Abstract

The problem in this study is that the Cooperative Script learning model has not been optimally applied to the Basic Competence of Understanding Various Styles in Building Structures and student learning outcomes are limited to achieving KKM, namely 70. Research objectives: (1) To describe the learning process by applying the Cooperative Script learning model on Basic Competency of Understanding Various Styles in Building Structures at SMK Negeri 1 Lotu for Academic Year 2022/2023, and (2) To find out student learning outcomes for Basic Competency for Understanding Various Styles in Building Structures at SMK Negeri 1 Lotu for Academic Year 2022 /2023. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Lotu with research subjects of class X DPIB, totaling 22 people. The instruments in this study were observation sheets of the learning process (teacher respondents), observation sheets of student activity, photo documentation, and learning achievement tests. With the data analysis technique, namely the observation sheet is processed with a Likert scale and the learning achievement test is carried out by validation test and test feasibility test. Research results: (1) In cycle I (First) the average percentage of observations in the learning process (teacher respondents) is 65.63%, the average percentage of observations of student activity is 48.44%, the average learning outcomes count is 65.78 with a percentage of student completeness of 45.45% and this result has not reached the target that has been set, namely 70. (2) While in cycle II (two) the average percentage of observations in the learning process (teacher respondents) is 87.50%, the average percentage of observations of student activity is 81.25%, the average student learning outcomes is 81.36 which is categorized as good with a complete percentage of student learning outcomes of 100% and has reached the set target of 70. From the research findings above it can be concluded that by applying the Cooperative Script learning model to the Basic Competency Engineering Mechanics subject of Understanding Various Styles in Building Structures can improve student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Lotu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to be achieved, among other things, is to find out that murabahah financing has an effect on profitability at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan. To analyze musyarakah financing has an effect on profitability at PT. BPRS HIK Parahyangan To analyze murabahah financing and musyarakah financing together, they affect the profitability of PT. BPRS HIK Parahyangan. This study uses a quantitative method, using statistical procedures. This research is descriptive analysis in nature, namely research that seeks to describe the current problem solving based on data. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded (1) murabahah financing has a positive effect on profitability, so it is concluded that the higher the murabahah financing, the higher the profitability income (2) musyarakah financing has significant effect on profitability. (3) murabaha and musyarakah financing have an effect. Based on the results of the F test that the statistical probability value is 0.000111 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the independent variables (murabaha and musyarakah) on profitability.

Abstract

A mixed method design was used in this study to collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data within the same study. using a self-created survey questionnaire The findings:1.Zamboanguenos were the most common tribe among respondents, followed by Visayans and Tausugs, with the majority being females from middle-class families. 2. There were disparities in performance assessments between supervisors and students, particularly in terms of personality development. Supervisors rated the performance as moderate, while students thought it was excellent. 3. There is no significant difference in perceptions of the issues raised affecting work performance between the supervising agencies and the BSHRM OJT practicumers themselves.  4.There is no statistically significant relationship between BSHM OJT performance and the problems and issues raised by them, as perceived by practicumers and supervisors in general. The following suggestion would be beneficial to this study: This study should focus on Region IX SUCs, specifically Hospitality and Tourism Business, including Entrepreneurship programs, to determine if females are more likely to enroll. CMT professors should adapt the research to develop a Competency Enhancement Program that focuses on psycho-social dimensions of CMT-BSHM OJT practicumers' academic performance and workplace behavior. A regular stakeholders' forum on business and tourism programs and a benchmarking on best practices on the OJT deployment system can help bridge the gap between competency skills earned and industry-specific skills demanded.

Abstract

Pancasila is the source of everything related to the nation and state which reflects the soul of the nation (Volkgeist). In the life of the Indonesian people, in realizing the spirit of the nation, a political party was formed which is an important element as a supporter of the success of a democratic country. Therefore the Gelora Party as a political party needs to build and have good political will in the form of unity, attitude to defend and love the Indonesian people. Political education is the foundation for political parties which need to comply with the Pancasila Ideology. The condition of Indonesian society where some of them do not fully understand Pancasila Ideology needs to be guided, one of which is through political parties. The implementation of political party members in practicing political education needs to be maximized. So that the obstacles that occur in political education programs can be overcome. This research is based on the Theory of Policy Implementation and Theory of Constraints, with a type of qualitative research, as well as descriptive research methods. In this study, researchers looked for studies that were relevant to the research being conducted, reviewing existing research. Public apathy towards politics is one of the inhibiting factors, besides that the Indonesian Gelora Party is a new party which is constrained by human resources. The efforts made by the Regional Leadership Council of the Indonesian Wave People Party in Tangerang Regency in carrying out political education have been quite good through joint discussion forums to social media. The obstacle or obstacle faced by the Regional Leadership Council of the Indonesian Wave People Party in Tangerang Regency is having to compete with long-established political parties.

Abstract

The dynamics of separatism in the land of Papua and its threats to Indonesia are important issues that have created complex conflicts. One of the efforts to reduce the escalation of the Papua conflict is through empowerment efforts. Empowerment is one part of the implementation of RESPEK and PROSPEK by the Papua regional government. RESPEK and PROSPEK are efforts to increase public awareness of the threat of separatism and increase their participation in the development process. RESPECT is run by soft power created to balance military power (hard power) in the long term to improve welfare. This study uses a qualitative approach in the type of literature with data processing originating from document sources and library materials. The results of the study show that the welfare approach is directly related to the human dimension. Programs implemented on the basis of RESPEK and PROSPEK directly benefit local communities (OAP) so that there is an equal distribution of human needs. These programs have a budget allocation for special autonomy funds transferred by the central government to the Papua provincial government every year. In addition, they are implemented by prioritizing the involvement of village heads to increase participation and consensus between parties. This strengthens the government's image of OAP perceptions so as to diminish the influence of the roots of separatism in Papua.

Abstract

The problems in this study are educators who have not used the science learning module in the teaching and learning process and the low learning outcomes of students because of the lack of students' ability to construct the knowledge they get. The aims of this study were: to know feasibility, to know practicality, to know the effectiveness of inquiry-based learning modules in material classification materials and their changes for class VII SMP/MTs in the learning process. This research is a development research using the 4D development model which consists of define, design, develop, disseminate. The instrument used is a validation questionnaire which includes aspects of content feasibility, language feasibility, and design feasibility, student response questionnaires and learning achievement tests. The feasibility of inquiry-based modules by lecturers as content and material expert validators obtained a score of 85 with a 100% achievement level in the "very feasible" category, while from subject teachers obtained a score of 88 with a 100% achievement level in the "very feasible" category, the linguist validator obtained a score 59 with an achievement level of 100% in the "very feasible" category and the design expert validator obtained a score of 88 with a 100% achievement level in the "Very feasible" category, practicality of the inquiry module on material classification material and its changes, small group test obtained a maximum score of 77 with the achievement level 67% in the "practical" category, field trials obtained a maximum score of 494 with an achievement level of 90 in the "very practical" category, the effectiveness of inquiry-based modules on material classicization and its modifications with a success rate of 84% in the "very effective" category.
