Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to analyze extrinsic rewards on work motivation in the apron movement control unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport. Extrinsic Rewards are tangible rewards that come from outside the person himself, can be financial, such as salaries, bonuses, benefits, and can be non-financial, such as promotions. Work motivation is a state or energy that drives employees who are ordered or given assignments to achieve organizational goals. (Apron Movement Control/AMC) is an airport employee who has a license or qualification to carry out law enforcement, traffic security on the apron and aircraft parking supervision. This study took 4 respondents consisting of 2 senior employees and 2 junior employees. Methods of data collection using observation (observation), interviews and documentation. Analysis of research data is descriptive. The results of this study indicate that extrinsic rewards can increase employee motivation in the AMC unit and the rewards given by the company have been implemented properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of agility training on the ability to dribble basketball at KOP basketball at the University of PGRI Palembang. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The number of population and samples used in this study were 20 people. The results showed that agility training could improve dribbling in KOP basketball athletes at PGRI Palembang University because there was an increase after being given treatment compared to before being given treatment

Abstract

This study describes and analyzes the ability of grade XI students at SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru in writing quatrains. This research is a quantitative research because the data presented in this study is in the form of numbers. Data analysis techniques in this study use descriptive statistical techniques. The research instrument used in this study was a quaternary type poetry writing test based on the form of writing one stanza consisting of only four lines. In the test instrument used, researchers provide several themes and students are welcome to write quatrains based on one of the selected themes. Students are asked to make quatrains by paying attention to existing assessment aspects, namely the suitability of themes, diction, rhyme, language style and mandates. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the level of quaternary writing ability of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru for the 2022/2023 academic year? Based on the results of the study, the quaternary writing ability of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru for the 2022/2023 academic year is classified as moderate. This is known after testing using a one-sample t test with an average of 75.43.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on savings customer satisfaction at PT BPRS Almadinah Tasikmalaya Perseroda. This study used a quantitative descriptive research approach using raw data and data using simple linear regression. The results of this study show that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the t test show that the quality of service has a major positive effect on customer satisfaction, and the results of the t test are 7661 t table 1661. Therefore H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because the independent variable affects the dependent variable with significance values of 0.000 0.05

Abstract

Exports and imports have a very large role in various industries. At this time, the performance of exports and imports in Indonesia is getting better and continues to increase even during a pandemic. East Java is the second largest economic contributor in Java with a contribution of 25.01 percent after Jakarta. This study aims to examine how export and import in the industry in East Java can support national defense. The type of research that will be used by the author in this study is qualitative research presented descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the Provincial Government of East Java has made efforts to maintain export and import in East Java. The East Java government must continue to pay attention to future obstacles so that the industry in East Java is still able to compete in the global market.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of the TNI under the Regional Military Command V/Brawijaya in preventing and breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19 in East Java. The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic which has increased involves many actors and many elements in handling it, including the military. Military involvement is carried out in the context of Military Operations Other Than War (OMSP) as stipulated in Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning the TNI. The research design uses a qualitative approach, where the approach in this study produces descriptive data in the form of literature or writing and behavior that can be observed from the subject itself. The literature reviewed is used to answer questions about the research problems being carried out. In addition, it uses a literature study approach, namely research that uses library materials without conducting field research, so that its activities are related to methods of collecting library data, reading, recording and processing research materials into a formulation of the research results expected by the research objectives. carried out by Kodam V/Brawijaya as an effort to prevent and break the chain of Covid-19 in the people of East Java. Kodam V/Brawijaya and its staff as a defense component in East Java Province optimally handle Covid-19 with cooperation, collaboration and synergy of all elements in East Java to maintain national defense and security.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a low sense of social concern among adolescents and even adults. This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of the social environment on the social care character of class XI students of SMK PGRI Pekanbaru which was carried out at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru, Riau. This study used the Quantitative Descriptive method, where the data collection instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire/questionnaire which had 24 statements distributed to 45 respondents. Based on the calculation results, Fcount (32.906) ˃ Ftable (4.07) is obtained which means that Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the analysis, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely Y = 16.507 + 0.492X, meaning that if the social environment (X) increases by 1, then the social care character (Y) increases by 0.492. So that it can be inferred from the results of the F test, there is an influence between the variable X on the variable Y, which means receiving Ha, namely: There is an Influence of the Social Environment on the Social Care Character of Class XI Students of SMK PGRI Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials using a game system that is considered suitable for Early Childhood, which is still in process which is also adjusted to the psychological aspects of students. Teachers also involve students in the learning process through the Digital Guidebook "Religious Board" to stimulate children's brains to develop properly according to their age. This research also uses Thiagarajan's 4-D (Four-D) development model consisting of 5 units, but this research only reaches the design stage. The results of teaching material research according to experts show that the teaching materials developed have very feasible criteria as evidenced by the games played by students in schools, especially kindergartens, get very good appreciation.

Abstract

Pekanbaru City is a city that is categorized as a metropolitan city, as Pekanbaru is closely related to the spread of billboards. Billboards are one of the mediums for entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru. However, with the rise of billboards in Metropolitan Cities such as Pekanbaru, there are still many who violate regulations. This study aims to analyze the implementation of billboard implementation policies in Pekanbaru City and its constraints. The theory used is Thomas B Smith's policy implementation theory, namely there are 4 indicators: the idealized policy, target group, implementing organization, and environmental factors. This research uses a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. The results of the study found that the implementation of the billboard implementation policy in Pekanbaru City has not been carried out in accordance with Mayor Regulation Number 24 of 2013 which has been amended into Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 50 of 2021 concerning the implementation of billboards. The obstacles faced when implementing this policy are unprofessional implementors, socialization does not reach the target group and lack of compliance of billboard organizers.

Abstract

The Nias Islands are an area that is included in the Province of North Sumatra. Nias is an archipelago area surrounded by the Indonesian Ocean. The location of the Nias Islands which are on the border increases the risk of maritime threats that might occur in the Nias Islands. The research problem is how to evaluate communication in maritime security policies in the waters of the Nias Islands. The communication factor in policy implementation includes how to communicate the implementation of maritime security between agencies in maritime security in the territorial waters of the Nias Islands. This study aims to find out how the implementation of policies and efforts in maritime security in the waters of the Nias Islands, by analyzing communication in maritime security in the territorial waters of the Nias Islands. The research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews, field observations and literature studies. The results of this study were processed using the Atlas.ti application. The results of the research show that there is synergy between government agencies in charge of maritime security in the Nias Islands, but there is a need to improve communication between these agencies. This form of communication is not only carried out to carry out maritime security in the territorial waters of the Nias Islands, but also aims to carry out monitoring of marine and fishery resources. Conducting sea patrols is an activity in the form of joint communication or coordination between agencies/institutions as well as a form of implementation of RI Minister of Defense No. 13 of 2014 concerning border area security policies. Communication is the key to creating synergy between ministries/agencies so that maritime security in the waters of the Nias Islands will run effectively and create a safe maritime environment. Evaluation of communication in maritime security policies in the waters of the Nias Islands shows that there are still communication limitations that cause operational constraints.
