Abstract

Teachers are one of the components in education, including in Islamic religious education which greatly determines the success or failure of the objectives of Islamic religious education. In the teaching and learning process, the teacher not only acts as a conveyer of knowledge, but also is responsible for the development of the personality of students. The teacher must create the learning process in such a way, so that it can stimulate learners to learn effectively and dynamically in meeting and achieving the expected goals. Islamic education is currently faced with a very big challenge because it is not over with the rolling of the industrial era 4.0, We are surprised by the emergence of the era of society 5.0 which must be faced and become a challenge in the world of Islamic education. With the progress achieved in the field of science and technology, it will further trigger changes that occur in various fields of human life which at the same time have an impact on shifting cultural and religious values in human life. These are the challenges that must be anticipated as early as possible so that the existing challenges do not become a threat but become a promising opportunity. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the challenges of Islamic religious education teachers in facing the era of society 5.0. This research uses library research. In the data collection technique, researchers will explore data in accordance with the discussion of the challenges of Islamic religious education teachers in facing the era of society 5.0. Research results: Islamic religious education teachers must have 3 (three) abilities including the following: Ability to solve a problem, The ability to be able to think critically, and the ability to be creative in facing the challenges posed by the emergence of the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

Financial literacy is a knowledge that everyone should know and understand, not just to manage income but to manage their finances well. More and more e-commerce that provide various kinds of payment systems, for example paylater, this is also a reason that someone must understand financial literacy. Students are synonymous with life that follows trends and likes to shop online which in turn causes consumptive behavior because they do not know how to manage finances properly. Therefore, financial literacy is essential for students when facing individual or group financial problems, but its implementation in everyday life will be even better. From this background, this research was conducted with the title "The Influence of Financial Literacy and the Paylater Payment System on Consumptive Behavior of Students in Ciamis Regency in the Perspective of Sharia Economics". This study used quantitative research methods and for primary data collection, data collection techniques were carried out by distributing Google form questionnaires and this study also used purposive sampling as a sampling method so that 100 samples were found, namely students in Ciamis Regency with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of financial literacy and the paylater payment system on the consumptive behavior of students in Ciamis Regency in the perspective of Islamic Economics. The results of this study show that the results of the T-test variable financial literacy partially have a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior (Y) of students in Ciamis Regency, the results of tcount -2.236 and ttable 1.984 means that tcount ttable with a significance of 0.028 0.05. The results of the T-test of the paylater payment system partially have a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior, the results of tcount 3.116 and ttable 1.984 mean that tcount ttable with a significance of 0.02 0.05. While the F test obtained Fcount of 8,135 and Ftable of 3.09 meaning that Fcount Ftable with a significance of 0.00 0.05 so the variables of financial literacy and the paylater payment system simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students in Ciamis Regency

Technological developments and globalization affect the entire system of life. The state as a subject in international life must quickly follow technological developments. State Defense and Security is one of the objects that is always protected. Innovation is a verb that is always required to develop a national defense and security system. Before carrying out innovations, first look at the potential for technology-based security, such as the development of nuclear weapons, biological weapons or information and technology systems that have turned into a non-traditional war potential. Indonesia, one of the countries in the Asian region, needs to anticipate both regional and global opponents to be able to make plans and technological innovations in the future where technology is no longer a noun but a verb that plays a diplomatic role.

Abstract

Punctuality in the world of aviation is an important point in work. Adi Soemarmo International Airport is one of the busiest airports. In serving aircraft movements, the Ground Support Equipment unit plays an important role in it, so that the unit requires to always carry out work discipline. The discipline carried out by GSE officers is very important in handling the movement of aircraft, vehicles and goods that cross the apron area. This is to minimize errors that occur when in the field. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the work discipline of the Ground Support Equipment unit. In addition, this study also aims to obtain the results of the work discipline of the Ground Support Equipment unit carried out by Apron Movement Control. This research is descriptive using qualitative methods with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was in the form of interviews with AMC and GSE unit personnel at Adi Soemarmo International Airport as well as documents used to carry out daily activities. The results of this study indicate that the factors of work discipline at Adi Soemarmo International Airport include compensation, leadership, goals and abilities, fairness, supervision. The five factors give different influences. In terms of work results, personnel can get better results with the two units having a good relationship, supported by an office location that is not far away, making it easier to coordinate and communicate. Personnel carry out work discipline properly based on existing SOPs. Existing constraints such as the occurrence of violations can be handled by the unit according to the rules in enforcing sanctions.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research with library study data collection techniques. The subject of this research is comments on the @tanyarl account comment column. The @tanyarl account is an account with thousands of followers and has many opportunities for their tweets to go viral. One of the factors is because it contains topics that are currently being discussed or contains pros and cons that provoke a lot of comments from netizens. From several comments, it was found that comments violated the principle of cooperation in communication, so that the purpose of communication was not achieved and the communication did not go well. Based on the findings, the data found were 20 data on violations of the principle of cooperation with details of 6 data on violations of the maxim of quantity, 4 data on violations of the maxim of quality, 8 data on violations of the maxim of relation, and 2 data on violations of the maxim of manner. Violation of the principle of cooperation can also occur due to a person's habits, culture and character so that it is carried over to the social media comment column. This explanation can be a reflection to adhere to the principles of cooperation so as to minimize misunderstandings in communication.

