Abstract

Influencers who have many fans, so that it becomes the spotlight of generation Z to be an inspiration for the fashion style that is being used. This study aims to determine the influence of the fashion style used by influencers on the appearance style of generation Z. Generation Z is a generation that has very unique and different characters from previous generations. Meanwhile, an influencer is someone who has a lot of followers so that it gives potential for their fans to follow, starting from fashion style and lifestyle, and most of those who become fans of an influencer are generation Z. This research uses descriptive qualitative which shows the results that in expressing themselves, generation Z one of them is the fashion she wears. The development of fashion is very fast at the age of generation Z. They are more concerned with their physical appearance than everything "appearance is key", things that can beautify and beautify the appearance they will wear.

Abstract

AbstrakJurnal ini membahas tentang permasalahan pengaruh inflasi terhadap tingkat penggaguran di Kota Mamuju. Tujuan dari penulisan jurnal adalah untuk melihat dan mengasumsikan seberapa besar tingkat pengangguran yang disebabkan inflasi. Pemaikan bahan ini adalah bahan sekunder selama periode tahun 2017-2021. Analisis ini memakai uji Regresi Sederhana, pengujian hipotesis memanfaatkan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji parsial (uji t), sedangkan pengerjaan data memakai SPSS 25. Hasilnya dari apa yang sudah diteliti bahwa nyatanya tidak ada pengaruh terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Kota Mamuju.Kata Kunci: Inflasi dan Pengangguran AbstrackThis journal discusses the problem of inflation on the open unemployment rate in Mamuju City. The purpose of writing the journal is to see and assume how much the unemployment rate is caused by inflation. The data used is secondary data for the period 2017-2021. This data is obtained from BPS West Sulawesi. Analysis of this data uses the Simple Regression test, hypothesis testing uses the coefficient of determination (R2) and partial test (t test), while the data processing uses SPSS 25. The results reveal that in fact inflation does not affect the open unemployment rate in Mamuju City. Keywords: Inflation and Unemployment

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is one of the most importances pilar of character education. Character education will build well, if it is started from cultivating religious sense of students, therefore, PAI lesson become one of supporting lesson of character education Through PAI teaching and learning, the students is taught belief of God as the basic of their religion, taught al quran and hadits as their way of life, taught fiqih as law signs in doing Islam teaching, taught Islam history as a good life example, and taught ethica as the way of human character. Abstract

AbstrakPlatform Trading dengan Obsi Biner atau memilih satu di antara dua, merupakan platform yang dianggap oleh OJK lebih mirip dengan nomor, dimana hal ini merunjuk pada Undang-undang nomor 10 tahun 2011 tentang perubahan atas undang-undang 32 tahun 1997 didalam undang-undang ini terdapat pasal yang dapat memastikan praktik Binary Option tidak sesai dengan yang diatur oleh undang-undang tersebut, namun trading opsi biner dapat beredar dengan pesat karena para pemilik platform opsi biner menggunakan jasa para influencer untuk menyebarluaskan platform tersebut. yang menakibatkan Trading dengan bentuk Binary Option belum dapat dipastikan Legalitasnya di Indonesia. Hal ini menimbulkan masalah hukum baru berupa kegiatan merekomendasikan platform yang tidak memiliki legalitas di Indonesia serta dilarang oleh OJK, hal ini mengikat bagi pihak yang melakukan kegiatan rekomendasi atau kerap disebut dengan pompom saham. Kegiatan pompom saham marak dilakukan oleh para figur publik yang dikenal oleh masyarakat yang tidak memperhatikan terlebih dahulu mengenai Legalitas dari perdagangan Binary Option, Adapun beberapa pihak yang mekaukan Kerjasama dengan pemilik aplikasi dan mengambil keuntungan dari kegagalan para pemain Binary Option. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan undangan, pendekatan pendekatan dan pendekatan konseptual. Jurnal ini menemukan beberapa masalah yang perlu menjadi perhatian pemerintah seperti yang dibutuhkannya undang-undang khusus yang mengatur mengenai aplikasi opsi biner masuk dalam kategori perjudian atau penipuan, aturan khusus mengenai influencer yang mendapatkan komisi yang disebut afiliator, serta aturan ketat terhadap influencer untuk melakukan rekomendasi , juga edukasi kepada masyarakat agar tidak mudah terpengaruh kegiatan apa yang ditemukan di media sosial.Kata Kunci: Opsi Biner, Afiliator, Trading, Judi, Penipuan, Platform AbstractTrading Platform with Binary Obsi or choosing one of the two, is a platform that is considered by OJK to be more similar to numbers, where this refers to Law number 10 of 2011 concerning amendments to Law 32 of 1997 in this law there are an article that can ensure that the practice of Binary Options is not in accordance with what is regulated by the law, but binary options trading can circulate rapidly because the owners of the binary options platform use the services of influencers to spread the platform. which results in trading in the form of Binary Options, the legality of which cannot be ascertained in Indonesia. Stock pompom activities are rampantly carried out by publik figures who are known to the publik who do not pay attention to the legality of Binary Option trading, as for several parties who collaborate with application owners and take advantage of the failures of Binary Option players. The approach method used is a normative legal research method, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The approach used is the invitation approach, the approach approach and the conceptual approach. Abstract

