Scientium Management Review is a quarterly peer-reviewed journal with a mission. The mission of the Scientium Management Review is to provide thought leadership by publishing articles on managerial practices with organization-wide or cross-functional implications. We seek original theoretical and practical insights into general management in all types of organizations. We are global in orientation and welcome submissions rooted in empirical research or novel business solutions in all fields related to general management, including (but not restricted to): strategy, leadership, corporate governance, international business, decision-making, change management, and corporate social responsibility. We also seek articles written from a functional perspective, such as finance, marketing, or supply chain management, provided these demonstrate links to cross-functional and general management topics. Abstract

This study intends to examine how fundamental factors affect coal mining company share prices. Investment through the capital market is one way to increase wealth and encourage economic growth in Indonesia. Fundamental analysis is used as the basis for selecting stocks with the expected intrinsic value. Some of the fundamental factors considered in this study to obtain the expected stock return are financial ratios such as Earning Per Share, Price to Earning Ratio, and Return On Equity. The data in this study are historical data on the share prices of state-owned companies in the coal mining sector, and financial reports. Multiple linear regression analysis is the analytical technique used to examine the impact of underlying factors on stock prices. The results of this study indicate that several fundamental factors of Return On Equity have a significant influence on the stock prices of coal mining companies. However, variables such as the Price Earning Ratio do not have a significant effect on stock prices. This shows that investors tend to pay more attention to the company's profit and earnings per share factors in choosing stocks for investment. This research contributes to the understanding of the influence of fundamental factors on the stock price of coal mining companies. The results can be a reference for investors in choosing stocks that have higher profit potential. However, this study also has limitations such as the limited number of companies studied and the limited research time period. Future research could involve more companies and look at the impact of fundamental factors over a longer period of time.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinant effect of financial ratios on the market share of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Financial ratios are approached by the financing to deposit ratio (FDR), operating expenses and operating income (OEOR), non performing financing (NPF), and capital adequacy ratio (CAR). The observation period in this study is 20 years, from 2003 to 2022. This research uses financial report data issued by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and the publication of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The data analysis method is multiple linear regression. Before using this method, the data was first tested with the classical assumption tests, namely the normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation tests. The results showed that FDR and OEOR had a positive effect on Muamalat Indonesia's market share, while NPF and CAR had no effect. 42.7% of the dependent variables in this study can be explained by independent variables, while the rest are influenced by other factors.

And the results of the study show that the average number of customers, the average customer arrival rate per hour (λ) is 10.66 customers per hour, the average customer served per hour (π) is 3.80 customers per hour, the average - the average the number of customers in the system (L) is 2.34 cars per hour, the average number of customers in the queue (Lq) is 1.64 cars per hour. The average time the customer is in the system (Ws) is 13.2 minutes. The average time the customer is in the queue (Wq) is 9 minutes. And the system usability level of 70.13% means that the customer's time to get service at the Motor Vehicle Periodic Test Executor Unit for the Gowa Regency Transportation Service has not gone well. The results of research interviews with 25 informants at the Motor Vehicle Periodic Test Executor Unit at the Gowa Regency Transportation Service stated that in the Tangible section the customer was not satisfied, the customer Reability was satisfied, the customer Responsiveness was satisfied, the Customer Assurance was not satisfied and the Customer Empathy was satisfied. Abstract

This study aims to examine and find out how the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit (FDR), Operating Income Operational Costs (BOPO), and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA) at Bank BRI Makassar Branch. . This research is a quantitative research by analyzing ratios and using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the CAR variable has no significant and negative effect on ROA, this is because high CAR used to cover the risk of loss or assets that contain risks can reduce the bank's ability to expand its business. FDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA, which means that increased FDR absorption can cause ROA to increase and the increase in the number of loans given by banks will increase the level of public confidence. BOPO has a significant and negative effect on ROA, which means a low BOPO ratio so that banks can minimize operational risks derived from the large value of operating income. NPL has a significant and negative effect on ROA, this shows that the increasing number of non-performing loans makes banks not dare to increase lending, especially since the total third party funds received by banks are not optimal, causing bank liquidity to be disrupted. However, CAR, FDR, BOPO and NPL show that simultaneously or simultaneously have an effect on ROA with a determinant value of 0.82%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze; 1). Effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Satisfaction. 2). The Effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Motivation, 3). Effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Performance, 4). Effect of Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Satisfaction, 5). Effect of Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Motivation, 6). Effect of Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Performance, 7). Effect of Satisfaction on Employee Motivation, 8). Influence of Motivation on Employee Performance The analytical method used is Parth Analysis. The research results show the following findings; 1). Giving financial compensation and non-financial compensation in general gives a very good assessment, as well as in the path analysis has a significant influence on satisfaction. Even though the path coefficient between financial compensation and satisfaction gives a negative or non-unidirectional path relationship. However, the empirical phenomenon is that financial compensation for employees is very adequate or at a sufficient level of welfare. 2). Financial compensation has a significant influence on motivation, and the path coefficient relationship is positive or unidirectional so that any additional financial compensation will increase employee motivation. 3). Influence between financial compensation variables and performance, in this study proves that there is no significant effect, but there is a unidirectional relationship or a positive relationship. This means that if financial compensation is increased, performance will also increase even though this increase does not have a real impact on employee performance. 4). There is a significant influence between non-financial compensation on the level of employee satisfaction, and the path coefficient has a positive or unidirectional relationship. 5). Non-financial compensation has a significant influence on employee motivation, and the path coefficient has a positive or unidirectional relationship. 6). Non-financial compensation has a significant effect on performance but the path coefficient of the relationship gives a negative value or is not unidirectional. 7). Satisfaction factors are generally considered very good, and has a significant effect on motivation and the path coefficient has a positive or unidirectional relationship. Means this variable can measure employee motivation. 8). Motivational factors have a significant influence on employee performance and the value of the regression coefficient is positive or unidirectional, and this variable can measure employee performance.
