Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis untuk mengetahui dampak dari aplikasi lapor Sleman terhadap pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat di Kabupaten Sleman yang ditinjau dari UU No 25 tahun 2009 tentang pelayanan publik dan faktor penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Sleman. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara untuk memperoleh data yang diinginkan. Jumlah subjek penelitian 4 (empat) orang yang terdiri dari 1 (satu) orang Pegawai dari Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Sleman dan 3 (tiga) orang masyarakat. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian tentang tentang dampak aplikasi lapor Sleman terhadap penyaluran pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat di kabupaten sleman ditinjau dari UU No 25 Tahun 2009 tentang pelayanan publik dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya aplikasi lapor Sleman dapat memberikan berbagai dampak untuk penyaluran pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat di Sleman, yaitu Memudahkan : (1) Penyaluran aduan dari masyarakat kepada pemerintah melalui media; (2) Pemerintah untuk monitoring masyarakat di Kabupaten Sleman; (3) Masyarakat untuk menyampaikan kritik dan saran terhadap pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman; (4) Pemerintah dalam pemerataan pembangunan di Kabupaten Sleman; (5) Penyaluran pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat lebih praktis, efektif dan efisien; (6) Mewujudkan Sleman Smart Regency; (7) Aduan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Sleman menjadi Trasnsparan. Adapun faktor-faktor yang menghambat penggunaan aplikasi lapor sleman bagi Diskominfo maupun masyarakat di wilayah kabupaten sleman, yaitu : (1) Masih adanya masyarakat di Wilayah Kabupaten Sleman yang gaptek; (2) Anggaran yang terbatas; (3) Perangkat Smartphone yang kurang mendukung;Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Lapor Sleman, Pelayanan Pengaduan AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the impact of the application of the Sleman report on public complaints services in Sleman Regency in terms of Law No 25 of 2009 concerning public services and the inhibiting factors.This study uses a qualitative method. This research was conducted at the Department of Communication and Information, Sleman Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, documentation, and interviews to obtain the desired data. The number of research subjects is 4 (four) people consisting of 1 (one) employee from the Communication and Information Office of Sleman Regency and 3 (three) people from the community. The data analysis technique was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is done by data triangulation method. The results of research on the impact of the Sleman report application on the distribution of public complaint services in Sleman district in terms of Law No. 25 of 2009 concerning public services can be concluded that the existence of the Sleman report application can provide various impacts for the distribution of public complaint services in Sleman, namely Facilitating: (1) Distributing complaints from the public to the government through the media; (2) the government for community monitoring in Sleman Regency; (3) the public to submit criticisms and suggestions to the government of Sleman Regency; (4) Government in equitable development in Sleman Regency; (5) The distribution of public complaints services is more practical, effective and efficient; (6) Realizing Sleman Smart Regency; (7) Public Complaints in Sleman Regency are made transparent. Abstract

AbstrakKepemimpinan transformasional meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja pengikut lebih dari sekedar transaksional. Dengan kepemimpinan ini, pengikut merasakan kepercayaan, kekaguman, kesetiaan dan rasa hormat kepada pemimpin dan termotivasi untuk melakukan lebih dari apa yang diharapkan dari mereka semula. Oleh karena itu faktor motivasi harus diperhatikan oleh suatu perusahaan, karena motivasi merupakan sarana yang dapat mendorong karyawan untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Maskapai Wings Air di Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima, (2) Untuk mengetahui Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Maskapai Wings Air di Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima, (3) Untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Maskapai Wings Air di Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. Pada penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh terhadap 35 responden karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. Analisis data mengunakan uji regresi linier berganda,uji t, uji f, uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, (1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. (3) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. Variabel kinerja di pengaruhi variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja sebesar 95,6% dan sisanya 4,4% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variasi vasiabel dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Wings Air AbstractWith this leadership, followers feel trust, admiration, loyalty and respect for the leader and are motivated to do more than what was originally expected of them. In addition to transformational leadership style, encouragement or motivation is also important in efforts to improve employee performance. Therefore, the motivation factor must be considered by a company, because motivation is a means that can encourage employees to complete the given task. This study aims to determine: (1) To determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style on employee performance at Wings Air Airlines at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport, Bima, (2) To determine Work Motivation affect employee performance at Wings Air Airlines at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport. Bima, (3) To find out Transformational Leadership Style and work motivation have a simultaneous influence on employee performance at Wings Air Airlines at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport Bima. In this study using quantitative methods with saturated sampling technique of 35 respondents of Wings Air airline employees at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport, Bima. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that, (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Wings Air employees at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport, Bima. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Wings Air employees at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport, Bima. (3) transformational leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affect the performance of Wings Air employees at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport, Bima. The performance variable is influenced by transformational leadership style variables and work motivation by 95.6% and the remaining 4.4% is influenced by other variables outside of the variable variation in this study. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Employee Performance, Wings Air

Abstract

In Indonesia, regarding the relationship between husband and wife or marriage law based on monogamy. However, polygamous marriages in Islam are not prohibited and are accommodated by the government in the Marriage Law. Data obtained through literature review or literature study. The results of the research are that there are government efforts related to family law that handle or overcome cases that occur to women including wives in polygamy who experience domestic violence, and their rights are not fulfilled. Permission to polygamy by the Religious Courts can be granted if the husband's reason has fulfilled alternative reasons in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 paragraph (2) and the cumulative conditions listed in Article 5 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 1974.