AbstrakEfektifitas dinilai dari kinerja sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi. Unsur penting dalam peningkatan kinerja dalam organisasi adalah tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, produktifitas, memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi, dan mampu memberikan kontribusi optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala desa, keterampilan dalam berkomunikasi, gaya komunikasi, hubungan timbal balik antara pimpinan dan bawahan. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, adapun jumlah sampel yaitu 30 dengan total populasi 2.630. dengan mengembangkan instrument berupa quesioner yang diberikan kepada masing-masing responden yang mengunjungi Kantor Desa renda Kecamatan woha Kabupaten Bima. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menganalisis data berdasarkan jawaban responden pada questioner. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu dapat dijelaskan bahwa sebanyak 78,80% responden yang menyatakan sangat baik, kemudian baik 8%, kemudian responden menjawab cukup baik 3,15% dan responden yang menjawab tidak baik 0%. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh bahwa intensitas komunikasi yang dibangun oleh kepala desa sangat baik dan perlu dipertahankan sebagai bentuk dan upaya rekonstruksi komunikasi. Adapun simpulan yaitu berdasarkan data dapat dikatakan bahwa responden yang menjawab 79,03% Sangat baik, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh komunikasi kepala desa dalam meningkatkan kinerja perangkatnya sangat baik.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Kepala Desa, Kinerja, Perangkat Desa. AbstractThe effectiveness of communication is assessed from the performance of human resources in the organization. An important element in improving performance in an organization is the availability of quality human resources, productivity, has a high work ethic, and is able to make an optimal contribution. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village head, communication skills, communication styles, reciprocal relationships between leaders and subordinates. This type of descriptive quantitative research, while the number of samples is 30 with a total population of 2,630. by developing an instrument in the form of a questionnaire given to each respondent who visited the renda Village Office, woha District, Bima Regency. Then the data analysis technique used is to analyze the data based on the respondent's answer to the questionnaire. As for the results of the study, it can be explained that as many as 78.80% of respondents said it was very good, then 8% good, then the respondents answered quite well 3.15% and the respondents who answered were not good at 0%. Based on the data obtained, the intensity of communication built by the village head was very good and needed to be maintained as a form of communication reconstruction effort. The conclusion is that based on the data it can be said that the respondents who answered 79.03% were very good, this shows that the influence of the village head's communication in improving the performance of the apparatus was very good.Keywords: Communication, Village Head, Performance, Village Apparatus

