Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of asset structure, debt management and efficiency on firm value with earnings performance as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique uses SPSS and the Sobel Test and the data source used is secondary data in the form of financial reports of manufacturing companies for the 2014-2021 period. The type of data used is quantitative data with data collection techniques, namely documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the model 1 test it can be concluded that asset structure has no effect on earnings performance, while debt management has a negative and significant effect on earnings performance and efficiency has a positive and significant effect on earnings performance. And the results for the model 2 test, namely asset structure and efficiency have no effect on firm value while debt management and earnings performance have a positive and significant effect on firm value. For model 3 test results, namely asset structure has no effect on firm value when mediated by earnings performance. Meanwhile, debt management and efficiency have an influence on firm value when mediated by earnings performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is a factor that plays an important role in achieving company and individual goals. If the people in the company are not performing well, the company will have a hard time achieving its goals. Employees must be knowledgeable, devoted, submissive, disciplined, and accountable for every job performed and completed in order to meet organizational goals. Companies, especially governmental organizations, should ideally develop organizational culture so that employees have values, norms, references, and principles that must be followed. This study sought to ascertain how organizational culture and pay affected employee performance and satisfaction at PT Pegadaian Kendari Branch in Kendari City. In this study the population numbered 33 people because the population was small, so the authors took a saturated sampling technique so that the sample size was also 33 people. Path analysis is the analytical technique utilized. The findings of this study show that organizational culture and compensation factors significantly and favorably affect employee performance as measured by job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer intentions to repurchase, through Shopee customer satisfaction in Makassar City. Quantitative methods are carried out to obtain research data, where later the data is primary data from distributing questionnaires to research objects. In the process, Shopee customers in Makassar City are used as the population in the study. The sample needed in the study was taken by purposive sampling technique with 385 sample respondents. Regression analysis using the PLS (Partial Least Square) method was used with the help of software in the form of SmartPLS3.0. The results showed that e-service quality can affect customer satisfaction, e-srvice quality affects repurchase intentions, customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on repurchase intentions and e-service quality has a significant and positive effect on repurchase intentions through satisfaction.

Abstract

Bank is a business that has important role for people. But, in recent years there have been problems that have hit banks, namely the Covid-19 pandemic. Banks are required to keep anticipating risks arising from the pandemic. This study aims to analyze the bank health using the RGEC method and do stress testing on credit risk. The research was conducted at BUMN Bank, such as BRI, BNI, BTN and Mandiri in the 2017-2021 period. The research of the bank health used ratio analysis, such as Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM). ), Return On Assets (ROA) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). In the ratios of NPL, NIM, and CAR it is known that the bank health of all BUMN Bank is at a very healthy level (PK-1). For the ROA ratio, there are several banks that are at PK-4 and PK-5 level, especially in 2019-2021. For the LDR ratio during 2017-2021 there are no BUMN Bank that in the very healthy category. For the stress test measurement using the inflation shock scenario, it can be concluded that when Indonesia's inflation based on the scenario of the Minister of Finance in 2020 was at the level of 5.1%, the Bank's NPL remained in a very healthy category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial distress assessment of the company The food and beverage subsector is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Z-Score model. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. Seventeen companies in the food and beverage subsector were selected based on criteria listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and financial reports published regularly for the last five years from 2017 to 2021. Secondary data comes from the website www.idx.co.id. The results show that the Altman Z-Score model can be implemented in detecting the possibility of financial distress in food and beverage subsector companies.there are three companies for five consecutive years in a state of Distress and several in the last two years experiencing financial distress,caused by variable X5 decreased so that sales or income decreased.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of marketing blends consisting of product, price, promotion, location, employee, physical evidence and process on the bank director's decision to determine Perum Jamkrindo Makassar Branch as the underwriter agency, and to investigate the most dominant process blend variable in the decision of the bank director to select Perum Jamkrindo Makassar Branch as the underwriter agency. The method used in the study in quantitative – descriptive. The population consists of 35 bank directors that constitute a full sample. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regressions supported by the SPSS 16.00. The study indicates that marketing blends consisting of product, price, promotion, location, employee, physical evidence and process variables simultaneously have a positive influence on the director's decision to select Perum Jamkrindo Makassar Branch as the underwriter agency. It is reflected in the statistical F Test or simultaneous significance test (SPSS 16.00). The free variables have a significant influence under unhealthy possibility of less than 5% (P, 0.05). Partially, the T – Test indicates the location variable is the most dominant free variable that affects the bank director's decision to select Perum Jamkrindo Makassar Branch as the underwriter agency.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine whether the democratic, consultative, delegative and participative leadership styles have a positive and significant effect on employee performancePT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Makassar Area, (2) Among the four leadership styles mentioned above, which leadership style has the most influence on the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Makassar Area. This research was surveyed at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area. The sample selection used the Stratified Ramdom Sampling method. The variables studied were (1) Employee Performance, (2) Democratic Leadership Style, (3) Consultative, (4) Delegative, and (5) Participatory. Then the data obtained is calculated usingSPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) computer program package.  The results of the study show that (1) simultaneously democratic, delegative, consultative and participatory leadership styles have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area. (2) partially, democratic leadership style makes the biggest contribution to improving employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area. Therefore, leadership with a democratic leadership style is preferred by employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out how much influence the provision of financial incentives had on the work motivation and performance of PT. Hadji Kalla, and to find out whether the provision of financial incentives has a direct or indirect effect on the performance of PT. Haji Kalla. This research method uses a quantitative analysis methodology, namely path analysis (path) to find out how much influence the financial incentive variable (X1) has on work motivation (X2) on salesperson performance (Y). The results of this study indicate that the financial incentive variable has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and on the performance of PT. Hadji Kalla and financial incentive variables have an indirect effect on the performance of car salespeople at PT.Hadji Kalla through work motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of reward, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance in the Makassar City Tax Service Office and the dominant variables affecting employee performance in the Makassar City Tax Service Office. The population taken in this study were all tax employees of the General Directorate of Taxation of Makassar City up to 449 people. The number of samples is 112 people. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling and the analytical method used was multiple regression analysis. The result is that reward, motivation and job satisfaction influence the performance of tax officials in Makassar with an R Square value of 0.596 or 59.6%, while the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other variables. Reward has a positive and significant partial effect on performance and motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant partial effect on the performance of tax officers in KP in Makassar. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of tax officials is motivation with an effect coefficient of 0.543.