Abstract

AbstrakSistem transportasi udara di suatu bandar udara merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam dunia penerbangan. Tugas masing-masing divisi harus dilaksanakan dengan benar oleh setiap orang yang bekerja dalam kegiatan suatu bandar udara. Implementasi ini akan berhasil jika ada kerjasama yang baik dari karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sikap kerjasama pegawai yaitu disiplin, keterampilan dan kinerja pegawai terhadap pekerjaannya masing-masing pada kelompok divisi administrasi komunikasi di Bandara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan perhitungan statistik objektif dari sampel orang yang diminta menjawab sejumlah pertanyaan survei. Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil uji T dengan analisis ANOVA pada disiplin dan keterampilan diperoleh hasil sebesar 3,076 dan 3,475 dengan nilai sig kurang dari 0,005. Dari uji-f diperoleh hasil 9612 dengan signifikansi probabilitas 0,000.Kata Kunci: Kedisiplinan, Keterampilan, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThe air transport system in an airport is one of the important aspects that must be taken into account in the world of aviation. The tasks of each division must be carried out correctly by each person who works in the activities of an airport. This implementation will be successful if there is good cooperation from the employees. This study aims to examine employee cooperation attitude i.e. discipline, skill and performance of their employees towards their respective jobs in a division group of communications administration within Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport. The method used is a quantitative research method with objective statistical calculations from a sample of people who were asked to answer a number of survey questions. Based on the survey conducted, the results of the T-test with ANOVA analysis on discipline and skills were obtained at 3.076 and 3,475 with a sig value of less than 0.005. From the f-test, the result is 9612 with a probability significance of 0.000.Keywords: Discipline, Skills, Employee Performance

Abstract

Child care occurs when a person accepts a child from another person, on the condition that he will take care of it and receive wages for the work and return it to its original condition. at the time specified in the agreement. The recipient of the deposit has the obligation to take care of his own child. In essence, all agreements made must be in accordance with the legal requirements of the agreement according to Article 1320 of the Civil Code. in accordance with Article 1320. This research is aimed at the development of civil science, namely by knowing how the standard of agreement for daycare management is and knowing the agreement according to Article 1320 of the Civil Code on child care agreements. used in this study is normative, where this study analyzes an agreement that is still not in accordance with Article 1320 of the Civil Code. From this provision, parents and the community are more selective in reading and understanding the contents of the agreement, because the child is entrusted.

Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan ini berjudul Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Paralegal Restorative Justice “Menciptakan Pengacara Rakyat”, di Kota Parepare. Tujuan Pelatihan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang Paralegal dan Restorative Justice, sehingga dapat Menciptakan Pengacara Rakyat di Kota Parepare. Pelatihan ini di khususkan untuk Paralegal dan Mahasiswa/i Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyampaian materi dan diskusi dengan Paralegal dari DP3A (Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak), dan P2TP2A (Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak). Kesimpulan dari Pelatihan ini adalah LBH (Lembaga Bantuan Hukum), dapat memaksimalkan peran dan fungsinya sebagai fasilitator bagi para pencari keadilan.Kata Kunci: Paralegal, Restorative Justice, LBH AbstractThis training is entitled Restorative Justice Paralegal Training and Assistance “Creating People's Lawyers”, in the City of Parepare. This training is specifically for Paralegals and Students of the Faculty of Law, University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. Abstract

Sex education is still considered taboo for adolescence to discuss for some groups. Sex education is also one way to reduce or prevent sexual behavior problems. The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding that sex education can be provided holistically through the learning of Christian Religious Education, to find an increase in the understanding of students of Mentari Intercultural School Bintaro about sex education, and to show that the learning of Christian Religious Education can touch various aspects such as, biological, sociological, psychological, and theological. The research method that can be used this time is the Classroom Action Research method or commonly known as Classroom Action Research. The results showed that Christian Religious Education Learning using an Instructional Approach and Theology of Desire for Students of SMP Mentari Intercultural School Bintaro has succeeded in providing benefits in sex education.