Abstract

The performance of an employee is basically an individual thing because each employee has different levels in doing their job duties. This study aims to determine how much influence job satisfaction has on employee performance at the operational center of the Husein Sastranegara Airport terminal in Bandung. To find out how the influence of work motivation on employee performance at the terminal operation center of Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung and to find out how the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung, especially at the airport terminal operation center. This research uses a type of quantitative research design. This research is an associative research, where this research was conducted to find out the relationship and influence between variables. Where the sample in this study were all employees at the terminal operation center at Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung as many as 50 employees using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously job satisfaction and work motivation affect employee performance, with a Tcount of job satisfaction of 2.412 with a significant value of 0.020 0.05, meaning that partially job satisfaction variables affect employee performance at Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung. As well as the value of Tcount work motivation of 3.249 with a significant value of 0.002 0.05, it shows that simultaneously the variable of work motivation influences employee performance at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung. The effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung is 75.3% while the other 24.7% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstrakPemuda merupakan generasi bangsa yang kelak menjadi visioner dalam membangun bangsa dan Negara. Sebagai penggerak bangsa. Sebagai penggerak bangsa, pemerintah menyiapkan jenjang-jenjang pendidikan sebagai wadah dalam belajar untuk mengetahui dan memahami sehingga terciptanya pemuda-pemudi yang berkarakter dan berkualitas. Globalisasi ini, Indonesia mengalami penurunan rasa nasionalisme atau rasa cinta tanah air, hal ini dikarenakan gempuran budaya asing dari berbagai negara yang masuk di Indonesia dengan mudahnya diterima dan diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Jika hal ini terus-menerus terjadi, maka budaya, nilai, dan norma sosial yang ada akan merosok sehingga pemuda yang kelak meneruskan tonggak kepemimpinan akan mengalami penurunan kualitas atau daya saing dalam Sumber Daya Manusiaanya. Untuk itu diperlukan penguatan nilai-nilai kebhinekaan dalam pendidikan melalui jenjang sekolah menengah melalui kegiatan workshop. Bhineka Tunggal Ika memiliki makna yang penting bagi bangsa ini selain sebagai semboyan, dalam pemaknaanya Bhineka Tunggal Ika menjadi penglebur akan masalah pluralisme dikarenakan Indonesia sebagai negara yang majemuk. Sehingga diharapkan dalam penguatan nilai-nilai Kebhinnekaan terhadap siswa Sekolah Menengah perbatasan Malaysia – Indonesia ini dapat terwujud secara optimal. Konsep dan penyajian kegiatan workshop diyakini dapat menarik minat siswa untuk memahami dan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Bhineka Tunggal Ika, sehingga kelak akan tercipta generasi yang memiliki nasionalisme tinggi kepada bangsa dan Negara, serta mampu mewujudkan Persatuan Bangsa.Kata Kunci: Persatuan Bangsa, Nilai Ke-Bhinneka-an, Generasi Muda di Perbatasan AbstractYouth is the nation's generation who will become visionaries in building the nation and state. Bhineka Tunggal Ika has an important meaning for this nation apart from being a motto, in its meaning Bhineka Tunggal Ika is a melting pot of the problem of pluralism because Indonesia is a pluralistic country. So that it is hoped that in strengthening the values of Diversity for Middle School students on the Malaysia - Indonesia border, this can be realized optimally. Abstract

AbstrakUntuk mengembangkan industri pertahanan dalam negeri perlu diberlakukan kebijakan pembangunan industri pertahanan guna mewujudkan industri pertahanan yang kuat, mandiri, dan dapat memiliki daya saing untuk mendukung pertahanan dan keamanan serta berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Untuk memajukan Industri pertahanan dalam negeri perlu ditinjau aspek keuangan dimana kinerja perusahaan dapat digambarkan dari laporan keuangannya, hal tersebut diperlukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan kinerja suatu perusahaan untuk mengatur serta memaksimalkan kinerja keuangannya. Pada penelitian ini akan terfokus pada tiga perusahan industri pertahanan yaitu PT Pindad (Persero), PT PAL Indonesia (Persero), dan PT Dok dan Perkapalan Kodja Bahari (Persero). Dari ketiga perusahaan tersebut akan dilihat pengaruh dari Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Pertumbuhan pada aset perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan dari ketiga perusahaan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Jenis data yang digunakan cross section dan time series. peneliti menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda, dimana metode analisis tersebut merupakan model regresi yang mengaitkan dua atau lebih variabel indepenen. Besarnya pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Pertumbuhan Aset (AG) terhadap Return On Equity Pada Perusahaan Dibidang Pertahanan 26,37% dan sisanya 73,63% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Data menunjukan bahwa pertembuhan asset tiap tahun meningkat dan ada beberapa yang menurun dari tahun sebelumnya sementara nilai aset tersebut mampu mendorong kinerja Holding BUMN Pertahanan ke depannya.Kata Kunci: Debt to Equity Ratio, Kinerja Keuangan, Industri Pertahanan, Pertumbuhan Aset AbstractTo develop the domestic defense industry, it is necessary to implement a defense industry development policy in order to realize a defense industry that is strong, independent, and can have competitiveness to support defense and security and contribute to national economic growth. To advance the domestic defense industry, it is necessary to review the financial aspects where the company's performance can be described from its financial statements, it is necessary to measure the success of a company's performance to regulate and maximize its financial performance. This research will focus on three defense industry companies, namely PT Pindad (Persero), PT PAL Indonesia (Persero), and PT Dok and Perkapalan Kodja Bahari (Persero). From the three companies, the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and growth in company assets will be seen on the financial performance of the three companies. In this study using quantitative methods, the type of data used is cross section and time series. researchers use multiple linear regression analysis methods, where the analysis method is a regression model that relates two or more independent variables. The magnitude of the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Asset Growth (AG) on Return On Equity in Defense Companies of 26.37% and the remaining 73.63% is explained by other variables that were not studied in this study. Abstract

