Abstract

Background: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new type of disease that has never been identified in humans before. COVID-19 can be transmitted from human to human through coughing/sneezing droplets. People most at risk of contracting this disease are people who have close contact with COVID-19 patients, including those caring for COVID-19 patients (RI Ministry of Health, 2020). Low Birth Weight (LBW) is a baby born weighing the same or less than 2500 grams (WHO, 2014). Low birth weight newborns have a higher risk of death in the first 28 days of life. (Jornayvaz, 2016). This study aims to determine what factors can influence the incidence of LBW in Yogyakarta City Hospital. Based on the results of a preliminary study at the Yogyakarta City Hospital in January-December 2020, data on LBW babies were 43. While the data obtained in 2021 in January-December LBW data is 48 babies. Research Method: this research is a quantitative analytical descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted at the Yogyakarta City Hospital. The population in this study were all pregnant women who gave birth to LBW babies. Determination of the sample using a total sample of 72 people. Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents were aged 20-29 years, with 37 respondents (51.4%), last mother's education, the majority being high school, 38 respondents (52.8%), mother's occupation as housewife, 30 respondents (41.7%) , The highest maternal parity G1 was 33 respondents (45.8%), the sex of the baby, the majority of weight was female, 41 respondents (56.8%), the most gestational age 37 weeks, 43 respondents (59.7%), anemia in pregnant women 11 gr (51.4%), the most gestational interval 2 years was 41 respondents 56.9%, and the causes of LBW and LBW were most common in KPD as many as 24 (33.3%). Conclusion: the results of the study show that of the 9 factors, there are 6 factors that influence the incidence of LBW, namely education, occupation, sex of the baby, anemia, disease and pregnancy complications.

This type of research uses quantitative with quasi-experimental methods with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all fifth grade students at SDN 2 Court with a sample of 42 students. Data analysis techniques using observation, interviews, and tests. The assessment instrument used was a test of motor skills. Data analysis using independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the study, that from the difference in the average pretest and posttest results in the experimental class and the control class. In the experimental class, the average pretest was 5.0000 and the average value after being treated was 5.7727, while in the control class the average value (pretest) was 5.0000 and the posttest average value was 4.8500. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the independent sample t-test, obtaining a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 0.05 in accordance with the decision-making principles, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that obstacle course games have a significant effect on the ability students' gross motor movements and is also effectively used for elementary school students in class V SDN 2 Court.

Abstract

The research written in this article is motivated by the existence of a phenomenon which shows that some students at Smart Public High Schools in Riau Province do not yet have or lack the character of caring for the environment, for example their attitudes are not cleaning the bed, not turning off the lights after use, not participating in mutual cooperation and throwing away littering, while in the Smart State High School dormitory a dormitory program has been implemented which regulates all student activities for 24 hours in the dormitory. Therefore, the researcher is interested in conducting research with the aim of knowing whether there is an effect of the boarding program on the formation of the character of caring for the environment for students at SMA Negeri Pintar, Riau Province. The location of this research was carried out at the Smart State Senior High School in Riau Province which was based on a dormitory. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews and documentation. Based on the results of statistical calculations, Tcount (8.031) Ttable (2.017) means that Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the linear regression equation, the equation is Y = 2.286 + 0.911X meaning that if the hostel program (X) has increased by 1%, then the character of caring for the environment (Y) has increased by 0.911. So that it can be concluded from the results of the T test that there is an influence between variable X on variable Y, meaning that Ha is accepted, namely: there is an influence of the boarding program on the formation of the character of caring for the environment of students at SMA Negeri Pintar Riau Province.
