<![CDATA[Students who have a feeling of inferiority think they will be useless and look down on their abilities. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi, where the students always felt inferior, were easily offended by criticism or other people's words, were afraid before trying, felt less valuable, felt less useful, thought negatively about themselves. This research was conducted to reduce feelings of inferiority experienced by students. This research uses a quantitative experimental method with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The research subjects were students who had feelings of inferiority in class IX which were obtained based on the results of observations and interviews. The population in this study was class IX students. This research sample used a purposive sampling technique of class IX students who had a feeling of inferiority. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon rank test. The research instrument used a feeling of inferiority questionnaire. The results of this research can be seen from the pre-test and post-test with a decrease in each student after carrying out group counseling services showing a value of 0.027 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that group counseling to reduce students' feelings of inferiority has proven to be effective.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is intended to provide an in-depth understanding of physics material regarding upward vertical motion, downward vertical motion, and free fall motion using a demonstration learning model. The purpose of this article is to provide a reference learning model that can be used by teachers when presenting physics material so that it is not boring and is easy to understand. This learning model is effectively applied in almost all physics material, including upper vertical motion, lower vertical motion, and also free fall motion. Because the teacher's role is important in increasing students' interest in learning and making the class atmosphere more enjoyable when delivering the material, this article is very helpful and can be a reference source that can be used when determining the model for learning movement material.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses educational facilities for children with special needs. Children with special needs are a group that requires special attention in education. They have different needs in accessing and participating in the learning process. In this article, we explore the importance of adequate educational facilities for children with special needs. Important aspects of such facilities include an adapted physical environment, technological support, the role of teachers and educational staff, as well as the benefits that children with special needs obtain from good educational facilities. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method where data collection is carried out by searching for articles from electronic journals, namely Google Scholar (Scholar), which can strengthen the results of the analysis. The data analysis technique in this research includes three stages, namely organize, synthesize and identify. The research results show that facilities for children with special needs have their own functions. Each facility provides its own benefits for children's growth and development. In this way, children with special needs receive maximum service.]]>

<![CDATA[Emulsifier is one of the oleochemical products with high economic value. An alternative material that can be used as an emulsifier is pliek oil. The catalyst that can be used in the emulsifier production process is NaOH. The addition of this catalyst can enhance the glycerol's ability in oil to break down fatty acids, accelerate reactions, and suppress the reformation of diglycerides, which are then converted into monoglycerides through the more active glycerol and NaOH. This research aims to analyze the functional groups of the emulsifier substance, the influence of time and the amount of NaOH catalyst, and the characteristics of the emulsifier substance obtained from pliek oil with NaOH catalyst using the glycerolysis process. The research results show that in the FT-IR test, there is a peak at the wavenumber of 3741 cm-1, indicating the presence of the O-H group. The absorption peak at the wavenumber of 1506 cm-1 is characterized as the stretching vibration of C-C. At the wavenumber of 1273 cm-1, there is the presence of the C-N group. The influence of time and NaOH catalyst on the emulsifier substance, with the highest values based on the yield test, is obtained at a reaction time of 1 hour with a 4% catalyst, yielding 93.73%; the saponification value, with the highest value obtained at a reaction time of 2.5 hours with a 4% catalyst, is 161.41; the best acid value is obtained at a reaction time of 2.5 hours with an 8% catalyst, amounting to 0.35.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine efforts to improve teachers' abilities in compiling syllabuses and lesson plans through academic supervision. This research was conducted at SDN 101772 Tanjung Selamat, the subjects of this research were teachers at SDN 101772 Tanjung Selamat. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method, data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the quality of the syllabus and lesson plans made by the teachers at SDN 101772 can be said to be poor. This is because there are still many syllabi and lesson plans that still use the old format and don't seem original. In the assessment of the syllabus and lesson plans that have been implemented, many weaknesses were still found. They are late to the instant culture by copying the syllabus and RPP models developed by the Central Government.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian culture has local culture originating from each region. Indonesia is a country that is rich in culture and diverse. Indonesian culture has changed from time to time because of the people themselves who want change. These changes are increasingly visible rapidly with the inclusion of elements of globalization into Indonesian culture. Education is the most important area in shaping the character of the younger generation to prevent the flow of globalization which can damage morals. Through education, the character of the younger generation can be saved by learning Citizenship Education. This research uses qualitative research methods or a descriptive approach. The results of this research show that in citizenship education, students are given an understanding of the values of Pancasila and an introduction to Indonesian culture. This can shape character in facing the era of globalization which is increasingly having a negative impact on the character of the younger generation]]>

<![CDATA[This assessment aims to assess the role of learning planning on the quality of educators in teaching and learning activities, the obstacles faced by teachers in carrying out learning planning at UPT SDN 060909. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were all homeroom teachers at UPT SDN 060909 Medan Denai. The obstacle faced by teachers is that real teachers cannot guarantee that all students will be interested because there are also students who do not participate, for example when using the conversation method, students become calmer and still do not answer anything. This discussion method is very important to stimulate student activity. However, teachers always evaluate this to continue to improve the quality of educators so that these plans can be used as reference material for further development. From the research results, it was found that learning planning is very important in teaching activities, because learning planning can be a reference for a teacher to carry out learning in the classroom. ]]>

<![CDATA[The moral development of children in the early and late stages of their lives is a crucial process in shaping their character. In the early stage, children tend to rely on the influence of adults, such as parents and teachers, to understand the concepts of right and wrong. They often strictly follow rules and avoid moral violations. In contrast, in the later stage, the moral development of children becomes more complex. They start to develop a deeper understanding of morality based on the values and principles they have learned throughout their lives. Children in this stage can consider the moral consequences of their actions and develop autonomy in making moral decisions. A better understanding of the moral development of children can help adults, such as parents and educators, support the healthy moral development of their children throughout the early and late stages of their lives. Set a good example: Children tend to imitate the behavior of adults around them. Therefore, it is important for parents and adults around children to set good examples in behavior, attitudes and communication. Teach moral values: Teach children about moral values such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, mutual help, patience, etc. Discuss these values with them and provide concrete examples of how these values are applied in everyday life.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara, an educational institution where there is a lack of student discipline regarding school regulations such as being late for class, non-compliance with dress codes, and absenteeism in lessons so that many teachers complain about this phenomenon that occurs among students. Therefore, guidance and counseling teachers play a very important role in dealing with students who show behavior that lacks discipline. Existing research problems relate to the effectiveness of strategies in improving student discipline. The aim of this research is to find out what strategies will be implemented by guidance and counseling teachers to improve student discipline. The informants for this research consisted of BK teachers at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara who took part in the interviews. This research uses qualitative methodology. It was found in this research that guidance and counseling teachers use an individual counseling approach, especially in the form of personal counseling between students and guidance and counseling teachers. The goal of individual counseling is to assist students in changing their attitudes and behavior so that they can more effectively adapt to the school environment and fulfill their responsibilities as conscientious members of student groups.]]>
