARCH(1,1) model. The best model for INDF.JK stock is the ARMA(1,1)- GARCH(1,2) model. The correlation value does not provide a significant difference to the TVaR in this portfolio.

Land is one of the main factors in the development of a region, Gorontalo City as the capital of Gorontalo province is developing rapidly due to the increase in population, economic, social and cultural activities. The development of Gorontalo City has an impact on the development of the need for land use functions. The objectives of this study are: (1) to map the land functions spread across Dungingi District, Gorontalo City and (2) to identify residential zones, goods and services, wetlands and plantations. The research method used is spatial analysis through the application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to map the distribution of existing land functions and using the overlay method. The results of this study produce a visualization of the distribution of land functions and recommendations for sustainable regional spatial planning. The results of the study are expected to be a reference for local governments in managing effective land use.

Designing ecommerce website is an important process of creating user interfaces and user experiences or UI/UX for an online platform that facilitates the buying and selling of products or services on the Internet. Many companies have their own e-commerce website to support their business operational. PT Sinar Batam Indo Perkasa as a ke-player in manufacture industry is facing problems with its e-commerce website in term of visual design that need to be improved to attract more costomers. In this paper we discuss how design thinking creative and user-centered approach could be implemented to redesign the visual attract of company’s e-commerce website as an innovative solution. With the utilization of Figma as a web-based graphic design tool, each phase of design thinking approach (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test) will be described thoroughly to produce the final result, which is an intuitive and functional design of company’s e-commerce website.