Abstract

AbstrakDi era New Normal pandemi Covid-19 industri penerbangan mulai bangkit kembali, hal ini mengakibatkan jumlah penumpang transportasi udara seperti pesawat udara mengalami kenaikan. Terutama yang terjadi di Bandara Internasional SAMS Balikpapan, tercatat pada Semester I tahun 2021 terdapat1.429.731 penumpang dan pada semester I tahun 2022 tercatat 1.748.178 penumpang. Meningkatnya jumlah penumpang memaksa pihak pemerintah terkait dan penyedia jasa pelayanan harus menyediakan serta meningkatkan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang ada di bandar udara. Metode atau pendekatan yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif. Sumber data primer yang diperoleh dengan kuisioner yang didistribusikan kepada penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional SAMS Balikpapan sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik analisa data memakai uji regresi linier berganda, Uji F, Uji T dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Data sekunder berupa dokumen,buku,jurnal, dan regulasi sebagai data pendukung dan pelengkap penulisan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil olah data, secara parsial adanya pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang di ruang tunggu bandar udara intenasional SAMS Sepinggan dengan thitung ttabel atau 3,435 1, 984 serta nilai signifikansinya 0,000 dan besar pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan ketersediaan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan penumpang yaitu 0,726 (72,6 %).Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Jumlah Penumpang, Sarana, Prasarana, Kepuasan Penumpang AbstractIn the New Normal era of the Covid-19 pandemic, the aviation industry began to rise again, this resulted in the number of air transportation passengers such as airplanes increasing. Especially what happened at the SAMS Balikpapan International Airport, it was recorded that in the first semester of 2021 there were 1,429,731 passengers and in the first semester of 2022 there were 1,748,178 passengers. The increasing number of passengers forces the relevant government parties and service providers to provide and improve existing facilities and infrastructure at the airport. The method used is quantitative. Sources of primary data obtained by questionnaires distributed to passengers at SAMS Balikpapan International Airport as many as 100 respondents with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression test, F test, T test and coefficient of determination (R2). Secondary data in the form of documents, books, journals, and regulations as supporting data and complementary writing this research. Based on the results of data processing, partially there is a significant effect of service quality on passenger satisfaction in the waiting room of the SAMS Sepinggan international airport with tcount ttable or 3,435 1,984 and the significance value is 0.000 and the large influence of service quality variables and availability of facilities on passenger satisfaction is 0.726 (72.6 %).Keywords: Increasing the Number of Passengers, Facilities, Infrastructure, Passanger Satisfaction

Abstract

On the other hand, the diversity of the multicultural society as the wealth of the Indonesian nation is very prone to triggering conflict and division. The diversity of Indonesian society can at least be seen from its two unique characteristics. First, horizontally, marked by the fact that there are social units based on differences in ethnicity, religion, customs and regional differences. Second, vertically, marked by a sharp vertical difference between the upper and lower layers. Humans as social beings and as individuals always need interaction with others. In social interaction itself there is always conflict or cooperation between them. Thus, conflict can be said to be a natural part of human life. The purpose of this research is to find out. 1. To find out the solutions of state government in resolving social conflicts between Negeri Ureng and Negeri Negeri Lima. 2. To find out the inhibiting factors of state government in resolving social conflicts between Negeri Ureng and Negeri Negeri Lima. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative, namely a systematic factual and accurate description of the factors in the field that are related to matters in the field. The data in this study were collected using observation and documentation methods. Data Analysis Techniques. The data obtained from the results of this study were compiled and analyzed qualitatively, then the data was described descriptively in order to obtain a clear and directed picture of how to answer the problem. The results of the research on the Role of Community Leaders in Resolving Social Conflict in Negeri Ureng and Negeri Lima are very important as, the conflict between these two countries has been going on for so long, so the role of these community leaders is very important because they become pawns to prevent conflict between the two countries, by him it is necessary to further increase the capacity and strengthen the position holders as people who are influential in occupying existing positions in this country so that when there is an issue from these two countries the role of community leaders is very helpful in resolving the conflict.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT PAL Indonesia periode tahun buku 2018-2020, berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor KEP-100/MBU/2002. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berdasar pada Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor KEP-100/MBU/2002. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan laporan keuangan tahunan PT PAL Indonesia, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan posisi keuangan (neraca) dan laporan laba/rugi PT PAL Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kinerja keuangan pada PT PAL Indonesia, yang dapat dilihat dari aspek keuangannya adalah, pada tahun 2018 mendapatkan predikat Kurang Sehat dengan kategori BB, selanjutnya pada tahun 2019 mengalami peningkatan akumulasi bobot indikator sehingga mendapatkan predikat Sehat dengan kategori A, dan pada tahun 2020 perusahaan mengalami penurunan akumulasi bobot indikator sehingga mendapatkan predikat Kurang Sehat dengan kategori BBB.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Keputusan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor KEP-100/MBU/2002, Rasio Keuangan, PAL Indonesia, Indikator AbstractThis study aims to determine the company's financial performance at PT PAL Indonesia for the 2018-2020 financial year, based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number KEP-100 / MBU / 2002. The data analysis technique used is based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number KEP-100 / MBU / 2002. The population in this study is the entire annual financial statements of PT PAL Indonesia, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position (balance sheet) and profit/loss statements of PT PAL Indonesia for the 2018-2020 period. Data collection is carried out using documentation techniques and literature studies. Based on the results of the financial performance analysis at PT PAL Indonesia, what can be seen from the financial aspect is, in 2018 it received the title of Unhealthy with the BB category, furthermore, in 2019 there was an increase in the accumulation of indicator weights so that they received the Healthy predicate with category A, and in 2020 the company experienced a decrease in the accumulation of indicator weights so that it received the Unhealthy predicate with the BBB category.Keywords: Financial Performance, Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number KEP-100/MBU/2002, Financial Ratio, PAL Indonesia, Indicators