Abstract

Geopolitical and geomaritime dynamics in the region are hot issues today, one of which is happening in the South China Sea (SCS). Various countries directly adjacent to the SCS even claim ownership of these waters. The dispute that occurred in the SCS has not reached an end point until now since it first occurred. Various efforts have been made to maintain the stability of the region and prevent major conflicts from occurring. The purpose of this study is to find out what strategies and efforts Indonesia has made in dealing with various problems that occur in the South China Sea. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using data obtained from various sources, such as national and international journals, books, and other relevant sources. The result of this research is that many strategies that have been carried out by the Indonesian government have started from diplomatic strategies to reducing military power in border areas bordering the South China Sea.

Abstract

Airport according to Annex 14 of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) is a certain area on land or water (including buildings, installations and equipment) which is intended either in whole or in part for the arrival, departure and movement of aircraft. Tebelian Sintang Airport is categorized as a new airport so that the buildings and facilities at the airport are still inadequate so that repairs and additional facilities are needed. From the results of observations, researchers know that at Tebelian Sintang Airport, West Kalimantan, they have started to improve (1) existing facilities at the airport and add (2) complete facilities such as special places for breastfeeding, prayer rooms and additional seats for passengers and the addition of other facilities for comfort and safety. passengers while at Tebelian Sintang Airport, West Kalimantan. The research method used is a quantitative method. With a total sample used in this study of 100 respondents, and a total population of 75,000 passengers. The respondents in this study were service users who had used the facilities at Tebelian Sintang Airport, West Kalimantan. Research techniques based on the philosophy of positivism, are used to examine certain populations or samples. Sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical in nature with the aim of testing established hypotheses. This study has one independent variable Facility (X) and dependent variable Passenger satisfaction (Y). The results in this study show that the value of T count is 28.814 T table 1.98447, and a significance value (sig) of 0.000 0.05. Therefore it can be concluded that Ho is accepted, meaning that there is a positive influence of the completeness of the facilities variable on passenger satisfaction at Tebelian Sintang Airport, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a large family of viruses that can cause a wide range of illnesses, from the common cold to catastrophic conditions such as MERS and SARS. From the beginning of its spread, all aspects of human life have been affected by the pandemic that has spread around the world, including the global economic downturn and decreased manufacturing capacity. In addition, this circumstance has a new impact on the dimensions of global sea trade. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, analyzing and obtaining conclusions is done by looking for theories from various sources of literature such as books, journals, articles or other media. The conclusions obtained from this study are Covid-19 has affected all forms of human activity, including trading activities by sea. The application of physical distancing on board merchant ships is one way to prevent the spread of Covid-19 during the voyage. After the Covid-19 pandemic, the trend of larger ship sizes and fewer ship companies has continued. The Covid-19 outbreak not only created a health emergency, but also shook the global economic sector. This has caused a sudden and dramatic reduction in global sea trade traffic and energy consumption.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the use of edmodo media in learning Islamic Religious Education in increasing the learning motivation of class XII science students of SMA Negeri 3 Mamuju, The objectives of this study are (1) To find out how the use of edmodo media in learning Islamic Religious Education in class XII science students at SMA Negeri 3 Mamuju. (2) To find out how the level of learning motivation of class XII science students in Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMA Negeri 3 Mamuju (3) Shows that the use of edmodo media in PAI learning can increase the learning motivation of class XII science students at SMA Negeri 3 Mamuju.This research uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is quasi-experimental design research (pseudo-experiment). The population in this study was all class XII science students totaling 60 people. In sampling, the Cluster Random Sampling technique is used, with class XII IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XII IPA 2 as the control class. The research instrument is observation with data collection techniques, observing student activities during learning, providing tests, questionnaires before and after learning to measure student learning motivation, and documentation. The results of this study show that : (1) The use of edmodo media in learning Islamic Religious Education can increase learning motivation in students of grade XII Science SMA Negeri 3 Mamuju. This is evident from the Independent Samples T Test (T test) questionnaire data after learning with edmodo media was applied. the result obtained is Sig (2-tailed) = 0.040 2 α (0.1) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (2) Based on questionnaire data tests and observations conducted by researchers, it was found that the level of student motivation was very high in the experimental class after being given treatment than in the control class. As for the results of the data obtained Sig (2-tailed) = 0.040 2 α (0.10), H0 failed to be rejected and H1 was accepted.

Abstract

This research was conducted at BPRS HIK Parahyangan Ciamis, where there are various kinds of products and services that suit customer needs. A good business strategy is needed to face increasingly complex and competitive business competition. The method carried out in this study is qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interviews and analyzed using SWOT. The data type consists of primary and secondary data. The results of research from the descriptive methodology of SWOT analysis can be obtained matrix values from internal factors of 3.18 and external matrix values of 3.00. From the results of this study, BPRS HIK Parahyangan Ciamis is in quarter I (positive, positive), which shows that the company is in a advantageous position and has strengths and opportunities. And can use these strengths and opportunities to the fullest by implementing strategies that support aggressive growth policies