Optimum performance improvement is one very important thing to do in a company. Quality and successful performance in achieving a goal is influenced by factors originating from within the company such as the organizational culture within the company. based on the results of observations made at Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Airport it was found that there were employees/airport staff who seemed ignorant and not optimal in doing their jobs. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence between organizational culture on employee performance and to find out the influence of this variable. This study uses a combination research method. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data related to employee responses, literature reviews, and journals regarding the influence of organizational culture. Data will be analyzed by simple linear regression analysis. The theoretical basis used is management, human resource management, organizational culture, employee performance, and the state civil apparatus. The results of the study show that there is an influence between organizational culture on employee performance at Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Airport. The results of the study also show that the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Airport is 47.9%, while 52.1% is influenced by other variables outside of organizational culture. Employees at Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Airport in carrying out work refer to predetermined SOP.

AbstrakDalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya, unit Apron Movement Control diharapkan menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan prosedur kerja yang telah ditentukan. Petugas Apron Movement Control harus dapat bertindak tegas sesuai dengan prosedur dalam mengatur, mengawasi, dan mengendalikan pergerakkan pesawat, dan kegiatan lainnya yang ada di Apron. Agar menciptakan pelayanan yang aman dan nyaman di Bandara khususnya di Apron. Kebanyakan Bandara di Indonesia fasilitas Apron nya masih sangat terbatas dalam melayani secara maksimal kendala yang terjadi pada suatu Bandar Udara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1. Apa peran pelayanan Unit Apron Movement Control dalam mengawasi kegiatan operasional sisi udara di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate. 2) Bagaimana sistem kerja dari Unit Apron Movement Control di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah ternate. 3) Apa Peralatan Pendukung Unit Apron Movement Control dalam melakukan pengawasan sisi udara di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah peneliti sendiri dengan ditunjang oleh hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan dokumen pendukung pada Unit Apron Movement Control di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian, maka peneliti melakukan 3 tahapan analisis yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran Unit Apron Movement Control adalah menggerakan fasilitas penunjang dalam melakukan pengawasan untuk keselamatan di sisi udara Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate seperti, Garbarata, parkir pesawat, dan melakukana pencatatan setiap pergerakan pesawat udara dan sistem kerja dari peran tersebut mempunyai caranya masing-masing juga ada beberapa alat pendukung yang digunakan oleh Unit Apron Movement Control dalam melakukan tugasnya, dimulai dari alat komunikasi, alat pendataan dan lain sebagainya.Kata Kunci: AMC, Keselamatan, Apron, Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah, Ternate AbstractIn carrying out its duties and functions, the Apron Movement Control unit is expected to carry out its duties in accordance with predetermined work procedures. What is the role of the Apron Movement Control Unit service in supervising airside operational activities at Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate. 2) How is the work system of the Apron Movement Control Unit at Sultan Babullah Airport in Ternate. 3) What are the Supporting Equipment for the Apron Movement Control Unit in conducting airside surveillance at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. This study uses a qualitative method. The instrument used was the researcher himself, supported by the results of interviews, observations and documentation with supporting documents at the Apron Movement Control Unit at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. To answer the formulation of the research problem, the researchers carried out 3 stages of analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Apron Movement Control Unit is to move the supporting facilities in conducting surveillance for safety on the air side of Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate such as Garbarata, aircraft parking, and recording every aircraft movement and the work system of this role has its own way. each also has several supporting tools used by the Apron Movement Control Unit in carrying out their duties, starting from communication tools, data collection tools and so on.Keywords: AMC, Safety, Apron, Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate
